        Serratia marcescens 로 부터 두 가지 형태의 acetolactate Synthease 분리와 성질

        Two forms of Serratia marcescens acetolactate synthase (designated ALS I and ALS II) have been separated by utilizing DEAE-Sephacel column chromatography with the combination of stepwise and a linear gradient elution of increasing ionic strength. The native molecular weights of the two forms of ALS as determined by Sephacryl S-400 gel filtration method appears to be 572,000 and 531,400 for ALS I and ALS II, respectively. Feedback inhibition studies indicate that ALS I is far more sensitive to inhibition by valine, leucine and isoleucine than ALS II. On the other hand, ALS II is far more sensitive to α-ketobutyrate inhibition than ALS I. The two forms of ALS also have differences in sensitivity against two different classes of herbicides, sulfonylurea and imidazolinone. These data suggest that the two forms of ALS are physically and functionally distinct.

        영화 「아가씨」 의상 색채 연구 - 여주인공 히데코 의상을 중심으로 -

        This study investigated the colors of the costumes in the film 'The Handmaiden'. The author categorized and examined the hue and tone of the main character's costume as well as provided an adjective image surveyed from the standpoint of the audience in order find if the intended story of the director is delivered to the audience through costume colors. Study method analyzed 25 set costume colors of the heroine 'Hideko'. The color analysis were analyzed by capturing DVD images that showed the costume of 'Hideko'. The colors of costumes were analyzed by recognition through the eyes based on the IRI, Hue, and Tone 120. In addition, the analysis of the IRI adjectives image were conducted through the survey. Costume hue of the heroine 'Hideko' in the film 'The Handmaiden' were black, yellow, white, green, and purple. There were many colorful costumes in the movie. Tones were very pale, deep, bright, vivid, strong, and pale. Chroma were evenly distributed and brightness were distributed in the order high, middle, and low. They were interpreted as the intention of showing the situation and psychology of 'Hideko' in various scenes of the film through various costume colors. Color images of the film 'The Handmaiden' were classified as feminine, mature, classy, delicate, classic, noble, polished, refined, showy, western, mellow, pure, and decorative.

        연구논문(硏究論文): 영화 <박쥐>, <마더>의 색채 이미지 연구 -의상과 배경을 중심으로-

        This study investigated the colors of the costumes and backgrounds of characters in the films "Thirst" and "Mother" from an integrated perspective. As a study method, ten scenes per film, which contained the characters and backgrounds from the start to the end of the DVDs of "Thirst" and "Mother" were examined. For integrated color analysis of the costumes and backgrounds, the colors of the captured scenes were simplified to extract representative colors, and then color palettes were presented according to the ratio of area. The colors of costumes were analyzed by recognition through the eyes based on the I.R.I. Hue and Tone 120. Furthermore, the color images of the two films were analyzed using the I.R.I. adjective image scales and the I.R.I. color image scales. The colors of the film "Thirst" were generally low in brightness and high in chroma. They are characterized by dark, gloomy toned-down background in the first half, highly chromatic vivid background in the second half, and the contrast of purple blue colors and red colors. The colors of the film "Mother" are characterized by complementary colors between background and costume colors, and various tones of blue and green colors. From the aspect of color tones, they were relatively high in brightness compared to the film "Thirst" but low in chroma. On the I.R.I. adjective image scale, contrasting adjectives were extracted simultaneously from the film "Thirst" as the adjectives were evenly distributed at hard, dynamic and static, whereas the adjectives extracted from the film "Mother" were distributed at hard and statistic. On the I.R.I. color image scale, both films were located at hard, but the film "Thirst" was located at dynamic whereas the film "Mother" was located at static.

        한국 모던 걸 패션의 미적특성과 스타일링 연구

        This study probed into the fashion styling of modern girls who led fashion and revealed power of woman as the center of modernization in Korea. Methods included the theoretical study based on fashion related newspaper articles at the time, specialized publications, advance researches, and internet data and the empirical study that involved contents analysis centering on visual data, expert evaluation, and styling development and presentation. The image of Korean modern girl analysis found in the order of modern image, elegant image, classic image, mannish image, romantic image. The aesthetic characteristics could be classified into sensual classicism, modern elegance, feminist epicenism, and romantic simplicity. The theme was ‘Retro Modern’ and a total of 4 styles were applied. ‘Progressive Tradition’ expressed the aesthetic characteristics of sensual classicism and it gave a modern reinterpretation of the seamless one-piece skirt which is the modified Korean clothes of Korean modern girls. ‘Luxe Beauty’ expressed the aesthetic characteristics of modern elegance, and it developed the long and slim style which was popular in the 1930’s in a trendy way. ‘Dressy Avant-garde’ expressed the aesthetic characteristics of feminist epicenism, and it suggested the mannish style Western clothes that Korean modern girls wore by following recent fashion trend. ‘Minimal Couture’ expressed the aesthetic characteristics of romantic simplicity and it presented the garconne look which was popular in the 1920’s by following recent trend.

        한국 모던 걸의 패션 스타일 연구: 실존 인물과 영화 주인공을 중심으로

        This study probed into the fashion of modern girls between the 1920`s and the 1930`s who led the mentality and fashion of women as the progenitor of the alpha girl in Korea. For this, the fashion of actual people who received attention as modern girls in various occupations and that of modern girl heroines reinterpreted in films were examined. Methods included the theoretical study based on fashion related newspaper articles at the time, specialized publications, advance researches, and internet data and the empirical study that involved contents analysis centering on visual data. The Western women`s fashion between the 1920`s-1930`s was dominated by the garconne look to promote women`s entry into society and competition against men and the practical and mature long and slim look due to the influence of economic recess. Korean people also adapted Western clothes following Western fashion while also modified the traditional clothes and wore modified Korean clothes. The fashion of 5 actual modern girls of Korea and that of 3 film heroines were examined. The fashion of actual people most well represented the fashion trends at the time and that they used fashion as the means to express their mentality and their artistic propensity and professionalism were expressed through fashion. On the other hand, the fashion of film heroines substantially expressed various occupations of the characters in the film and reflected trendy clothes and cosmetics, and it showed sexy and romantic fashion trend due to the influence of modern trends and reinterpretations.

        빈티지 패션의 색채 특성에 관한 연구 -2003~2008년 파리 프레타포르테 컬렉션을 중심으로-

        Vintage fashion is a lot influenced by colors because an emotion is transmitted via images of old feeling, worn-out feeling and faded feelingetc. Colors are visual sensation occurring at a time when lights stimulate an eye, which is a representative factor which humans first perceive when they touch objects. And colors in clothing function as a critical element which indicates an individual`s impression and character as well as aesthetic sensation. In this study, I examined on the theoretical consideration and aesthetic characteristics via the previous literature on vintage fashion and colors. As an empirical study, I investigated on the colors of vintage fashion appearing in Pret-a-porter Collections, Paris from Spring/Summer, 2003 to Fall/Winter 2008. As a way for study, I investigated into the total 197 vintage fashion photos and calculated their RGB values by using photoshop. And I converted the values of the colors extracted into H V/C values by using Munsell Conversion Version 9.0.6 and analyzed on Munsell System of 10 Color Notation and the PCCS colors, classifying a color scheme by visual sensation measurement. The result of analyzing on the concept of vintage fashion and its color characteristics is as follows; Vintage fashion made an appearance the most in 2003 and 2004 and its colors appeared a lot in Y, YR, R and PB lines. Color tone concentrated on black and white, achromatic color and low chroma colors in a grayish line, chromatic color. Thus, the study found that colors suitable for a worn-out, faded and old image are properly reflected in vintage fashion rather than a clear and bright background. In a color scheme, I found contrast color and same color appearing a lot, which gave an unharmonious feeling and a smack of the country. The study reveals that the color characteristic of vintage fashion is relatively diverse and complex in color, color tone or shade and color scheme, which shows a color trend which reflects a non-constructive and complex coordination characteristic instead of a standardized simple and clear image.

        여성결혼이민자를 위한 패션 스타일링 교육 프로그램 개발

        This study is intended to develop a fashion styling training program for female international marriage immigrants. To collect basic data for program development, a total of ten female international marriage immigrants living in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, were interviewed on relevant subjects, such as clothing life and their interest in fashion and fashion training programs. According to the interviews, they prefer Korean fashions, have difficulty purchasing and coordinating clothes while living in Korea, and felt that others were staring at them because of their appearance and fashion styles. For the question about interest in fashion, most respondents answered that they have great interest in fashion and managing their appearance. For the question about the need for a training program in fashion styling for female international marriage immigrants, most respondents answered that it is necessary, and most respondents also answered that they would participate in such a program if it were available. The contents of the training program for fashion styling for female international marriage immigrants was composed of the following sections: Understanding of Fashion Styling, Variety of Fashion Styling, and Fashion Styling Practice. The section on the understanding of fashion styling is composed of the concept of fashion styling and the elements of fashion styling. The section on variety in fashion styling is composed of styling based on fashion image, face type, body type, and TPO. The section on fashion styling practice is composed of the practice of fashion styling on an actual person based on the knowledge obtained through the program.

        우리나라 한우의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 조사료 자급률 확보 방안

        In order to increase forage production in Korea, it`s required suitable method at each sectional region. Youngnam sectional region request efficiently using the paddy to product rice straw on their area and Joongbu sectional region request more high effect to use it. And Kangwon sectional region had better to use their a dry field to product more forage compared with another sectional regions like as Youngnam and Joongbu. In particular, Korean officer wanr to have a plan to reduce some forage which come from overseas because it will be increase and dangerous on their price. But It is not easy to success stopping to import unless increase paddy and dry field to product for forage. These alternative forage for rice production for feed and rice straw production for forage need to be considered. To solve excess production of rice and increase income of farmers, it is a good plan to trans to product forage than rice. Also in this case, it can trans to paddy to product rice anytime if these condition are changed when rice may lack at that time. And one more thing to breed cattle heads are suitable to product forage in their section region under condition.
