영 · 유아 어머니의 부모성장 문학치료 프로그램 개발 기초연구 - 애착관계 재구조화를 중심으로 -

이 연구는 영유아를 양육하는 어머니들의 부모성장을 돕기 위한 문학치료 프로그램개발을 위한 기초연구이다. 이 연구를 기초로 하여 양육스트레스를 경험하는 영유아 어머니들이 이야기 속에서 관계를 재경험해 봄으로써 자신을 이해하고, 애착관계의 재구조화를 통해 내적작동모델의 변화를 꾀할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 현장에서 어떤 프로그램을 필요로 하는지 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 통한 조사연구를 진행하였으며, 전체 문학치료 프로그램의 흐름과 방향을 제시하기 위해 이야기를 선정하여 서사적 맥락을 분석하는 문헌연구를 병행하였다. 44명의 전문가 그룹과 50명의 영유아 어머니들에게 무선 표집을 통한 온라인 설문조사에서 전문가 그룹의 60%, 어머니 그룹의 50%가 부모성장을 위해 가장 필요한 것으로 자기이해 프로그램을 선택했고, 어머니 그룹의 74%는 문학치료에 대해 긍정적 인식을 가지고 있었다. 어머니들이 자신의 애착관계와 관련된 어려움을 투사하고 새로운 관계 맺기를 시도해 볼 수 있는 이야기로 설화 〈아기장수〉를 선정하였고, 어머니들이 어머니와 아이의 입장을 각각 경험해 볼 수 있는 세 가지의 장면을 선정했다. 첫째, 어머니가 보통의 아이와 다른 아이를 출산한 장면, 둘째, 어머니가 아이의 존재를 믿지 않고 두려워하고 의심함으로써 나타나는 사건과 관련된 장면, 셋째, 아이가 죽음에 이르는 장면. 그리고 각각의 장면에서 상대가 어떻게 부정적으로 그려지고 있는지에 초점을 맞추어 이야기를 분석했다. 이 연구에서 분석한 〈아기장수〉의 내용을 바탕으로 다음 연구에서는 구체적인 문학치료 프로그램을 구성하고 실행 결과를 분석하고자 한다. This study is a basic study for the development of a literary treatment program to support the parental growth of mothers raising infants. Based on this study, we try to develop a program that can help mothers of infants experiencing child-rearing stress understand themselves by re-experiencing relationships in their stories, and change their internal behavioral models through the reconstruction of attachment relationships. In this research, we conducted a research to understand what kind of programs are needed in the field through a questionnaire survey and a literature study to analyze the episodic context by selecting stories to present the flow and direction of the overall literary treatment. As a result of an online survey with 44 expert groups and 50 infant mothers, 60% of the expert group and 50% of the mother group chose a self-understanding program as the most necessary for parental growth and 74% of the mother"s group had a positive perception of literary treatment. We select the narrative 〈Agijangsu〉 where mothers can try to establish a new relationship by projecting the difficulties related to their attatchment and we chose three scenes where the mothers could experience both the mother and the child"s position. The three selected scenes are as follows. First, a scene in which a mother gives birth to an abnormal child, second, a scene related an event that occurs when a mother does not believe, fear and doubt the existence of a child, and third, a scene that child leads to death. Therefore, we analyzed the story by focusing on how each counterpart was drawn negatively in these three scenes.
