        슬링을 이용한 체간안정화 운동이 중년여성의 신체조성 및 체간안정성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is as follows. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sling exercise on body composition and trunk stability in middle-aged women. The method of this study is as follows. In this study, Twenty women aged 50 to 65 were randomly divided into exercise groups(n = 10) and control groups (n = 10). The sling exercise was performed for 8 weeks. The data processing of this study is as follows. The mean and standard deviation were calculated using spss version 24.0. Paired t-tests were performed before and after exercise. The significance level was α = .05. The results of this study are as follows. In the exercise group, body fat percentage and skeletal muscle mass showed statistically significant differences with increasing body composition. In the exercise group, there was a statistically significant difference in the trunk stability in 6 directions: -45°, -90°, 135°, -135° and 180°. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Sling muscle stabilization exercise has a positive effect on body composition by increasing body fat percentage and decreasing skeletal muscle mass. In addition, the three-dimensional spinal stabilization test showed a significant increase in stability in 6°, -45°, -90°, 135°, -135°, and 180°, indicating a positive effect on trunk stability. Therefore, Therefore, the stabilization exercise using sling could have a positive effect on the body composition and trunk safety of middle-aged women.

        하지근력강화 운동프로그램이 노인 여성의 등속성근력과 낙상예방 관련체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of lower body muscles strength exercise program on the isokinetic strength and fall prevention fitness of the elderly women. The subject recruited 16 elderly women aged 65 or older who could participate in physical activity and have no medical results. They were randomly assigned into the exercise group(n=8) and the control group(n=8). lower body muscles strength program were performed three times a week for 60 minutes and 8weeks. The measurement items were body composition (body weight, body fat, fat free mass), isokinetic strength, fitness factors related to fall prevention (Lower body muscle function, flexibility, dynamic equilibrium, coordination). The results are as follows. First, in the changes of body composition, there was no significant change in body weight and body fat percentage in the exercise group participating in the lower body muscles strength exercise program, and fat free mass and skeletal muscle amount were significantly increased. Second, in the change of isokinetic strength, the exercise group participating in the lower body muscles strength exercise program increased significantly in extension and flexion. Third, there was no significant change in flexibility among fitness factors related to fall prevention. Lower body muscle function, dynamic balance, and coordination were significantly increased, which showed a positive effect. Based on the above results, it was shown that the exercise program for the elderly women showed a positive change in isokinetic strength and physical fitness related to falls prevention in the elderly women.
