NBKP와 LBKP 펄프 배합비에 따른 수초지 표면 거칠음도 변화

The surface roughness has been analyzed in various ways so far. The surface profile analysis method using stylus and the fractal dimension method have been applied to conduct a more detailed analysis at this study. Air permeability was increased when LBKP mixing ratio and fillers addition increased, and when fines addition decreased. Roughness was decreased when LBKP mixing ratio increased, and when fines and fillers addition increased. Roughness and fractal dimension values had very high correlation when fines (R2=0.8667) and fillers (R<SUP>2</SUP>=0.8245) addition were changed, but they were very low correlation (R<SUP>2</SUP>=0.0018) when NBKP and LBKP mixing ratio changed. Therefore, analysis of fractal dimension value is suitable for handsheet surface analysis of small size such as fines and fillers, but it is not suitable for longer size such as NBKP and LBKP fibers. When fines and fillers addition were increased, fractal dimension values decreased because roughness of handsheet surface was decreased.

The smoothness of coated paper for the high end printing materials would be one of the most important properties for the print quality. In this study, the surface of paper was measured with stylus by 2,000 to 20,000 data. Using these data, the FD values of thickness and friction mean deviation were obtained through the JMP program. The optimal conditions for measurement of the coated paper’s surface were surveyed by varying the load on the stylus and the number of data derived. FD values were measured to analyze surface characteristics such as roughness and smoothness of coated paper. The larger the number of data derived, the more detailed the measurement was possible, and it gave lower fractal value. Proper pressure on paper and measuring distance of stylus in order to differentiate hill and crater of paper surface were important. 5 gf stylus pressure and 20,000 data were proper among various conditions. FD values of base paper and coated paper were 1.30-1.36 and 1.19-1.29 respectively, and the results showed the smoothness of coated paper was improved by coating process.

지문현출 연구에서 잠재지문의 조건을 통제하는 것은 실험의 신뢰성과 깊이 연관되어있기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 많은 연구자들은 지문연구들마다 다양한 지문 조건 통제 방법들을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지문의 조건을 통제하기 위해 연구자들이 어떠한 요소들을 고려하는지 알아보고 국내외 지문 관련 논문들의 지문 조건 통제 방법을 조사함으로써 중요하게 고려되는 주요 요소들을 파악하였다. 또한 지문의 품질을 관리하기 위한 최소한의 통제 방법에 대해서도 제시하고 있다. Maintaining the quality of developed latent fingermarks in important in forensic studies to evaluate the important evidence available at the crime scene. The reliability and repeatability are the important factors to be considered in performing the fingermark development forensic studies. However, there are many methods already in regular practice for developing latent fingermarks. In this study, we studied the factors and tendencies affecting the quality in developing the fingermarks. Also, we suggest the optimal conditions that can guarantee the quality of the developed fingermarks.
