한국 성인 여성 정상교합자의 연조직 안모형태에 관한 두부방사선 계측학적 연구

The purpose of this study was to obtain the soft tissue cephalometric norms of normal Korean adult female group. Lateral cephalometric radiographs of 50 female students in the Dental school of Chonnal National University with normal occlusion and pleasing profile were taken for this investigation. The results were as follows : 1. The soft tissue thickness in N-N' Me-Me' Gn-Gn' is relatively thin and the soft tissue thickness in upper and lower lip area is comparatively thick. 2. The nasolabial angle in this study was 90.69˚. This angle is smaller than Caucasians and the protrusion of upper and lower lip is larger than the Caucasians. 3. Nasal convexity angle was 19.11˚and nasal height was 16.33mm. 4. The distance between the upper lip and upper incisor edge was 2.19mm and it's similar with other study.

저자는 한국 성인 여성의 두부 연조직에 대한 정상지를 얻고자 정상교합을 갖고 있으면서 교성이나 보절치료 경험이 없고 만족스러운 연조직 즉모를 갖는 전남대학교 지과대학에 재학중인 여학생 50명을 대상으로한 즉모 두부 X- 선 규격사진을 이용하여 연조직 계즉지를 동계적으로 연구분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. l 한국 성인 여성의 두부 후경은 N-N’ Me-Me Gn-Gn 에서 다른 부위에 비해 비교적 얇게 나다났으며 상순과 하순 부위의 후경은 두꺼운 것으로 나타났다. 2 한국 성인 여생의 비수각 (nasolabialangle) 은 9069 로 서양인에 비해 작은 각도를 나타 냈으며 상하순의 전방돌출도는 서양인에 비해 큰 수치를 보였다. 3 Nasa1 convexity ang1e 은 19 11 nasal height 는 16 33mm 를 나타냈다 4 상순에 대한 상악 전지의 노출거리는 279mm 호 국내와의 다른 연구와 비슷한 수지를 보였다.
