        한국 연안해역에 있어서 온배수 배출의 생태학적 영향 4. 고리원자력발전소 부근 해역 일차생산자의 생물량과 생산력

        Spatial and temporal variations of phytoplankton standing stocks ranged from 865 to 13,645Cells·㎖^-1 in the adjacent waters of Kori Nuclear Power Plant from March, 1987 to February, 1989. Seasonal variations of standing stocks of phytoplankton showed high concentrations above 5,000Cells·㎖^-1 in spring and summer 1987. Phytoplankton blooms by netplankton (cell size>20/㎛) occurred in June and September 1988. Though the fractions of nanoplankton (cell size<20/㎛) to the total phytoplankton standing stocks were always higher than 67%, netplankton standing stocks underwent more remarkable fluctuation with the seasons by heated effluent. The minimum standing stock was recorded at the thermal effluent stations. And the distribution of chlorophyll-a concentrations was similar to the pattern of phytoplankton standing stocks. Primary productions measured by C-14 method were varied from 14.5 to 3283.4㎎C·m^-2-day^-1 spatiotemporally. The minimum primary productivity was measured at the thermal effluent discharge stations except the result of survey in December, 1988. Assimilation numbers of phytoplankton ranged from 0.2 to 11.7㎎C·㎎Chl-a^-1·hour^-1 and were high in the area not affected by heated effluent during summer.

        원자력발전소 및 화력발전소 냉각계통 통과에 따른 식물플랑크톤의 영향

        The mortalities of phytoplankton passed through the cooling system in Kori Nuclear Power Plant were estimated in the range of 21∼59% during the period of February to December, 1996. Yearly mean of the mortalities was 37% and this was lower than the result (55%) of previous study. The results from the cooling system of Seoinchon Power Plant were compared with those from Kori Nuclear Power Plant where three surveys were carried out from December, 1994 to May, 1995. The result measured by standing stock method was 35% and the result of chlorophyll method was 25%, respectively. And the mortality caused by mechanical stress of cooling water pumping seemed to be lower than 10%.

        고리해역 표영생태계내 비생물 환경요인과 일차생산 변동

        Abiotic environmental factors and primary production were investigated at the adjacent waters of Kori in southeastern coast of Korea, seasonally in 1992. The average concentrations of chlorophyll-a varied from 2.01 to 5.88㎍Chl-a·ℓ^-1 and showed spring and autumn bloom. The fraction of nano- and picoplankton was 74.8% of total biomass of primary producers in April but larger cell size group, netplankton contributed 54.9% to the total biomass and caused autumn bloom in October. Daily primary productivity ranged from 316.5 to 3538.8㎎C·m^-2·day^-1. Except the result of October, the production of nano- and picoplankton were over than 70% of primary production. Assimilation number of phytoplankton ranged from 0.20 to 5.79㎎C·㎎ Chl-a^-1·hour^-1 and the average N/P ratio was 8.65. Nitrogenous nutrient might be limiting factor to the growth of primary producers because of low level of N/P ratio. The data of apparent oxygen utilization (AOU) showed vertical stratification of water column in summer.

        한국 연안해역에 있어서 온배수 배출의 생태학적 영향 3. 고리 원자력발전소 부근 해역 무생물환경과 일차 생산자의 군집구조

        Abiotic environmental factors and the community structure of primary producer in thermal effluent region, adjacent waters of Kori Nuclear Power Plant were investigated monthly from March, 1987 to February, 1989. The area showing the rise of water temperature (ΔT) over 2-3℃ by thermal effluent extended to about 2㎞ from the discharge of power plant and to the depth 5m and the area over ΔT 1℃ were variable but usually extended 2-4㎞. Though seasonal fluctuations of nutrient concentrations showed general patterns of temperate neritic region, the average ratio of nitrogen and phosphate nutrient (N/P ratio) ranged 6.98-8.49 and nitrogenous nutrient seemed to be limited. A total of 160 phytoplankton species were identified and Skeletonema costatum was dominant species all the year round. Phytoplankton species diversities were lower than those of previous studies which investigated before the full operation (4 units) of Kori Nuclear Power Plant. This indicats that the structure of phytoplankton community had changed unstable by the effect of thermal effluent. The result of cluster analysis shows that phytoplankton community structure are closely related with water temperature and phytohydrographic regions are usually divided into two parts by the isotherm, that is, ΔT 4℃ line. Therefore ΔT 4℃ might be a critical temperature leading transformation of the primary producers community structure.

        새만금호 안팎의 식물플랑크톤 군집과 식물수문적 수역특성

        새만금 방조제 물막이 공사 마무리 직후인 2006년 5월부터 11월까지 4회의 조사를 통해 방조제 안팎의 식 물플랑크톤 군집구조에 의한 식물수문적 수역특성을 연구하였다. 집괴분석 결과 육수역과 해수역으로 크게 양분되는 모습을 보여주었고 조사시기별로 조사정점간의 유사도는 다소간의 변동이 지속되었다. 특히 여름철에는 같은 해수역 임에도 불구하고 방조제를 경계로 내부수역 및 외부수역으로 확연히 구분되는 식물수문적 수역 분리를 보여주었다. 물막이 공사 후 새만금호는 염분이 감소하고 수질환경이 변화되어 식물플랑크톤의 군집조성에 의한 식물수문특성이 시기별로 변화가 지속되는 것으로 보인다. This study was to investigate the phytoplankton communities and phytohydrographic characteristics of the inside and outside of the Saemangeum Reservoir from May to November 2006 directly after dike construction. As the cluster analyses, phytohydrographic regions were devided into fresh river water and seawater regions, and the similarities between the sampling sites fluctuated temporarily. Distinctive phytohydrographic difference was shown between inside and outside of the dike in summer. After the dike construction, declining salinity and changing water quality have caused to change the phytoplankton communities and phytohygrographic regions.

      • 여수, 광양 내만 해역 부유생물 군집의 종 다양성

          식물플랑크톤 군집을 여수, 광양 인접해역에서 2001년 7월부터 2002년 3월까지 4회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 몇몇의 규조류 종들이 일반적인 계절천이를 나타내었고, 광온ㆍ광염성 규조류인 Skeletonema costatum은 본 연구 해역에서 연중 우점종으로 나타났다. 한편, 식물플랑크톤 현존량은 수시로 대발생 수준(1000 cells/㎖)에 도달하였고 종 다양성지수는 전 조사에 걸쳐 0.43에셔 1.82의 범위로 나타났기에 종다양성지수의 모든 계산 값은 2.0에 미달하였다.   Phytoplankton communities as the representative autotrophic plankton group were investigated four times from July, 2001 to March, 2002 in the vicinity of Yeosu and Kwangyang. Several diatom species were shown typical seasonal succession and Skeletonema costatum, an eurythermal and euryhaline diatom species was a dominant species in this study area. The standing stocks often reached to the level of phytoplankton bloom(1,000cells/㎖) and species diversity indices ranged from 0.43 to 1.82 during the total period, and all the values were lower than 2.0.

        서산지역 춘계의 대기 분진과 불완전균류 포자

        N/A The relationship between SPM(Suspended Particulate Matter) and fungal spore in the air was investigated in Seosan, a rural county of Korea, in spring of 2000. SPM concentrations in the air were 199.8㎍ m^-3 in the 1st Yellow Sand Period(March, 23∼24), 249.4㎍ m^-3 in the 2nd Yellow Sand Period(April, 7∼9) and 98.9㎍ m^-3 in the Non Yellow Sand Period(May, 12∼16), respectively. Although there was somewhat difference in total SPM concentration between the two Yellow Sand Periods, majority of the total SPM were composed of 5㎛ sized coarse particles over the two periods. However, find particles sized about 1㎛ and coarse particles sized about 5-6㎛ ultimately showed peaks, which was within typical bimodal pattern at the graph of SPM size distribution in the Non Yellow Sand Period. Four mold genera grown from airborne fungal spores were finally identified in full-grown colonies at the SPM samples during the Yellow Sand Periods. These genera were Fusarium, Aspergillus, Penicillium and Basipetospora.

        안면도 꽃지해수욕장 수질 및 식물플랑크톤

        2011년 하절기에 안면도 꽃지해수욕장 수질 및 식물플랑크톤을 조사하였다. COD는 때때로 5.0mg/l를 초과 하였고 SS는 대체로 40.0mg/l를 초과하였다. DO, pH, 염분 등은 대체로 안정적인 수준이었고 폭우의 영향으로 염분 값이 다소 변동하였다. 엽록소 농도와 식물플랑크톤 현존량은 8월에 상대적으로 높은 값을 보였으나 우려되는 녹,적 조 현상은 발생하지 않았다. 식물플랑크톤 우점종은 6월과 7월에 다량의 와편모조류가 출현했으나 8월에는 보편적인 규조류 종들이 우점하였다. 대장균군수는 7월보다 8월에 다소 높은 값(>400CFU/100ml)을 보였으나 위생학적으로 문제될 수준은 아니었다. Physicochemical water conditions and phytoplankton were investigated at Ggot-jee beach in Anmyondo, summer season of 2011. COD were sometimes recorded higher than 5.0mg/l and SS were always over 40mg/l. DO, pH and salinity were stable generally but low salinity was affected by heavy rainfall. In spite of relatively high concentrations of chlorophyll and phytoplankton standing stocks, discolored water phenomena(green or red tide) had not been occurred. A few dinoflagellate species were dominated in June and July, but general diatoms were dominant species of phytoplankton community in August. Escherichia coli concentrations were higher in August(>400CFU/100ml) than in July but it's not the level of hygienic problem.

      • 새만금지역 내방수제 착공이후의 식물플랑크톤 군집

        새만금수역 내부의 방수제 착공시점인 2011년부터 2013년까지 새만금 수역을 담수역, 하구역, 만경호 및 동진호 수역과 방조제 밖 외해역 등 4개의 수역으로 나누어 연 4회씩 식물플랑크톤 군집을 조사하 였다. 2011년 조사(3월, 6월, 9월, 11월)에서는 각 시기별로 48 - 59종씩의 식물플랑크톤이 출현하였으 며 만경호 및 동진호 수역에서 6월의 결과는 담수종이 우세하였으나 9월에는 담수종과 해수종의 공존 이 관찰되었다. 2012년 조사(4월, 6월, 9월, 11월)에서는 각 시기별로 45 - 65종이 출현하였고 9월에 가 장 다양하였는데 그 원인은 담수정점들을 중심으로 남조류의 출현종수가 증가한 것에 기인한 결과였 다. 2013년 조사(3월, 6월, 9월, 11월)는 56 - 69종이 출현하여 연구수역은 최근으로 오면서 오히려 출 현종수는 증가하고 있었다. 특히 6월의 결과에서 최대 출현종수를 보였는데 해수영향을 받는 곳에서의 와편모조류 출현종의 증가와 담수역의 남조류, 녹조류 출현종의 증가에 의한 결과였다.

        새만금 수역 식물플랑크톤 현존량의 경년(2001-2010) 변화

        새만금 방조제 건설기간에 해당하는 2001년부터 2010년까지 10년간 새만금 수역에서 식물플랑크톤 현존량을 조사하였다. 식물플랑크톤 현존량은 조사 시기 및 조사 정점에 따라 57 - 85,219 cells/ml의 큰 변화를 보였다. 새만금 호 내부 수역은 담수 및 해수의 유입량 변화와 계절변화에 기인하여 식물플랑크톤 현존량이 시공간적으로 변화하였 다. 한편, 담수 정점들은 상시적으로 높은 현존량이 기록되어 녹조발생이 잦았으나 방조제 밖 해수역의 현존량은 보 편적 범위에 있어왔다. 장기적 관점에서 방조제 물막이 공사 완공(2006년 4월)을 전후하여 비교할 때 식물플랑크톤 현존량의 큰 변화는 나타나지 않았다. Phytoplankton standing stocks had been researched in Saemangeum water region from 2001 to 2010 belong to the construction period of Saemangeum dike. The big change of phytoplankton standing stocks was shown, reaching 57 – 85,219 cells/ml according to the sampling seasons and stations. Inside of Saemangeum lake, a flux of fresh water and sea water made the phytoplankton standing stocks changed spatiotemporally. Meanwhile, the water bloom was frequent with continuously high standing stocks of fresh water stations and the standing stocks outside of the dike have been normal. In the long-term point of view, the standing stock did not show a big change comparing to the before and after of closing the dike(April, 2006).
