        물갬나무 9년생의 임분구조와 (林分構造) 재적 (材積) 및 Biomass 생산에 관한 연구

        Research was conducted in a minirotation plantation with four different planting densities at Tatae-ri, Chongwoon-myon, Yangpyong-gun, Kyonggi-do, to investigate the relation between volume and biomass production. Nine-year-old Alnus hirsuta var. sibirica analyzed to determine volume yield and weight equations for aboveground parts. The results suggest that the most suitable harvesting or thinning period at highly dense plots, more than 6,000 trees per hectare, is five years after planting, and the most fitted regression equation model for estimating aboveground biomass or total tree biomass is log Y = b_0 + b₁ log d² h.

        아동양육시설의 다기능화 조직혁신욕구와 관련요인 분석

        이 연구는 아동양육시설의 핵심적 현안과제인 시설다기능화를 중심으로 아동양육시설의 조직혁신 욕구와 관련요인에 관한 연구로서 조직 관리자의 인적 요인과 조직환경 요인이 시설의 다기능화 조직혁신 욕구수준과 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 분석하였다. 조직혁신과 관련요인에 관한 국내외 문헌을 검토하였으며, 전국의 아동양육시설에 대한 실증적 분석을 행하였다. 분석결과, 관리자 요인에서는 재직기간, 학력, 사회복지 전문성이, 조직환경 요인에서는 정원확보비율, 지역사회 개방성이 시설다기능화 조직혁신욕구에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 기초로 아동양육시설의 다기능화 조직혁신에 관한 이론적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다. The organizational innovation of child care institutions by multi-functionalization is an urgent policy agenda in Korea. This study reviewed research articles of organizational innovation and surveyed multi-functionalization needs of child care institutions and related factors, especially the relation between multi-functionalization needs and institution administrator`s personal factors, organization-environmental factors, and also analyzed the effects of those factors on organizational innovation need by multi-functionalization. And theological implications and some policy suggestions were provided for the organizational innovation of child care institutions by multi-functionalization.

        학생이 지각한 체육교사의 열정과 체육수업에 대한 학생들의 잠재적 태도성향과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate relations between physical education teachers’ enthusiasm perceived by their students’ potential attitude inclination to physical education classes. The subjects include 470 middle and high school students sampled with the convenience sampling method in Gyeonggi Province. Collected data were put to multiple regression analysis with the PASW Version 18.0 statistical program. The findings were as follows: first, all the sub-factors of physical education teachers’ enthusiasm had statistically significant effects on the students’ potential attitude inclination(satisfaction). second, all the sub-factors of physical education teachers’ enthusiasm had statistically significant effects on the students’ potential attitude inclination(achievement). third, all the sub-factors of physical education teachers’ enthusiams had statistically significant effects on the students’ potential attitude inclination(participation). finally, all the sub-factors of physical education teachers’ enthusiasm had statistically significant effects on the students’ potential attitued inclination(concentration).

        체육교사의 직업정체성과 교사효능감 및 직무수행 태도의 구조적 관계

        This study focused on the investigation of a structural relationship between occupational identity, teacher efficacy, and job performance attitude of physical education teachers who perceived them at school. For the investigation, a survey were carried out toward 250 physical education teachers at middle school and high school located in Geyonggi-do, on November, 2014. 241 copies of survey data excluding 9 copies unsuitable for this study were used as finally effective samples. Regarding sampling, convenience sampling method was applied. As for data processing, the goodness-of-fit test of whole model was confirmed by using SPSS Ver 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs, and then individual hypotheses were verified. The findings of the study are as follows; Firstly, social awareness toward physical education teachers and their human relation, which are the sub-variables of their occupational identify, had a positive and meaningful effect on teacher efficacy. However, their working environment, promotion, and multiple roles didn’t have a meaningful effect on teacher efficacy. Secondly, the teacher efficacy of physical education teachers had a positive and meaningful effect on their job performance attitude. Finally, the human relation and promotion of physical education teachers, which are the sub-variables of their occupational identify, had a positive and meaningful effect on their job performance attitude. Their working environment, social awareness, and multiple roles, however, didn’t have a meaningful effect on their job performance attitude.

        체육계 대학생의 사행성 게임행동 실태와 사행성 게임중독 대학생의 사회심리적 특성

        The purpose of the study was to investigate actual conditions of gambling behavior and socialpsychological behavioral characteristics of sport-majored college students. Using cluster sampling method, the analysis has been conducted with the subject of 575 college students in department of physical education. data collection was conducted between March to April in 2018. Based on the precedent studies, a questionnaire with 83 questions was created for data collection. Research issues are as follows; First, 93.9% of college students in gymnasium have gambling games experience. Most of them were sports racing, sports games, shooting games, RPG games, and simulation games. The amount of protests was less than 5,000 won (75.2%), but it was 8.9% more than 30,000 won. Second, There is a significant difference in gambling game behavior according to sex, age, and education level. Third, 16.3% of college students are addicted to gambling games, and 77.6% are college students who are addicted to non-problem games. Fourth, There is a significant difference in gambling addiction level according to sex and grade. Fifth, There is no statistically significant difference in the level of gambling addiction due to gambling game behavior. Sixth, social and psychological characteristics such as social relations, aggression perception, beliefs and competitive tendency are significantly different according to the level of gaming addiction.

        레저잠수 교육에서 비경쟁적 체험의 사회학적 탐색

        연구목적 본 연구는 레저잠수 교육에서 신체활동에서 오는 경쟁심을 넘어 비경쟁적 체험을 통해 사회학적 의미를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 레저잠수 교육체험에서 나타난 사회학적 요소를 탐색하고자 연구참여자를 선정하고 회상기법과 심층면담을 실시하여 질적연구(質的硏究, qualitative research)방법을 이용하였다. 결과 연구참여자들은 레저잠수를 통해 수중을 탐험하기 위한 기초교육과 직접 바다를 뛰어들어가기 위한 레저잠수교육에서 상대에 대한 믿음과 개인과 팀원 간 합일을 이루는 비경쟁적인 조화를 체험하였다. 결론 레저잠수는 실천적 귀결이 되는 개인과 개인 그리고 개인과 팀원간의 다름과 인정을 통하여 서로 경쟁하지않는 비경쟁에서오는 타자에 대한 신뢰와 배려, 자기존중과 상호존중으로서 사회적인 가치가 연결된 인식 방식을 가진다. 또한 각자의 살아온 방식의 차이를 인정하고 이러한 차이를 근거로 배움사고로 이끌어 낸다. PURPOSE Purpose of Research: The purpose of this study is to explore sociological meaning through non-competitive experiences beyond the competitiveness that comes from physical activity in leisure diving education. METHOD To explore the sociological elements that appeared in the leisure diving education experience, qualitative research methods were used by selecting research participants and conducting recall techniques and in-depth interviews. RESULT Research participants experienced non-competitive harmony that achieved trust in each other and unity between individuals and team members in basic education to explore the underwater through leisure diving and leisure diving education to dive directly into the sea. CONCLUSION Leisure diving has a way of recognizing social values such as trust and consideration for others, self-respect and mutual respect that comes from non-competition through differences and recognition between individuals and between individuals and team members, which have practical consequences. . In addition, we acknowledge the differences in each person's way of living and use these differences as a basis for learning.
