N-doped ZnO nanofilms were prepared by plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition method. Zn(C2H5)2, O2 and N2 were used as Zn, O and N sources, respectively, for N-doped ZnO films under variation of radio frequency (rf) power from 50~300W. Structural, optical and electrical properties of as-grown ZnO films were investigated with X-ray diffractio (XRD),photoluminescence (PL) and Hall-effect measurements, respectively. Nitrogen content and p-type conductivity in ZnO nanofilms increased with the rf power.

In this study, heating performance and energy consumption characteristics with control strategies for central heating system were researched by the simulation. The simulation analysis is made by TRNSYS ver. 15 with the actual data. The parametric study on proportional factor, control time interval and outdoor air temperatures changes were done to compare control characteristics and energy performance, respectively. As a result, the simulation results with various parameter changes show good heating performance and energy saving.

A $3{\times}2$ crossover design is considered for the bioequivalence of two test formulations with a control. It could be considered as a better choice over $3{\times}3$ crossover design because of the cost and experimental duration. Oh et al.(1998) derived $3{\times}2$ crossover design and discussed its benefits over the typical crossover designs. We consider here the statistical models for $3{\times}2$ crossover design and show its statistical properties. The statistical procedures for the bioequivalence in $3{\times}2$ crossover design are shown through an example and the results are summarized by satisfying the 3 standards that proposed by the Korea Food and Drug Administration Guidelines for Bioequivalence.

This research aims for testing of homogeneity against the umbrella alternatives in multinomial population. There are lots of literlatures of testing homogeneity against the omnibus alternatives, but no research has been done for this area so far. Since this umbrella alternative is very practical in social science fields, we will consider several testing procedures about it. First, we construct the likelihood ratio test for this problem using isotonic regression ideas in the case that the peak point is known. Second, we will obtain the maximin test for this case and then compare this with the likelihood ratio test via simulation studies.

지속적인 임상실험에서 유일 중간 분석에서 사용될 수 있는 신축 2단계 검정법을 소개한다. 이 검정법은 베이지안과 네이만-피어슨적인 관점에서 동시에 최적성을 논의할 수 있는데, 주어진 오류 확률하에서 평균 기대 표본수가 최적화된다는 면에서 네이만-피어슨적 해석이 가능하고, 표본 추출 비용과 오류비용이 포함된 베이지안 위험함수를 최소화한다는 점에서 베이지안적 해석 또한 가능하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 대한 이론적 배경과 정확한 이항 확률값을 이용한 신축 2 단계 검정법의 설정 밥법과 예제를 제시하였다. We consider flexible two-stage plans served as one-step interim analysis in on-going clinical trials. The proposed plans are optimal simultaneously in both a Bayes and a Neyman-Pearson sense. The Neyman-Pearson interpretation is that average expected sample size is being minimized, subject just to the two overall error rates αand β, respectively of first and second kind. The Bayes interpretation is that Bayes risk, involving both sampling cost and wrong decision losses, is being minimized. And application of this correspondence are given by using and exact binomial setting.

사례-대조 연구에서 처리효과를 나타내는 오즈비에 관한 일반적인 추론과 로짓모형을 이용한 통계적 추론을 고찰한다. 사례-대조 연구에서 오즈비의 측정오차에 기인한 편의, 추정된 오즈비로부터 약한 연관성을 검출하는데 문제점, 사례군과 대조군을 구성할 때 실험단위들의 상이한 참여비율 등이 오즈비에 어떤 영향을 미치는가 등을 논한다. We consider the general statistical inferences of odds ratio in case-control studies and logit medels for further inferences. We also discuss the biases of odds ratio due to measurement errors, weak association, differential participation rates.
