Standing column well(SCW) in ground water heat pump(GWHP) system that is well known for the high efficient heating and cooling system was introduced in Korea 2004, and has been applied in large facilities. Therefore the research of optimum planning of the standing column well for small facilities should be made. Accordingly, this research is aimed to understand the characteristics of underground water as heating and cooling source of the standing column well system that is applied in a small building in accordance with operation methods during heating and cooling. And these results also offers DB(database) for planing of the efficient standing column well systems, which are able to prevent the waste of underground water. For this research, the thermocouples were installed at 10 spots in the well, and the data on temperature of underground water were collected through the data logger all the year round. And temperature changes of the underground water were analyzed by shifting the operation methods of the standing column well system. Differences in the temperature of underground water in accordance with operation methods are clearly defined. Therefore, these findings are expected to contribute to constructing DB required for the optimum planning of small-scale SCW in GWHP system.
메주에서 분리한 Bacillus polyfermenticus CJ6가 생산하는 항진균 물질의 분리 및 특성

Antifungal compounds from Bacillus polyfermenticus CJ6 were purified using SPE, preparative HPLC, and reverse phase-HPLC. Antifungal compounds from B. polyfermenticus CJ6 were separated into three fractions (8, B, C) using preparative HPLC. LC/MS analysis of antifungal peaks suggested that B. polyfermenticus CJ6 produces lipopeptides; two kinds of iturin A (C14, C15), three kinds of surfactins (C13, C14, C15), four kinds of fengycin A (C14, C15, C16, C17) and two kinds fengycin B (C16, C17). The antifungal activity of fraction 8, which was presumed as inturin A, was found to be stable after the pH, heat or proteolytic enzyme treatment, but it was unstable at 50-70oC for 24 hr. The antifungal activity of fraction B, which presumed as surfactins and fengycin A, was found to be stable after the heat treatment, but it was unstable in the pH 3.0 and after the protease (type I) or α-chymotrypsin treatment. The antifungal activity of fraction C, which was presumed as fengycin A and B, was found to be stable in the pH 3.0-9.0 range and the heat treatment, but it was unstable with the treatment of protease (type I). The amino acid composition of the purified peaks 8-1 and 8-2 were Asx, Tyr, Gln, Pro, and Ser in a molar ratio of 3:1:1:1:1, which showed the same amino acid composition as iturin. From these results, we confirmed that antifungal compounds from B. polyfermenticus CJ6 most likely belonged to iturin A as well as surfactins and fengycins. As lipopeptides are known to act in a synergistic manner, the antifungal compounds from B. polyfermenticus CJ6 might have potential uses in biotechnology and biopharmaceutical applications.

These days, Energy problem has been a serious issue due to continuing high oil price and exhaustion of resource. Especially, the energy in apartment house like dormitory has been consumed recklessly. As a solution for this energy problem. it is urgent to applicate alternative energy, that is, renewable energy. In this sense, this study analyzed economic evaluation of geothermal heat pump system. First, comparison between existing gas heat pump system and geothermal heat pump system was preceded and follow the analysis of annual energy reduction amount according to early investment prices and operation expenses. As a result, it was show that geothermal heat pump system used only 13% of existing system energy expense. This study will attribute to inform the excellence of geothermal heat pump system and be used as source materials for the application of apartment house in.

An Interpretation technique is presented to determine strike, dip, velocity and depth of 3-D planar layers from refraction or reflection traveltime curve. This interpretation technique determines the direction of emerging ray from the slope of the traveltime curve and traces the emerging ray to the refractor or reflector. The ray direction in the last layer is used to decide the normal vector to the refractor or reflector from whick its dip, strike and velocity are calculated. The vertical depth to the refractor or reflector is computed by using the intercept or zero-offset time and the ray direction in each layer. Some tests on the interpretation method are performed for the sysnthetic traveltimes generated in 3-D model layers and show that the paramerters of the model layers are accurately determined.
소믈리에 서비스품질이 가격공정성, 가치지각, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 기존 와인관련 연구에서 거의 활용하지 않은 가격공정성이라는 변수를 포함하여 소믈리에 서비스품질이 가격공정성, 가치지각과 재구매의도에 미치는영향을 살펴보기 위하여 연구모델을 설계하였고, 와인 소비자의 관여도를 조절변 수로 하여 이들의 관련성을 검증하기 위하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과와 그 의의를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소믈리에 서비스품질은 가격공정성과 가치지각에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가 격공정성은 가치지각과 재구매의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 셋째, 가치지각은 재구매의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관여도는 소믈리에 서비스품질과 가격공정성 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relation among service quality of sommelier, price fairness, perceived value, and repurchasing intention and the moderation effect of involvement on the relationship between service quality of sommelier and price fairness. The findings are as follows. First, service quality of sommelier proved to positively effect on price fairness and perceived values. Secondly, the price fairness proved to positively effect on perceived values and repurchasing intention. Thirdly, perceived values proved to positively effect on repurchasing intention. Finally, as the involvement became lower, the level of causality between service quality of sommelier and price fairness also became higher. Thus, the moderating effect of involvement was verified.
