누리과정에 기초한 유아인성교육프로그램의 적용과 효과 연구

본 연구는 누리과정에 기초한 유아 인성교육프로그램을 보육현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만5세 유아 20명을 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하였고, 학부모 면담과 설문지를 실시하여 요구사항을 알아보았다. 또한 유아 인성교육프로그램은 보육기관의 교사들과 협의하여 10개월간의 프로그램을 구성하였다. 연구결과 유아 인성교육프로그램의 내용과 구성은 기존의 프로그램을 그대로 적용하기 보다는, 각 기관의 실정에 맞게 설계되어야 하며, 유아 인성교육프로그램의 효과는 유아, 학부모 그리고 프로그램을 진행하는 교사에게도 긍정적 효과가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. A the children character education program based on the process of Nuri curriculum, this study examined its effect. Examined the requirements for conducting the program was conducted in 20 infants to 5 years of age, parent interviews and questionnaires. The infant character education program was 10 months of the program in consultation with the teachers of the nursery. The study of the infant character education program and configuration, rather than applying existing programs should be designed according to each institution's sleep, and the effect of the early childhood education program toughness infants, parents, and teachers to conduct a program for a positive effect was shown.
