The copper-catalyzed cross-coupling and carbonylative cross-coupling of organostannanes(aryl-, alkenyl-, alkynyl-, allylstannanes) and anoboranes(aryl-, alkenylboranes)with hypervalent aryl- and alkenyliodonium tetrafluoroborates were achieved at mild conditions.

The palladium-catalyzed carbonylation of diaryliodonium tetrafluoroborates and tosylates in presence of methanol and phenol afforded aromatic esters at room temperature under atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide. However, carbonylation of diaryliodoniurn triflates and bromides in methanol afforded 4-iodophenyl-substituted methyl esters.
식품 중 철클로로필린나트륨의 HPLC 및 LC/MS 최적 분석법과 타당성 검증

An optimized analytical method for sodium iron chloriphyllin in foods was established and verified by using high performance liquid chromatography with attached diode array detection. An Inertsil ODS-2 column and methanol-water (80:20 containing 1% acetate) as a mobile phase were employed. The limit of detection and quantitation of sodium iron chloriphyllin were 0.1 and 0.3 mg/kg, respectively, and the linearity of calibration curve was excellent (R2 = 0.9999). The accuracy and precision were 93.9~104.95% and 2.0~7.7% in both inter-day and intra-day tests. Recoveries for candy and salad dressing were ranged between 93 and 104% (relative standard deviation, (RSD) 0.3~4.3%), and between 83 and 115% (RSD 1.2~2.0%), respectively. Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was used to verify the main components of sodium iron chlorophyllin which were Fe-isochlorin e4 and Fe-chlorin e4.

바실러스 폴리퍼멘티쿠스 케이제이에스-2의 발효액에서 5 종류의 마크로락틴을 분리하였다. 각각의 구조를 분석한 결과로 마크로락틴 에이, 말로닐 마크로락틴 에이, 숙시닐 마크로락틴 에이, 마크로락틴 이, 마크로락틴 에프 등으로 규명되었다. 특히 3종의 항생제인 마크로락틴 에이, 말로닐 마크로락틴 에이, 숙시닐 마크로락틴 에이는 반코마이신 내성 장구균과 메치실린 내성 황생포도상구균에 효과적으로 성장억제를 나타내었다. 이것은 반코마이신이나 테이코플라닌보다 우수한 항생효과를 보였다. In this study, we isolated five macrolactin compounds from a fermentation broth of Bacillus polyfermenticus KJS-2. The macrolactin compounds were structurally identified as macrolactin A (MA), 7-O-malonyl macrolactin A (MMA), 7-O-succinyl macrolactin A (SMA), macrolactin E (ME) and macrolactin F (MF) via a variety of NMR techniques, COZY, DEPT, HMQC and HMBC, and mass and specific rotation assays. The three macrolactin compounds, MA, MMA and SMA, profoundly inhibited the growth of both vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VREs) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), the inhibition of which were estimated via a disc agar diffusion bioassay. MA, MMA, and SMA exhibited antibacterial activities superior to those of vancomycin and teicoplanin.
