이 연구는 심리운동 현장의 지도자가 소진을 경험하는 요인을 탐색하여 심리운동 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 심리운동 지도자의 소진요인을 심층적으로 탐색하였으며, 연구는 약 6개월 간 진행되었다. 유목적 표집을 통해 심리운동 서비스를 제공하고 있는 심리운동 지도자 10명을 선정하였으며, 문헌 및 관련자료, 심층면담, 필드노트 등 다양한 자료를 수집하였다. Van Kaam(1969)의 4단계 분석방법으로 자료를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 54개의 의미있는 진술과 부 주제 18개, 주제 7개가 도출되었고 내재적 소진요인(18)과 대인적 소진요인(18), 환경적 소진요인(18)으로 범주화되었다. 결론적으로 심리운동 지도자는 소진을 경험하기 쉬운 상황에 노출되어 있다. 따라서 심리운동사의 소진요인을 개선하기 위한 제도적 개선에 관련된 후속연구가 계속되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to find the burnout factors of instructors in the Psychomotoric domain and thereby to provide a fundamental material for promoting Psychomotoric. To achieve that, this researcher applied phenomenological research approach and conducted in-depth analysis on burnout factors of Psychomotoric instructors. This stud had been conducted for about six months. Through purposeful sampling, ten Psychomotoric instructors who were providing Psychomotoric service were selected. A variety of data were collected through document research, relevant data research, in-depth interview, and field note. For data analysis, the four-step analysis method of Van Kaam (1969) was utilized. As a result, 54 meaningful statements, 18 sub categories, and 7 categories were drawn. They were classified ito intrinsic burnout factors (18), interpersonal burnout factors (18), and environmental burnout factors (18). In conclusion, Psychomotoric instructors are exposed to the situation where they can easily undergo being exhausted. Therefore, it is expected to continue follow-up studies in terms of institutional improvement of burnout factors for Psychomotoric instructors.
