재현과 ‘식별불가능한(indiscernible)’ 두 사물

단토의 논고에서 라우센버그나 올덴버그같은 예술가의 <침대> 또는 J의 <거울> 같은 작품들을 제대로 읽기 위한 감상자는 ‘재현’의 기본적인 논리를 알지 못하고서는 그 작품의 의도와 주제를 제대로 끌어내지 못할 것이다. 단토는 예술과 삶 사이의 간격-그것이 환상인지 실재인지 아는 것-을 이해하는 가장 확실한 방식이 모방과 실재 사이의 간격을 이해하는 것이라고 한다. 또한, 모방 자체로 인한 쾌보다는 환상(모상)이 실재가 아니라는 앎 자체로 인한 쾌감이 더 크다. 단토의 예술철학적 탐구는 단순 사물과 물리적 토대를 공유하는 예술작품이 지각적으로 분간할 수 없는 지점에서 출발한다. 우리는 예술의 실재를 파헤치기 위해 실재와 환상의 간극을 통해 철학적 통찰을 얻는 고대인들의 인식론에서부터 출발하여야 한다. 현실과 환상, 실재와 예술, 진실과 거짓은 이처럼 서로 닮았음에도 같아질 수 없는 논리 속에서 서로의 존재를 의존하고 있는 한 쌍으로 이루어진 짝과 같다. 우리는 실재에 대한 인식이 없으면 세계에 대한 상상력과 믿음도 제한된다. 식별불가능한 한 쌍의 사물은 너무 닮아서 유사성을 박탈당한 것으로 설정된다. 그러나 단토는 재현론을 확장시킨 철학과 예술의 본질이 재현의 본질에서 출발한다고 믿고 있다. 이 글의 목적은 고전적인 예술론인 재현과 모방론의 주요 논의의 중심에 단토의 확장된 재현론을 가져와 식별불가능한 한 쌍의 사물을 분간할 수 있는 논거를 제공하는 데 있다. 재현론의 두 입장인 유사성 이론과 대체 이론은 서로 모순되면서도 서로의 논리를 공유한다. 재현론은 그 본질상 유사성을 배제하지 못하는데, 그것은 실재적인 것을 닮았다는 우리 지각의 믿음-척하기, 거짓 믿음-으로부터 입증된다. 재현은 항상 유사성 논의와 동시에 진행되며 식별불가능성 논의도 유사성 재현론의 역사적 체계에서 벗어날 수 없다. 모더니즘은 예술작품에서 재현론을 성공적으로 제거한 듯하지만, 역설적으로 식별 불가능할 정도로 동일한 두 사물에 의해 그것의 종말을 맞이한다. Looking back on ‘Representationalism’ as an art theory, It has long been suffering from misunderstanding as art in itself has been misunderstood by philosophers. For modernism art to object to the representation, abolition to representational art has been aimed at. However, indiscernible art works showed up whose physical appearances are so identical with actual being, thereby erasing representationalism after all, meanwhile, also to be in a dilemma where these artworks are not able to turn out without the representationalism. In the case of not being free from the logic that has been even against by art actors, which is called as an philosophical dilemma, Danto believed that art itself made ways to the philosophy. To prove this, contemporary art philosophy world spreads more and more lively their own representationalism. Literally, Plato never had argued art theories. Nevertheless, lots of philosophers add notes to representationalism as to Plato. I definitely believe that all of these artistic arguments are based on the belief of Reality which shows up by exploring the gap between reality and things that’s not real. Art has been a series of imitating reality right. However, Endless effort to imitate something has given counterevidence that there is a boundary line between them. Imitation gives us an insight to face this boundary. Notwithstanding, We are enjoying ourselves in making-believe games and as pretending not to know the boundary. This fraud evokes much pleasure. This might be in that human beings always admire worlds beyond the reality that are not shared with real life. Contemporary art appreciators create fiction actively and derive ‘intentionality’ of imitation. Though it seems that people denote the reality, It is we that judge what the ‘reality’ or what form is image.

모바일기기 사례분석을 통한 멀티태스킹과 멀티모달리티의 관계 모형 개발

급속한 유비쿼터스 환경의 발전과 디지털 컨버전스 기기의 대중화는 개인에게 동시에 많은 정보를 처리하는 효율성을 요구하게 되었고, 이러한 요구가 멀티태스킹의 보편화를 초래하게 되었다. 이는 다양한 기능의 활용이라는 편리함과 동시에, 사용성의 복잡함으로 인해 사용자의 인지적 혼란을 초래하였다. 따라서 멀티태스킹 수행 능력과 사용 경험을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로, 적절한 모달리티를 활용한 효과적인 멀티모달 인터랙션의 적용이 요구된다. 본 연구는 모바일 기기의 멀티태스킹 사용경험 향상을 위하여 멀티모달리티를 고려하여 적용할 수 있도록 멀티태스킹과 멀티모달리티의 관계를 모형화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 모형은 멀티태스킹과 멀티모달리티를 지원하는 다양한 디지털 기기를 디자인 설계하는 데 있어 적용이 가능하다. 더 나아가 다양한 인터랙션 디자인 연구의 기초 자료 및 디자인 개발의 기반 방법으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. The rapid development of the ubiquitous environment and the popularization of digital convergence equipment mean that individuals must now be efficient in processing vast amounts of information simultaneously. However, this requirement has resulted in multitasking becoming more common. Together with the convenience of utilizing various functions, this causes cognitive confusion in users due to complicated usability issues. Therefore, the application of effective multi-modal interaction which utilizes appropriate modalities is required to enhance multitasking performance and the user experience. The purpose of this research is to suggest a model that applies multi-modality to interactions to improve multitasking in a mobile environment. The model developed through this research can be applied to the design planning of various types of digital equipment in a mobile environment. Furthermore, it is expected that the framework will provide essential information for various interaction design studies as well as a basic method of design development.

인간 제대혈 유래 간엽줄기세포의 연골세포 분화

목적: 인간 제대혈로부터 간엽성 섬유세포양 세포를 분리, 배양함으로써 제대혈 내의 순환성 간엽줄기세포의 존재여부를 확인하고, 이의 연골세포 분화능을 증명하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 총 50 유니트의 제대혈로부터 분리된 유착성 세포군의 세포형태 및 면역표현형을 분석하였다. BMP-6을 첨가하였거나 또는 첨가하지 않은 연골분화배양액을 이용하여 펠렛 배양의 형태로 연골분화를 유도 배양하였다. 연골세포로의 분화를 관찰하기 위해 역전사 중합효소연쇄반응을 수행하였으며, Safranin-O 염색과 제2형 콜라겐에 관한 면역염색을 시행하였다. 결과: 제대혈 단핵세포로부터 균질성의 섬유세포양 형태의 유착성 세포군이 배양되었다. 이 세포군은 간엽줄기세포 관련 항원 양성, 조혈모세포항원 음성, 조직적합항원 음성, 내피세포 및 파골세포 관련 항원 음성이었다. 연골분화 펠렛 배양 시 BMP-6을 첨가한 군에서 펠렛의 크기 및 연골세포관련 인자의 발현이 증가하였고, Safranin-O 염색과 제2형 콜라겐의 면역염색도 강양성이었다. 결론: 제대혈 내에 순환성 비조혈성 연골형성 간엽줄기세포가 존재함을 확인하였고, 연골분화 배지에 BMP-6을 첨가함으로써 제대혈 유래 비조혈성 간엽줄기세포의 시험관 내 연골분화의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있었다. Purpose: The aim of this study was to demonstrate the existence of circulating mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) in the human umbilical cord blood (hUCB) and to evaluate the chondrogenic differentiation potential of hUCB-derived MSC in vitro. Materials and Methods: Fifty hUCB harvests were cultured in media supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum. The adherent fibroblast-like cells were characterized by immunophenotyping and induced to differentiate into chondrocytes in the pellet culture with and without BMP-6. This study performed RTPCR of the chondrogenic markers, Safranin-O stain and type Ⅱ collagen immunohistochemical stain. Results: The mononuclear cells isolated from hUCB formed adherent colonies with an attached well-spread fibroblast-like morphology. The cells positively expressed the MSC-related antigens, but did not express the hematopoietic, HLA-DR, endothelial, or osteoclast antigens and could be induced to differentiate into chondrocytes under proper stimulation. BMP-6 increased the size of the pellet and the mRNA levels for aggrecan, type Ⅱ collagen and type Ⅸ collagen and enhanced the levels of proteoglycan synthesis during chondrogenic differentiation. Conclusion: The homogenous fibroblast-like cells developed in cultures from hUCB with chondrogenic differentiation potential were considered to be MSC. Furthermore, it was found that BMP-6 enhanced chondrogenic differentiation of the hUCB-derived MSC in the pellet culture.

고용불안인식과 정치기술이 잔류의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to empirically research the inference that tourist hotel employees will recognize employment instability and use political skills as a means to avoid the risk of job loss. The survey was conducted from May 15th to May 30th, 2021 and 270 structured questionnaires were distributed via convenience extraction method. A total of 250 questionnaires (92.5%) were used for the final analysis. As for the theoretical implications, first, the results verified a negative causal relationship between cognition of employment instability and intention to stay, a positive causal relationship between cognition of employment instability and political skills, and a positive causal relationship between political skills and intention to stay, respectively. Second, as for the practical implications, the findings suggest that hotel managers should always prepare strategic alternatives to minimize damages to the company in the event of unpredictable and uncontrollable catastrophes.
