        간호학생의 대인관계 경험에 관한 포커스 그룹 연구 -정신병동 실습을 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe experiences of interpersonal relationships between nursing students and clients in psychiatric settings. Methods: Data was collected through focus groups and individual voice recorded interviews. The data was then analyzed using qualitative contents analysis. Results: The participants were nineteen nursing students, all of whom were third year university students,who had completed their first clinical practice in a psychiatric unit. Through this study the subsequent three major categories were discovered: 'Entering into relationship' was the first experience in which participants met with clients and started one-to-one relationships. Second, 'Interacting with each other' was a major experience through which participants experienced positive and negative feelings towards their clients. Finally, 'Bringing down the curtain on relationships' was when participants ended their relationships and experienced the sorrow of parting. Conclusion: After considering the results of this study, we can conclude that nursing education ought to focus more on helping nursing students develop competence in the area of interpersonal relationships.

        정신병동 입원환자가 지각한 간호사의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과 간호서비스 만족도의 관계에서 신뢰감의 매개효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether nurses' nonverbal communication predict clients' service satisfaction and to investigate the mediating effects of their trustworthiness between nurses' nonverbal communication and clients' service satisfaction in psychiatric wards. Methods: A convenience sample of 206 psychiatric inpatients was obtained. Participants completed a demographic sheet and three study instruments. Results: There were statistically significant positive relationships between nurses' nonverbal communication, trustworthiness and clients' satisfaction. Trustworthiness was found to partially mediate the relationship between nonverbal communication and clients' satisfaction. Conclusion: Clients' perception of nurses' nonverbal communication, trustworthiness and satisfaction on the nursing services have a strong relationship. Findings contribute to a more comprehensive knowledge base regarding nursing services.

      • 臨床看護師의 長期勤務誘因에 關한 硏究

        This study attempts to identify the determinants to induce nurses to hospital nursing. The results provide a guideline for hospital management to reduce the separation from hospital nursing and to encourage experienced nurses to remain in hospital nursing. The models may be utilised to identify the most important factors for encouraging nurse to remain in hospital nursing. The participants in the experiment for this thesis are 38 nurses who have worked at 3 University Hospitals in Kore with at least 5 year career. The questionnaire consisting of comparatively general and broad questions were conducted. Telephone interview and personal interview supported the questionnaire. The methodology for the analysis was content analysis. With reading through the questionnaire, contents significant for this study were selected and were classified into resemblant groups in property. Each property was evaluated by frequency and percentage. According to the questionnaire, 136 contents significant are selected for this study and are abstracted into 27 determinants. Then these determinants are classified into 11 categories. 1. The classification of 27 determinants. The most frequent determinant is "obtaining more benefit from the work" with 47% "Aptitude" with 28.9%, "recommendation by colleagues" and "fear of new working environments", respectively 26.3%, followed. "Pleasure of working", 21.1%, "being familiar with the work", 18.4%, were ranked highly. "Maintaining the status quo", "participation in public affairs", "contacting with patients", "having a good career", were 15.8% "Finding theirselves worth working" with 13.2%, "satisfaction", "the relation of members of the same university", "self-perfection", "professionalism" were 10.5%, "Religion", "Character", "pride", "public duty", "specialization", "the short work-going hour", are 7.9%. "Family support", "for a well-established life", "attachment to the job" were 5.3% "encouragement by those who in charge of the department", "productivity", "promotion" were 2.6%. 2. The classification of 11 categories The classfication of 27 determinants was reclassified into 11 groups. "Pleasure of working", "contacting with patients", "Finding theirselves worth working", "satisfaction", "public duty", "attachment to the job", "productivity" were grouped into a category, "finding theirselves worth working" with 23.5%. "Obtaining more benefit from the work" determinants remains as it is with 13.3%. "Fear of new working environments", "maintaining the status quo" and " for a well-established life" were grouped into "securing their livelihood" with 13.3%. "Aptitude", "religion", "character" were grouped into "vocational aptitude" with 12.5%. "Recommendation by colleagues", "family support", "encouragement by those who in charge of the department", "the relation of members of the same university" were grouped to "social support" with 12.5%. "Participation on public affairs" "self-perfection" were grouped into "self-perfection" with 7.4%. "Having a good career", "matching their majors in University" were with 6.6%. "Being familiar with the work" remained as it tis with 5.1%. "professionalism" remained as the same category, "professionalism" with 2.9%. "the short work-going hour" remained as it is with2.2%. "Promotion" were as it is with 0.7%. Finally, "obtaining more benefit from the work", "self-perfection", "securing their livelihood", "vocational aptitude" are interpreted as the upper determinant with "personal desire" with 46.3%; "vocational aptitude", "matching their majors in University", "professionalism" as the upper determinant with "job" with 33.1%; "social support', "the short work- going hour", "Being familiar with the work" and "professionalism" as the upper determinant with "working environment" with 33.1% This study provides important important implications for nursing personnel management as follows: -to utilise the results obtained from this study for personnel management in hospital -to calssify and analyse the determinants from the study -to analyse the reasons for experienced nurses to separate from hospital nursing

        임부의 불안, 우울, 산전스트레스와 모-태아애착 및 감사성향의 관계

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between anxiety, depression, prenatal stress, maternal-fetal attachment (MFA) and gratitude among pregnant women. A further aim is to provide basic information so as to help improve prenatal care programs and develop nursing interventions. Methods: Data was collected by means of questionnaires from a sample of 118 pregnant woman who attended three maternity hospitals. The statistical methods used for data analysis were: descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson's correlation analysis using the SPSS 18.0 package program. Results: The levels of anxiety, depression, prenatal stress and gratitude experienced by the women differed depending on the satisfaction with their husband's support. Degrees of anxiety, depression, MFA and gratitude also differed depending on the self perception of the pregnant women's health levels. There were positive correlations between anxiety, depression and prenatal stress; MFA also displayed significant positive correlations with a sense of gratitude. Anxiety and depression displayed negative correlations between MFA and gratitude. Conclusions: These findings suggest that health care providers should supply prenatal care programs which include both gratitude management and prevention of negative emotions components in order to promote maternal fetal health.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the images of men as nurses held by high school boys, and to provide basic data about the desirability of nursing as a career choice for them. Method: Q-methodology which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used: The 35 high school boys classified 31 selected Q-statements into a normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data was analyzed by the pc-QUNAL program. Results: Among the high school boys, three types of images of men as nurses were identified. Type Ⅰ; A promising occupation for men through active way of thinking, Type Ⅱ; Men working in a woman oriented field of work, Type Ⅲ; A promising profession without any gender stereotype. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that specific strategies should be developed to promote the choice of nursing among high school boys.

        대학생의 자기은폐와 전문적 상담 추구 태도가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: For the transition to healthy adulthood, university authorities should provide services to improve the quality of life of university students. This study aimed to determine the degree of self-concealment, professional counseling-seeking attitude, quality of life and factors affecting the quality of life of university students. Methods: In this study, cross-sectional data by secondary data analysis were collected by a 2019 survey of students in a university of South Korea. A total of 110 students participated in this study. Variables were assessed with the Korean version of the Self Concealment Scale, Attitudes Toward Seeking Professional Counseling and World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment InstrumentBREF. Data analysis was done by Descriptive statistics, Pearson s correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win 22.0 program. Results: The quality of life of university students was moderate level. The significant factors affecting the quality of life were gender, grade, knowing the counseling center, self-concealment and attitudes toward seeking professional counseling, which explained 64% of the variance. Conclusion: These findings suggest that counseling services for university students should be implemented considering gender, grade, self-conceal- ment and attitudes toward professional counseling.
