        간호대학생의 간호의 사회화 체험

        홍영혜(Hong Yong-Hae),오혜경(Oh Hye-Kyung),한영인(Han Young-In) 질적연구학회 2007 질적연구 Vol.8 No.2

Purpose of this study was to explore the meanings and nature of the lived socialization experience of the diploma nursing students. Method of this study was adopted the hermeneutic phenomenological human science approach developed by van Manen. The participants for this study were 8 diploma students, between the age of 23 and 35, who were healthy without any particular diseases. The 8 diploma students who had agreed to participate in this research were interviewed by the researchers under a private and comfortable environment. In collecting data for this study, in-depth personal interviews, transcriptions and observations were made by the researchers for 20days from January 22nd to February 15th, 2007. During the personal interviews the semi-structured questions were asked to the diploma nursing students to speak freely about the 'lived socialization experience' and the interviews were conducted three or four times per student for 50 to 120 minutes. Collected data were analyzed by hermeneutic phenomenological way of study that was developed by van Manen. Results were as follows. The six essential themes of the lived socialization experience of the diploma nursing students were found through this study 〈Mystery of the human body〉, 〈Too heavy a burden of study〉, 〈Keen competition〉, 〈A critical situation〉, 〈Support〉, 〈Becoming matured〉. Through the study, it was found that the diploma students consider the nursing science as a process of offering care to the patients with love, while acquiring knowledge of the academic and emotional personality. Conclusion: Studying the nursing science, indeed, means facing a desperate situation in which one has to struggle to survive in fierce competition within limited time. However, the students can stand all the hardships due to the hope for the future and the definite goals. Ultimately, they become mature by enhancing their understanding toward others. This study suggests visions and possibilities of the nursing profession by comprehending the meanings and nature of the lived socialization experience of the diploma nursing students.

        한방조리법(韓方調理法)에 관한 문헌연구

Cooking food is very important in Chinese medi cine when we regard the food to be the principal ori gin of the nutrition of human body and the condition required to maitain the activities of the life of hu man body. Chinese medicine has accumulated the diverse and rich experience of cooking food through long clinical expence ad well as made an important con tribution to the healthy and long life through the unique thekory of cooking food. Chineses medicine has deep view on the relations between food cooking and healthy and long life as well as presented the principle of cooking food created unique ways of food cooking such as food treatment. As the above, from the ancient times, Chinese medicine established Chinese medical science of nutrition under the consciousness of the theory that food and medicine have the same origin and practiced the methods of promoting the health through rightly selecting the foods. Therefore it has been thought that human beings can enjoy healthy life by rich supply of the nutrition. Comfortable ways of sleeping requie the emotion and peace with temperation in pleasure and anger, and also we should be temporate in eating, acting , sleeping posture and be flee from the wind, and we should not put on a quilt when sleep, and we should sleep alone and be careful about sexual life. The concrete measures for sexual intercourse are that : 1)we should marry at the right age not to be married at early age. 2)we should obey nature and not live unmarried life. 3)we should be temperate in having sexual inter coure and in excessive sexual desire. Regarding the residence and clothes : the residence environment should be calm and beautiful and the room for the residence should be well designed to be clean and sanitary and we should wear suitable clothes. All living creatures are living according to the rhythm of the living body and the change of the great nature. The Reason why the living things show the periodical rhythm is not that it is the truth of the great nature, but that the living life itself shall be ceased to be existed in case of running counter to such rhythm. There are 2 specially important things : one is about food in biological view and the other is the residence in social side. By starting from the theory that food and medicine have the same origin and root, we should rightly select the foods to promote the health at the maximum, and it is very important for human to be will obeying the environment and temperate in the life of residence and mind(Choi, Sam Byun, Shon, Young, 1997). As the above, the cook in Chinese medicine suggests us the suitable ways of achieving the goal of nursing. Therefore the continuous study of this field is necessary based on this my study though it is unsatisfactory at this time but it would be the basic materals in establishing the nursing science of Chines medicine.

In Chinese medicine, the activities of removing and solving the inner cause are called the regimen in preventing the disease and the good condition of mind emphasizes us to practice ourselves the doctrine of regimen of the mind to promote health and long life of the living body, in other words, it means we should have clean mind, less desire, less thought, less agony and widely open our emotion and will, and it also means the raising of good nature, the moral cultivation, cultivation, and we can be healthy when we live by good virtus as the root of regiem. The meaning of the Qi has been expanded more and more since its origination throught the process of practice and perception of man. 1) Matter is changed to the smoke when burned, the energy of water becomes the rain in the sky and the rain raises all living creatures by making them wet. Throught these changes of circulation, men could realize the energy to be the common and original matter of forming all the creatures. 2) The direction of showing the breathing of men in and out has been expended. 3)It was widely understood ad the meaning of showing vitality of men, and it was the original root of chinese medicine.4) It was expended to be showing spirit of nature such as the sun, moon, star, sky, land, mountain and the moral spirit of men as peacefullness, By the original meaning of the word of energy expanded to the wider side of sky, land, men and things, nature, society, man and the moral spirit could get the unified basis of the matter. As the above, the word of Qi has been used in wider meaning at this time from the past, ln other words all things in the universe come into being and extinct by the chang of motion of the Qi and it is recognized to be the living activityin hyman body. The Qiv - kong based on this energy and the motion applied to our daily life are very extenve(Lee, Hye Jung, 1997). Here are the summaries of the effect of the Qi - kong ; 1) The physical constitution is strenthened, physiological function is prosperous and psychosomatic disease not to mention the cold and indigestion. 2) It maintains the clear spirit, elevates intelligence, strengthens the spiritual power and demonstrates the potentiality at the amximum. 3) It maintain beautiful figure and clean skin never losing the charm but full of energy and vitality. 4) It keeps the balanced body never suffering from the unbalance of the bones, various and neuralgia. 5) It maintain the spirtual comfort, the natural posture in everything and real happiness(Lee, Hye Jung, 1997 : Suh, Yong Kyu, 1989). Chinese medicine mentions the motion by Qi with QI - Kong. But the motion does not require special method in Western medicine. It is the only way of living of our ancestor indaily life. It is maintairning the healthy lifr by training the Qi, and it is the motion of being with the nature with the open mind in breathing rather than artificially restricting our daily lire, it is the motion of the body.
