        청소년의 외현화, 내재화 문제행동과 학교생활적응의 종단적 인과관계 분석

        본 연구는 청소년의 외현화, 내재화 문제행동과 학교생활적응의 종단적 인과관계를 자기회귀교차지연모형으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 한국청소년정책연구소(NYPI)에서 실시한 한국아동·청소년패널조사의 중1패널 2351명으로 2차년도∼4차년도의 자료를 활용하였다. 측정도구는 주의집중, 공격성, 비행 등의 외현화 문제행동과 신체증상, 사회적 위축, 우울 등의 내재화 문제행동, 학습활동, 학교규칙, 교우관계, 교사관계의 학교생활적응 척도 등이다. 연구모형에서 형태동일성, 측정동일성, 경로동일성, 오차공분산동일성을 검증한 결과 만족할만한 것으로 나타나 외현화, 내재화 문제행동 및 학교생활적응의 종단적 인과관계를 자기회귀교차지연모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 외현화, 내재화 문제행동, 학교생활적응의 자기회귀지연계수들은 높게 나타나 시간의 경과에 따라 안정적인 것으로 나타났다. 학교생활적응은 다음 시점의 외현화, 내재화 문제행동에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 외현화 문제행동이 학교생활적응과 내재화 문제행동에 미치는 교차지연과 내재화 문제행동이 학교생활적응과 외현화 문제행동에 미치는 교차지연은 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 성별에 따라서 외현화 문제행동, 내재화 문제행동, 학교생활적응의 종단적 인과관계에 차이가 있는가를 검증한 결과 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 선행연구와의 관련성, 교육적 의의, 연구의 제한점 등을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify causal relationship among externalizing, internalizing problem behaviors and school adjustment using autoregressive cross-lagged model. Three years of longitudinal data were collected from 2nd year of middle school students to 1st year of high school students by the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey. The instruments used in the study were externalizing problem behaviors such as attention problem behaviors, aggression, and delinquency and internalizing problem behaviors such as physical symptoms, social withdrawal, and depression. In the study, externalizing, internalizing problem behaviors and school adjustment were stable over time. School adjustment turned out to have significant negative effect on subsequent externalizing and internalizing problem behaviors. However the effect of externalizing problem on school adjustment and internalizing and the effect of internalizing problem on school adjustment and externalizing problem did not have significance statistically. There were no statistical differences on the longitudinal relationships between externalizing, internalizing problem behaviors and school adjustment by boys and girls. Findings were discussed with regard to the reciprocal relationship between the variables, educational implications were derived from the results, and suggestions for the following studies were presented.

        뇌졸중 집중치료실에 입원한 환자의 환경적 스트레스와 수면의 질의 관계

        Purpose : The aim of this research was to identify the mediating effect of sleep disturbance on the relationship between environmental stress and sleep quality in stroke patients admitted to the stroke intensive care unit. Method : The participants in the study were 99 patients, the analysis was based on Baron and Kenny’s model to examine the mediating effects of sleep disturbance on the relationship between environmental stress and sleep quality of stroke patients. Result : In the first and second step, environmental stress was identified as a significant predictor of sleep disturbance (β=.45, p<.001) and sleep quality (β=-.32, p=.001). In the third step, sleep disturbance (β=-.23, p=.001) was observed as a significants predictor of sleep quality, and the direct relationship between environmental stress and sleep quality was significant (β=-.22, p=.001). Sleep disturbance was found to exhibit a complete mediating effect on the relationship between environmental stress and sleep quality. Conclusion : The result of this study suggests that strategies for managing the sleep quality of stroke patients should include effective ways to manage environmental stress and sleep disturbance.

        어린 두 자녀를 둔 3교대 간호사의 양육 갈등 경험: 현상학적 연구

        Purpose: To understand the essentials of rearing conflict experience by three shift nurses in advanced general hospitals. Methods: The design was a qualitative research of phenomenology. Participants were 7 shift nurses working in advanced general hospitals who were rearing young children. Data were collected individually through in-depth interview on their life experiences. Data were analyzed by Colaizzi’s phenomenological methodology. Results: Eighteen themes were drawn from 256 meaningful experiences and these themes were integrated to six theme clusters. The most influencing themes were ‘Regret that I cannot satisfy even the slightest wish’, ‘Fail to care for kids’, and ‘Mutual feeling to care giver between appreciation and inconvenience’. Other themes were as follows: ‘Body and mind are broken’, ‘The need for a three-shift system to support nurses who are rearing children’, ‘Doing my best for work and child rearing’. Conclusion: The nature of three-shift nurses working in advanced hospital and caring kids is explained as ‘lives with conflict’ between work and home. This study suggests it is necessary to establish a 24-hour care center for 3-shift nurses to keep working while rearing their children.
