A cancer-selective probe and drug delivery system was developed by loading disulfide-modified carbon dot (CD) onto manganese oxide (MnO<sub>2</sub>) nanosheet, followed by loading paclitaxel (PTX). High fluorescence CD was synthesized via carbonization process of disulfide cross-linked hyaluronic acid and further loaded onto MnO<sub>2</sub> nanosheets, causing fluorescence quenching of CD. The resulting CD-PTX@MnO<sub>2</sub>2 was further cleaved in the presence of glutathione (GSH) in cancer cell due to reduction of MnO<sub>2</sub> and disulfide bond, allowing recovery of fluorescence and release of PTX in cancer cell. Furthermore, CD-PTX@ MnO<sub>2</sub> demonstrated good biocompatibility towards normal cells and high selectivity towards tumor cells, indicating this system was suitable for cancer targeting both in bioimaging and chemotherapy. Thus, this system provides promising strategy for highly selective cancer bioimaging and smart drug delivery system. This work was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2019.

Here, we employed a catechol-quaternized poly(dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate) (PDMA-CA) to improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO<sub>2</sub> under ultraviolet (UV) light irradiation. The TiO<sub>2</sub> was efficiently immobilized into PDMA-CA via metal-catecholate interaction, and the remaining catechol moieties can be employed for surface coating. The catalytic performance of PDMA-CA-TiO<sub>2</sub> was confirmed by time-dependent methylene blue decomposition under ultraviolet light irradiation. Furthermore, the PMDA-CA-TiO<sub>2</sub>-coated surface was found has antifouling property which indicated by the detachment of HeLa cell in the presence of UV light. Thus, this approach can improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO<sub>2</sub> also provides antifouling property which become an advantage compared with conventional photocatalytic system. We developed fluorescent OFF-ON-OFF probe using Cu<sup>2+</sup> functionalized fluorescent carbon dots (FCD) to obtain (Cu<sup>2+</sup>-FCD) for a selective targeting of membrane and nucleus in cancer cell. The interaction of FCD and Cu<sup>2+</sup> resulted in aggregation, leading to fluorescence quenching. In tumor cells, Cu<sup>2+</sup>-FCD was disintegrated by emulative binding with stronger affinity to intracellular PPi for Cu<sup>2+</sup>, enhancing fluorescent signal. After that, the PPi-Cu<sup>2+</sup> complex was hydrolyzed by intracellular alkaline phosphatase in the cytoplasm to release Cu<sup>2+</sup>, causing re-aggregation with FCD that observed by fluorescence re-quenching behavior. Therefore, the system has shown the potential as a sensitive and selective tumor diagnostic platform in both coated and in aqueous states.

Here, we developed a cancer-targeting system based on a pH-responsive and enzymatically cleavable, crosslinked fluorescent nanogel (F-nanogel) obtained from boronic acid-conjugated lactose modified-chitosan (chitlac-BOH) and a tumor-targetable polymer of polydopamine/nitric oxide-conjugated carbonized HA [FNP(HA-SNO-DA)] for doxorubicin (DOX) loading, actively targeting cancer cell and delivering drug. In DOX-loaded F-nanogels, because of pH sensitivity of boronic acidcatechol diol cross-linking and enzymatical property of hyaluronidase (HAase), DOX and NO were released. Therefore, pH level and HAase content in cancer cells can regulates the release of DOX and NO. Such nanogels offered a drug delivery matrix for enabling fluorescent diagnosis which possesses excellent biocompatibility and highly sensitivity under cancer cell conditions.

Willy pursues a dream of success from wrong values of old era called the American Success Dream. Willy accepts the negative aspect of success, that is, anyone who has unique personality and popularity can realize the dream. He, however, has to keep on living in the transitional period of materialism and capitalism largely different from his ideal dream. Based on his old fashioned ideal of dream, he has educated Biff and Happy and enforced his ideal on his children, which has rather destroyed their life. Willy expect Biff to fulfil his dream. He, therefore, poured all his love and attention into Biff in his own way. The result proves to be a complete failure. Willy hasn``t paid pretty much attention to Happy. He thinks Happy will not be successful for he hasn``t any quality of success. Happy is substantially similar to Willy. Happy, not Biff shows the will to realize the dream of success at Willy``s funeral despite the lack of concern from his father. Happy turns to be the incarnation of wrong value of Willy``s, and Biff refuses to accept the vain world of illusion. (Dongduk Women’s University)
1P-201 ALP Sensitive Fluorescence Probe of Cyclodextrin Modified Carbon dots for Cancer Detection

Specific host-guest recognition and pH sensitive assay for tumor triggered fluorescent assay for monitoring cellular alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in coated surface and aqueous state were prepared in this study by crosslinking of cyclodextrin (β-CD)/boronic acid(BA) conjugated fluorescent hyaluronic acid [FNP(HA)] and fluorescent polydopamine [FNP(pDA)] by boronic ester complex (C-FNP). ALP level be used to be 30.125 to 1000 U/L then can specific recover under pH shock due to the cleavage of diol bond between β-CD and BA affecting release of NP from the fluorescent system. Thus, this fluorescence sensor system can be applied to broaden the monitoring ALP and cancer diagnosis in clinical practice in coated surface and aqueous state. <sup>**</sup>This was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2017.
Determinants of Business Process Outsourcing in Human Resource Function

The management of organizational Human Resource is steadily shifting away from pure hierarchical to market mechanisms that involve external vendors. HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has recently emerged as a significant administrative innovation in an organization’s strategy. Our paper attempts to understand firm-specific factors influencing the scope of HR BPO needs. Study results show that IT maturity and firm size are influential factors on the scope of HR BPO needs. We hope that our attempt at empirically examining and predicting this emergent phenomenon will stimulate others to look at this important strategic challenge facing firms from a theoretical perspective. Such research initiatives will allow us not only to better understand this complex phenomenon, but also to drive useful management prescriptions grounded on theory-based research.
