      • 「기다리는 時間」理論이 地球科學敎育에 미치는 效果

        The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of Rowe's “Wait Time theory” into Earth science education applied to high school science classes in order to suggest the desirable method of Earth science education and to present reference materials to develop the earth science curriculum. The conventional teaching method so-called non-inquiry one was applied to the control group while Rowe's theory was done to the experimental group with increasing “Wait Time” gradually week by week. The class dialogues were tape-recorded and then oscillographs were printed by X-T recorder. The class dialogues from both the experimental and the control groups were analyzed and examined along with the comparison of the oscillographs of each group. On the other hand, the factors difficult to examine by oscillograph such as failure number of response, the incidence of speculative thinking, the number of questions, participation and expression were checked by keeping observation and paying attentions. All of the analysis were carried by means of test evaluation, printing of oscillographs and cumulative observation. Based upon the findings and within the limitations of this study, several conclusions can be drawn as follows ; First, there was no significant difference in scholarship improvement. Second, the length and number of students' responses increased. Third, the number of failure of students' responses decreased. Fourth, the incidence of speculative thinking increased. Fifth, teacher-centered show-and-tell decreased and student-centered inquiry learning increased. Sixth, the number of questions asked by students increased. Seventh, students' participations and expressions increased. It is thought that the “Walt time Theory” is of great help to develop effective student-centered science education in our classroom situation, where the conventional cramming method of education has been prevalent.

      • 신흥국가의 자동차 정기검사 실현을 위한 연구

        All vehicle should ensure that roadworthiness to service, and Each country operates PTI and Roadside inspection(part of safety) for apposite to the case. In the case of Korea, however, operates PTI only. PTI is operated most countries, and expanded operation Roadside inspection since stabilization of PTI. PTI is likely to be costly to operate because it needs a lot of inspection facility and equipment. For the reason, each country is shared the cost through government-operated or privatization. Developing countries, introducing a vehicle inspection system, have not enough budget and developed network system. So they demand a inspection privatization and prevention weakness inspection. Therefore, they priority should be to establish minimum standard of inspection facilities and equipments that institutional and operational aspect is based on their country feature. The CITA theorizes minimum standard about inspection facilities and equipments but it does not include prevention weakness inspection. So, I"d like to suggest that Korea"s standard operates privatization system for inspection facilities and equipments of Developing countries; supplement standard of prevention weakness inspection. Especially, in recent years, many countries like Philippines, Indonesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, etc. has been an increasing interest in Korea"s vehicle inspection standard and inspection training course. Because of this, we support to the Developing countries for PTI that the establishment of national policies and training course.

      • 운행 자동차의 첨단 자동차검사 시스템 도입에 관한 연구

        According to vehicle control regulations in 1917, vehicle inspection system of a vehicle in service has been conducted by the transportation safety authority and non-official servicing shops. In advanced country, a vehicle safety inspection system has been conducted according to its real situation. Especially, Japan, Germany and USA etc. make an effort not only the reliability, but also the quality of a safety inspection service by introducing an advanced vehicle inspection system. But, in korea, trying to improve the operation such as the development of a computing system, the automation of inspection equipment and inspection standard service etc. by the transportation safety authority during about 50 years, the existing vehicle safety inspection system has been conducted without the improvement of a special legal and system. In this study, in order to develope and introduce an advanced vehicle safety inspection system, which apply flexibly to new vehicle design technology and consider to the reliability and facility, we try to improve the efficiency of advanced safety inspection methods by comparing exist safety inspection methods with advanced safety inspection methods. And advancing the safety inspection equipment on the base of this study"s result, the purpose of this study make an offer to not only setting the equipment with applicable in inspection center, but also increasing the effectiveness of the vehicle inspection system, withdrawing inconvenience according to inspection a vehicle in service, and optimal servicing a vehicle safety inspection. Especially, up to now, the study on a safety inspection for a vehicle in service after a delivery new vehicle was not sufficient, we provide the fundamental data to a government policy on the base of this study"s result.

      • 하이브리드 전기자동차의 운전조건에 따른 제어 특성 연구

        Hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) combine the internal combustion engine and the electric motor generator with battery system, resulting in improved fuel economy and lower exhaust emissions compared to conventional vehicles. In the present study, HEV control characteristics are analyzed for the Toyota Prius. To accomplish this, vehicle speed, engine speed, battery current and voltage, SOC(State of Charge), motor speed and torque, generator speed and torque, and engine coolant temperature etc. are measured in real time. Tests are carried out on chassis dynamometer and on-road driving under various test conditions such as different initial SOC(SOC 40%, SOC 56%, and SOC 80%) and different driving patterns.<br/>

        Vehicle owner can check Engine, Engine oil, and belt condition to do with the emission by opening the bonnet. However, the safety of vehicle has a direct implication with parts such as Steering system, Wheel and Tires, and Power trans system. They are located in underside of vehicle. To check into defective parts, there needs to be a separate unit such as Pit or Lift. According to CITA guidelines, it is recommended to have Pit or Lift fit up a jack and light, it is required (must have) to have Brake inspection equipment and Head Lamp inspection equipment, while inspection equipment such as, Wheel alignment indicator, Wheel spinner and Wheel play detector is an option. The most important part of vehicle safety inspection item are Underbody Inspection, Braking force Inspection, and Head Lamp Inspection. There are two main parts of Underbody inspection: Pit or Lift. Korea only use Pit Inspection, but developed countries use both with Lift and Pit Inspection depending on the size of vehicle. For an inspection, UVIS Inspection equipment is researched and being developed. Also, Underbody Inspection auxiliary equipment like Wheel play detector, and Underbody hydraulic jack has been adopted to maximize the effectiveness. In this study, we are to ensure the most effective Inspection.

        Fabrication technology continues to improve with the development of the vehicle industry. With these improvement, technology is continuously developed accordingly in various fields. Inspection equipments are used for manufacturing research and development. It is also used to check vehicle in service. There is a variety vehicle inspection. To prevent vehicle accident, to prevent modified vehicle or non-licensed vehicle, to make sure that our transport environment, to keep our environments clean by providing vehicle"s emission, and to proprietorship, etc..The most important part of the vehicle inspection is encouraging vehicle inspection, and to locate a faulty vehicle then it lead to repair to prevent an accident. Research internal and external, accident by faulty vehicle is occupies half by brake and tire. And brake ability correctly testable about brake to equipment invitation of excellent performance will prevent by faulty brake. Thus, in this study, to fit on advanced internal reality, we institute dynamic braking inspection equipment testable brake ability on driving state(8~12km/h), then go into correlation of the existing Roller brake system. And after improve characteristic analysis of inspection equipment from problem. So in our research, we used the dynamic braking inspection equipment to test brake ability while in motion, then Roller brake system inspection, and the characteristic analysis of the inspection.

      • 핸드볼 선수의 커뮤니케이션 만족과 팀 응집력, 집단 효능감의 관계

        본 연구는 스포츠 팀 구축 프로그램 적용을 위한 개념 모형에 이론적 기반을 두고 핸드볼 선수들을 대상으로 구성원간의 커뮤니케이션 만족과 팀 응집력, 집단 효능감의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대한핸드볼협회에 등록되어 있는 중·고등학교 선수 483명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자료처리를 위하여 PASW 20.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적요인분석 및 내적일관성계수 산출, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 거쳐 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핸드볼 선수의 커뮤니케이션 만족, 팀 응집력, 집단 효능감은 정(+)적인 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 핸드볼 선수의 커뮤니케이션 만족은 팀 응집력에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 핸드볼 선수의 커뮤니케이션 만족은 집단 효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 뎃째, 핸드볼 선수의 팀 응집력은 집단 효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to examine the relationship of communication satisfaction on team cohesiveness and team cohesiveness on handball player. The research participants were 483 handball players registered on korean handball association. And the method of the statistical analysis used in this study, were t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis using PASW 20.0 and confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 20.0 program. the results of this study were as followings: First, as for Communication Satisfaction, there was no difference in sex, but there were statistical differences in school grade, career of winning. as for team cohesiveness, there was no difference in school grad, but there were statistical differences in sex, career of winning. as for team cohesiveness, there was no difference in school grad, but there were statistical differences in sex, career of winning. Secend, Communication satisfaction, team cohesion, team efficacy has positive relationships. Third, communication satisfaction has a positive effect on team cohesion. Forth, Communication satisfaction has a positive effect on the team efficacy. Fifth, team cohesion has a positive impact on the team efficacy.

        Controlled drug release using ascorbate-responsive quercetin-conjugated alginate hydrogels

        In this paper, we report a new strategy for controlled cargo release using quercetin-conjugated alginate (Alg) hydrogels that has enhanced hydrogel stability and can release cargo molecules through on-demand metal cation reduction by a biological reducing agent, ascorbate. By conjugating hydrophobic quercetin to the Alg backbone, hydrogel stability was increased. The encapsulated cargos were released on demand through reduction of cross-linking Fe(III) ions by ascorbate, harnessing the differences in cross-linking capability between Fe(II) and Fe(III). We found that encapsulated fluorescein in quercetin- conjugated Alg hydrogels was released much slower than that in hydrogels without quercetin conjugation. In addition, the stability of the hydrogels and the release of encapsulated fluorescein were controlled by modulating oxidation state of Fe using ascorbate. We validated our strategy by demonstrating the enhanced cancer cell killing of the doxorubicin-encapsulated hydrogels upon treatment with ascorbate. We believe that the strategy would be used as an effective tool for the anticancer drug delivery that can be controlled by ascorbate as overcoming the drawback of Alg hydrogels.
