The purpose of this thesis is to find the significant relationship between the quality of services from restaurant and the frequency of Dining-outs via the survey from customers that visited a restaurant. For the survey I chose the following group of participants. The participants are categorized by the purpose of dinning out the fields of categorization are referenced from Filiatrault & Ritche, June & Smith, Miller and Junjunjin, and Hsu, Byun & Yang to investigate the level of satisfaction. The fields are friendly gathering, dinning with colleagues at the work, dinning with business purposes, and family gathering. The restaurants the survey was performed on were T, B, S, C, M. All of them are big restaurants that are goring fast. The survey materials have been distributed for one-month period, from the 6th of June, 2004 to 31st of June, 2004. The general information of the participants and the usage are analyzed using frequency test and chi-square method. The ANOVA is used to analyze relationship between each variable and the level of the satisfaction for individual restaurant.
