        년도별 학교급식 제공에 따른 아동의 영양섭취량과 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of yearly school feeding on nutrient intakes and physical ability of children by reviewing the four-year data (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011), including school feeding, physical ability, body development, of N-elementary school students in G-city. For the data analysis, we used SPSS win 18.0, especially repeated ANOVA for the difference among years with Bonferroni post hoc method and Pearson correlation for the correlation of body changes, with significance level of .05. The results are as follows. While energy (p<.001), protein (p<.001), thiamine (p<.001), and calcium (p<.05) showed the significant change among years, vitamin A, riboflavin, and iron did not. While cardiopulmonary endurance (p<.001), muscle strength (p<.001), and speed (p<.001) showed the significant change, flexibility and BMI did not. Both of height (p<.001) and weight (p<.05) showed the significant change. The positive effect of school feeding on height is greater than that on weight and it implied that school feeding played the key role in enhancement of cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, and speed. In further studies, it is necessarily of the criteria of sex, grades, location on subjects and the systematic approach by multilateral dietary life survey for the clearer results.

        운동강도별 유산소 운동이 비만 여자중학생의 신체조성과 식욕 조절 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of aerobic exercises with different intensity on body composition and appetite-regulating hormones in obese middle school girls. Subjects were divided into two groups: a low-intensity group(30% HRR, n = 8) and a high-intensity group(70% HRR, n = 8). Both groups had performed a modified PACER shuttle run 40 minutes/day and 4 times/week at their intensity during 9 weeks. For the data analysis, independent and paired t test of SPSS ver 20.0 were used with the significant level of 0.05. As the results, while the low-intensity group showed a significant difference between before and after exercise training in appetite-regulating hormones, it did not in body composition. And the high-intensity group showed a significant difference in both of body composition insulin and appetite-regulating hormone. Although there were no significant difference between groups before and after exercise training, over mediumintensity exercises are considered effective in weight loss and positive changes of appetite-regulating hormones in obese middle school girls. In addition, combined exercises, including not only aerobic exercises but resistance exercises, are necessary and related researches should be conducted.

        Da Vinci BodyBoard 운동이 성인비만여성들의 체형변화와 혈중활성산소에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of Da Vinci Bodyboard exercise on changes in body shape and blood oxygen levels in adult obese women. The subjects were 12 adult obese women who had not experienced Da Vinci Bodyboard exercise and who wanted to participate in this exercise program. They were selected as exercise group for 3 times a week and 50 minutes a day for 8 weeks. Body composition and blood oxygen saturation were analyzed before and after participation. The following conclusions were obtained. Da Vinci Bodyboard. Changes in body shape of obese women who participated in exercise decreased in body weight and body fat percentage and were statistically significant. The changes in blood reactive oxygen of adult obese women participating in the Da Vinci Bodyboard exercise were found to be statistically significant after exercise. Taken together, Da Vinci Bodyboard exercise has a positive effect on body shape change and blood oxygenation in adult obese women. It is thought that exercise that can prevent and improve various diseases by improvement of obesity.
