As a part of environmental pollution prevention and resources recycling, the regeneration of waste tire has been largely contributed to national industry. But, the worker has been evaded this regeneration process by reason of the best mischievousprocess condition among 3D industries. So, the first, the process condition of regeneratingwaste tire was analyzed. The second, the equipment or system was developed for the improvement of working strength and environment. The last, researchers intend to solve these problems.

프로타민에 의한 불응성 저혈압 환자에서 바소프레신 치료 -증례보고-

임상 의사들은 protamine 의 사용에 있어 그 부작용에 대한 대비를 충분히 해야 한다. Vasopressin 은 최근 들어 심폐소생술 중 심혈관 허탈의 치료에 적극적으로 이용되고 있으며, protamine 에 의한 불응성 저혈압의 치료에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 카테콜라민 치료에 반응하지 않는 저혈압 치료에서 vasopressin 의 용량과 용법은 추후 적절한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각한다. The adverse effects of protamine is well known and vary from mild skin rash to anaphylactic shock and death. However, treatment for anaphylaxis or anaphylactoid reaction to protamine is difficult and challenging task to clinicians, especially anesthesiologists. Vasopressin is a potent endogenous hormone and that`s function are to retain water and to constrict vascular smooth muscle. Vasopressin is useful for the treatment of septic shock and is also alternative drug for epinephrine in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. We report that a male patient who received with protamine had a severe hypotension, which was unresponsive to catecholamine therapy during off-pump coronary artery graft. His refractory hypotension was successful treated by vasopressin without any complications.

부상 경험이 있는 학생 선수의 성격 특성과 외상 후 인지 및 성장의 관계에 대한 연구

This study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits, post-traumatic cognition and growth for student athletes who were injured. Data were collected from student-athletes injured within three years and were analyzed using t-test, one-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. There were significant differences in levels of neuroticism and post-traumatic growth, depending on the grade, and differences in extroversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, and post-traumatic growth. There were a significant correlation between personality traits, post-traumatic cognition and growth among student-athletes with injuries. The higher levels of conscientiousness and agreeableness were related to the lower levels of post-traumatic cognition, and the higher levels of neuroticism were associated with the higher levels of post-traumatic cognition. Conscientiousness, extroversion, and agreeableness of personality traits had significantly positive effect on post-traumatic growth whereas neuroticism had negative effect. Post-traumatic cognition had significantly negative effect on post-traumatic growth. 본 연구는 부상 경험 학생 선수들이 부정적인 상황을 직면하고 긍정적으로 인지할 수 있도록 변화시키는 과정을 이해하는 데에 도움을 주기 위해 성격 특성과 외상 후 인지 및 성장의 관계를 검증하였다. 대학생 운동선수 중 최근 3년 이내에 부상 경험이 있는 선수 270명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 상관분석 및 t-test, One-Way ANOVA, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 부상 경험이 있는 학생 선수의 학년에 따라 정서적 불안정성과 외상 후 성장에, 종목유형에 따라 개방성, 성실성, 원만성, 외상 후 성장에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 성격 특성과 외상 후 인지 및 성장은 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성실성과 원만성이 높을수록 외상 후 인지가 낮아지며, 정서적 불안정성이 높으면 외상 후 인지도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 성실성, 외향성, 원만성이 높을수록, 정서적 불안정성이 낮을수록 외상 후 성장이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 외상 후 인지가 낮은 선수는 외상 후 성장이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 비교적 안정적인 성격 특성의 기질을 이용하여 외상 후 상황을 긍정적으로 인지하고 성장할 수 있도록 적절한 중재 요법 적용을 위한 기초자료를 제공함에 의의가 있다.

부상 경험이 있는 운동선수의 부상 인지와 재활신념에 관한 연구

본 연구는 운동선수의 부상 인지와 재활신념의 관계를 분석하여 효율적인 심리적 재활 지원의 방향을 제시하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 성인 운동선수 246명을 대상으로 부상 정도에 따른 부상 인지 및 재활신념의 차이 검증(다변량분석) 및 운동선수의 부상 인지와 재활신념과의 관계를 분석(경로 분석)하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 운동선수의 부상 정도에 따라 부상 인지의 회복 가능성, 회복 노력, 대비 및 예방, 재활신념의 민감도와 심각도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 부상 인지와 재활신념 하위요인 간에 유의한 상관이 있었으며, 부상 인지 중 회복 가능성이 민감도, 치료효과에 정적 영향, 심각도에는 부적 영향, 회복 노력은 민감도, 치료효과, 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 걱정은 민감도, 치료효과, 자기효능감, 심각도에 정적 영향, 대비 및 예방은 민감도, 치료효과, 자기효능감에 정적 영향, 심각도에는 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 재활을 앞둔 선수들에게 부상 상황을 긍정적으로 인지할 수 있도록 심리적 지원을 하여 재활에 적극적으로 전념할 수 있는 환경을 마련하는 것이 중요하다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Sport Injury Cognitive Reaction(SICR) and rehabilitation beliefs of athletes with injury experience.. Data were analyzed using MANOVA and path analysis. The findings revealed that there were significant differences in the sensitivity and severity of rehabilitation beliefs - specifically, in recovery possibility,, recovery effort, and injury perception preparation and prevention - based on the extent of athlete's injury. Additionally, there was a significant correlation between SICR and subfactors of rehabilitation belief. Moreover, the possibility of recovery during injury perception had a positive effect on sensitivity and treatment effect, while recovery effort had a positive effect on sensitivity, treatment effect, and self-efficacy. In addition, concerns related to injury were positively associated with sensitivity, treatment effect, self-efficacy, and severity. Conversely, injury prevention and preparation efforts had a positive effect sensitivity, treatment effect, self-efficacy, but a negative effect on severity. Implications and limitations of these findings were discussed.

This paper discusses a temperature change of electronic components in OBC(On-board Battery Charger) according to the cooling water and the ambient temperature. Each electronic component has a temperature limit for satisfying a operating condition and a lifetime of the OBC. Thus, a power control should be optimized to prevent electronic components from overheating. As a result, to predict how much the power produced at a certain temperature condition, the cooling water temperature and the ambient temperature which are dominant factor of electronic component temperature should be defined exactly. In this reason, temperature map--power versus temperature (cooling water and ambient temperature)--is required. However, drawing a temperature map through experiment at every temperature condition is costly and time-consuming. In this paper, therefore, as analyze the temperature change of electronic component based on cooling water temperature and ambient temperature through experiment, temperature of temperature sensor which is one of the electronic components of OBC is calculated and then power at certain temperature condition can be predicted accurately. At the conclusion, actual power and calculated power are shown to validate temperature variation according to temperature conditions.

A 2.6GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) having 0.8dB of noise figure (NF), 13dB of gain and 10% of bandwidth is designed and measured using low noise HEMT (high election mobility transistor). The parasitic source inductance sue to the via-hole and its series feedback effects on performances and stability are considered. The measurement shows that fabricated LNA has 1.25dB of NF, 17.dB of gain, -6.46dB of input reflection coefficientm, and –19.65dB of output matching performances at 2,6GHz
