The purpose of this study is to develop an emission factor that can calculate the emission of fine dust from construction sites before construction. To this end, equipment and construction types that mainly generate fine dust at construction sites were derived, and a method of calculating fine dust emissions at construction sites was studied through EPA standards and standard values of standard parts. As a result, a coefficient that can quantitatively calculate fine dust at construction sites, which is close to impossible to measure emissions, was developed, and a method for calculating fine dust emission at construction sites using this was proposed.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method of measuring dust generation at construction sites using light scattering method. Unlike the β-ray and the weight concentration method, which are officially certified in Korea, the light scattering method has a large typo of measured values due to external influences, and thus cannot use the measured data for public purposes. Therefore, in this study, we propose a measurement method that can be applied to construction sites by using inexpensive light scattering method. The measurement method was suggested by analyzing the previous research cases and domestic regulatory system.
주요 자재 운반에 따른 건설현장 비산먼지의 PM 배출계수 및 배출량 산정 방법에 관한 연구

Recently, massive harm from fugitive dust caused by construction vehicles has occurred at construction sites in urban areas of Korea. In particular, fine dust contained in fugitive dust causes health problems to residents and workers near the site, so it must be predicted and managed in advance. Therefore, in this study, major materials that are expected to be transported in a large amount are derived, and the method of calculating emission factors and total emission of PM caused by transporting the materials are studied for the purpose of predicting the amount of PM generated by transporting major materials at construction sites. As a result, emission factors are derived according to the transport of major materials, and the method for calculating the emissions at the construction site is proposed.
