The purpose of this study is to indicate the cooling system trends for high-density data center that is increased continuously. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) It was confirmed that the design conditions for the cooling systems was changed largely because of increasing heat generation of IT server, rising the design set point of temperature and humidity, and applying containment system. (2) As the cooling systems for high-density data center, 4 types of spot cooling system and 2 types of central liquid cooling system were presented by investigating to design cases recently.

This paper presents necessity of considering stability and efficiency to build data center and commissioning method to reflect these technologies. A data center must non-stop operate 365 days a year consistently to provide stable and sustainable IT service to the public and It is necessary to consider efficient design and operation plan as increasing heat load according to the development of IT equipment that makes HVAC system bigger than before. This paper proposed the stability/efficiency based commissioning to build future-oriented data center reflected owner"s requirement.

데이터센터는 정전이나 설비기기 결함에 의해 운영 중단과 같은 상황이 발생될 경우 기업 및 이용자에게 치명적이고 직접적인 손실을 발생시킬 수 있기 때문에 어떠한 상황에서도 서버를 보호할 수 있는 안정적인 24시간 운영의 무중단 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 그러나 안정적인 시스템 구축을 위해 과설계나 많은 인력을 투입하여 운영하는 것은 초기투자비 및 운영비용의 증가 등 경제적 손실을 초래하므로 데이터센터는 그 목적에 부합하는 최적설계 및 운영 인력의 충분한 시스템 숙지로 안정성 및 유지관리 효율성을 확보해야 하며, 그러한 요건들의 검토 및 성능 검증을 위해 데이터센터의 커미셔닝이 필수적으로 수행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 커미셔닝 수행 절차 중 종합 시운전 테스트 검증을 중점적으로 연구 하였으며, 데이터센터 구축시 커미셔닝의 필요성을 제시함으로써, 향후 타 데이터센터 구축시 참고할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

The building energy model for energy efficiency of existing buildings must be simple and accurate. In general, white box models take a lot of time and money to obtain parameter information, but nevertheless, the analysis results differ from the actual energy consumption. The black box model is widely used because it is estimated based on actual performance data of the building and provides excellent accuracy. Linear regression is a popular method among them. The method of linear regression of outdoor temperature and energy use has been frequently used for a long time. However, this approach requires a lot of accumulated data. Also, it is not possible to consider the indoor environment of the building. To improve this problem, propose a delta-T-based building energy model using a indoor temperature sensor. The proposed model had better energy usage prediction performance than other models using outdoor temperatures, even considering systematic errors in sensors. It plans to further verify the model after the green remodeling of the target building is completed. The proposed model is available in the following situations: (1) A Comparative Analysis of Energy Efficiency Levels in the Operating Stage of Existing Buildings (2) Quantitative Analysis of Energy Performance Improvement Effect of Existing Buildings (3) Support for real-time indoor environment and building energy management monitoring in connection with low-cost sensor network for buildings without building energy management system

This paper is to introduce a solution about preliminary risk and a supplement for construction through the BIM design case in building remodeling. The BIM design with 3D scanner is the method for reducing the construction period and cost in the building remodeling. In leading countries, the BIM design with 3D scanner was reached high level in the construction and facility management, and it is composed the lively 3D modeling. In addition, The artificial intelligence 3D building management system is developing with cloud service and personal smart mobile recently. It has been gained sympathy to more and more building clients and users because that design planning using 3D scanners (of laser methods) can improve the accuracy of drawings and advantage economically that can reduce the cost of construction and shorten the period construction.

As high-density data centers increase, interest and demand in related industries for developing design technologies for energy-saving cooling systems has increased. In this situation, providing a data center air conditioning design support program to improve cooling energy performance can be a practical help. Prior to cooling system DB deployment, this study aims to present the classification system for system type and key equipment that are mainly applied in the data center. To achieve this goal, through a review of existing literature, basic cooling systems and key equipment for removing ITE heat were systematically classified. DB information was divided into energy performance information, cost information, and other design information so that it could be used for later program input and output information.
