It is difficult to know seismic performance of most buildings possess. Thus, purpose of this study is for providing technically applicable seismic evaluation method of existing telephone office BLDGs of KT. The evaluation process is divided three phase - scheme, preliminary, and 2nd The scheme phase includes data collection and establishment of performance objective, quick and limited analyses based on available building information and a site visit are involved the preliminary evaluation phase. And 2nd evaluation phase uses linear static procedure(LSP) for detailed evaluation of the structures.
