      • Servant Leadership이 상관에 대한 만족에 미치는 영향

        This is a study to empirically verify how servant leadership has an effect upon the subordinate’s satisfaction with the superior. As a data collection method, I commissioned a questionnaire survey to find out how servant leadership exercises influence upon the follower’s satisfaction with the leader. The sites where I collected data were 5 national governments including prime minister’s office and 7 local governments. In order to analyze the data, I used such statistical techniques as Chrobach’s Alpha coefficient, T-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. On the basis of such data analyses, the study empirically shows that servant leadership positively affects the subordinate’s satisfaction with the superior.

      • 친환경 melamine cyanurate 난연제를 첨가한 Nylon 6의 난연성 및 기계적 특성 평가

        본 연구에서는 이축압출공정을 이용하여 난연성 melamine cyanurate/Nylon 6 복합체를 제조하였다. UTM과 충격시험기를 이용하여 복합체의 기계적 물성을 측정하였으며, 한계산소지수를 이용해 복합체의 난연성을 조사하였다. 또한 삼산화안티몬을 첨가하여 난연성과 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 복합체의 인장강도는 20wt% 이상의 melamine cyanurate 함량에서 감소하는 경향을 나타냈지만 충격강도는 melamine cyanurate의 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 반면에 LOI와 열안정성은 melamine cyanurate의 함량이 증가함에 따라 향상되는 것이 관찰되었으며, 이로부터 melamine cyanurate 첨가에 의해 복합체의 난연성이 향상된 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 melamine cyanurate와의 반응성이 없어 삼산화안티몬 첨가에 의한 시너지 효과는 관찰되지 않았다. In this study, flame retardant melamine cyanurate/Nylon 6 composites were prepared by using a modular intermeshing co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder. The flame retardancy and the mechanical properties of Nylon 6 composite were investigated by limited oxygen index(LOI), UTM and Izod impact tester. The morphology was observed by SEM. Also the effect of Sb2O3 on the flammability and mechanical properties were tested. It was found that tensile strength was decreased with more than 20wt% of melamine cyanurate contents. However, the impact strength was decreased with increasing melamine cyanurate contents. In addition, limited oxygen index and thermal stability were increased with increasing melamine cyanurate contents. These results indicated that the flame retardancy for the melamine cyanurate/Nylon6 composites may be improved. However, unexpectedly, synergy effect of adding Sb2O3 was not shown due to its nonreactivity with melamine cyanurate.

      • 사회복지관 평가에 대한 인식과 평가결과의 활용정도

        This study examines the evaluation of social welfare centers executed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2003, shows how the administrative workers who are responsible for the evaluation perceive the evaluation and the degree of practical application of the evaluation. Based on the examination, this study purposes to provide basic data which could give positive settlement for the evaluation, and strengthen public responsibility of social welfare centers, and contribute to the effectiveness of the social welfare services. To this end, this study executes total inspection of 244 social welfare centers evaluated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2003 and 244 administrative workers who are in charge of the evaluation. The people who are in charge of the evaluation in social welfare centers consist of middle-level management and they have high perception that the evaluation about social welfare centers is necessary, but they do not have enough education and public information about the evaluation of social welfare centers. Executing the evaluation gives a burden while managing the social welfare centers. Further, they highly doubt that the evaluation of social welfare centers is fair and effective and the inspection shows that the evaluation indices do not reflect the opinions of the field. For the application of the evaluation results on social welfare centers, they are used in managing the social welfare centers as basic data, and they are also applied in establishing long-term plan for the social welfare centers. However, they are not used effectively in educating, hiring, and arranging the employees who provide social welfare services in the social welfare centers, and they show that it is insufficient to open the results and publicize to the public. In the field of evaluation indices, they relatively help the improvement of 'programme field,' but they do not give any help improving 'human resources management' and 'financial management.' The awareness of the evaluation by the people in charge is significantly correlational with the application of the results. Based on these research results, we can conclude that the specialized evaluation organization should be founded urgently in order to fulfill the purpose of the evaluation and to make it effective. 본 연구는 2003년 보건복지부에서 시행한 사회복지관 평가에 대하여, 평가업무를 담당하는 사회복지관의 실무책임자들의 평가에 대한 인식과 평가결과의 활용정도를 밝혀 사회복지관 평가의 긍정적 정착과 사회복지관의 공공 책임성을 높이고 사회복지서비스 향상에 기여하기 위한 기초자료의 제공에 목적을 두었다. 연구를 위해서 2003년도에 보건복지부로부터 평가를 받은 244개 사회복지관을 대상으로 전수조사를 하였으며, 사회복지관 평가업무를 담당하고 있는 실무책임자 244명을 대상으로 하였다. 사회복지관에서 평가업무를 담당하는 실무책임자들은 주로 중간관리자로 구성되어 있으며 사회복지관 평가의 필요성에 대해서는 높은 인식을 가지고 있으나 사회복지관 평가에 대해 충분한 교육 및 정보를 받지 못하고 있다. 평가의 시행이 사회복지관의 운영에 부담을 주고 있었으며, 사회복지관 평가에 대한 공정성과 효과성에 큰 의구심을 가지고 있었고, 사회복지관 평가지표가 현장의 의견을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지관 평가결과의 활용에 있어서는, 평가결과가 사회복지관의 운영에 기초자료로 사용되며 사회복지관의 장기계획 수립에서도 기초자료로 활용되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 사회복지관에서 사회복지서비스를 제공하는 직원들의 교육, 채용, 배치에서는 유용하게 활용되지 못하고 있으며, 평가결과의 공개 및 대민 홍보에는 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 평가지표의 영역에서도 ‘프로그램 영역’의 개선에는 비교적 도움이 되지만, ‘인적자원 관리영역’과 ‘재정관리영역’의 개선에는 거의 도움이 되지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회복지관에서 평가업무를 담당하는 실무책임자들의 평가에 대한 인식은 평가결과의 활용정도에 의미 있는 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 사회복지관 평가의 목적을 성취하고 효과성을 확보하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 전문평가기관의 설치가 시급하다는 것을 알 수 있다.

      • 원자층증착법(ALD)을 위한 tert-butoxytris(ethylmethylamido)hafnium 전구체에 관한 고찰

        HfO2 thin film having high dielectric constant and band gap energy was deposited at Si substrate using Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD). HfO2 thin film made by ALD have a property of excellent reproducibility, uniformity, step coverage and ease to control thickness. In this paper, HfO2 thin film was deposited using tert-butoxytris(ethylmethylamido)hafnium (BTEMAH) as a precursor and H2O as a oxygen source, and analyze the characteristic of composition, crystallinity, electrical property by XPS, XRD, XRF, C-V and I-V analysis. Because BTEMAH precursor has structure having a tert-butoxy ligand, deposited HfO2 by BTEMAH as a precursor has a feature of continuous deposition without oxidation step. But the HfO2 ALD process not only without oxidation step but also with oxidation step has a poor reproducibility. We can solve this problem by using TMA as a 2nd precursor and make HfAlO thin film. But the little amount of Hf content was in the HfAlO thin film by XRF analysis. 높은 유전 상수값과 큰 band gap 에너지를 가지고 있는 HfO2 박막을 원자층증착법(Atomic Layer Deposition, ALD)을 이용하여 Si substrate에 증착하였다. ALD를 이용한 박막의 증착은 우수한 재현성과 균일성 및 단차피복성 그리고 미세 두께 조절이 용이한 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 tert-butoxytris(ethylmethylamido)hafnium(BTEMAH) 전구체와 H2O 산화제로 각각 사용하여 HfO2 박막을 증착시키고 XPS, XRD, XRF, C-V, I-V 등의 분석을 통하여, 박막의 조성, 결정성 및 전기적 특성을 알아보았다. BTEMAH 전구체를 이용한 HfO2의 증착은 butoxy 기를 가지고 있는 precursor의 구조적 특성 때문에 보통의 ALD 공정과는 다르게 산화과정을 거치지 않고도 박막의 형성이 가능한 특징을 가지고, 다른 Hf precursor에 비하여 높은 성장속도를 가지며 전기적 특성에 영향을 미치는 결정화가 비교적 덜 일어난다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 산화과정을 거치지 않거나 H2O를 산화제로 사용하면 재현성이 떨어지는 ALD 공정에 있어서 중대한 문제점이 발생하였다. 이러한 현상은 Hf 공정 중에 TMA precursor 를 추가 공급하여 HfAlO 박막을 만듦으로써 해결할 수 있었으나, 조성 분석결과 Hf의 비중이 크지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

      • EVA를 利用한 企業價値評價와 活用에 關한 硏究 : W企業의 事例를 中心으로

        This study tried to examine an alternatives increasing firm value and obtaining efficient resource allocation to utilize EVA. For these purpose, this study analyzed to compare a EVA of W firm and firms belonging to same types of industry during 6 year period from 1993 to 1998. Results from analysis are as follows. Firstly, W firm must invest in project generating high earnings in order to firm value. And W firm must try to find benefit investment opportunities in order to increase EVA of firm. Secondly, W firm must increase net operating profit less after tax(NOPLAT) in order to increase EVA of firm. To decrease cost, W firm must increase productivity, buy raw materials time, decrease selling management cost and so on. And W firm must intensify selling strategy increasing sales such as client satisfaction business, high value added product development, new market exploitation and so on. Thirdly, W firm must decrease or clear investment capital generating low earnings less than capital cost in order to increase EVA of firm. To decrease working capital, W firm must decrease withdrawal period of sale bond and excess stock, and be thorough customer trust management. Lastly, W firm must decrease capital cost in order to increase EVA of firm. For these, W firm must construct optimum capital structure and develop continuous capital financing sources.

      • 재난관리조직의 사회 연결망 특성이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향(대구지역 소방공무원을 대상으로)

        This study is to empirically analyze the influence of the characteristics of the social network built between the members of the disaster management organization on the effectiveness of their organization. Compared with the general interest in the disasters themselves, less attention has been given to the behavioral characteristics of firefighters who performed these disaster management operations. Therefore, I came to pay attention to the effectiveness of the disaster management organization that was to be influenced by the behavioral results that the members made out of their social relationships they have built on the basis of their behavioral patterns. And I analyzed the correlation of the effectiveness of the disaster management organization and the characteristics of the social network that has been formed by the task-based relationships and the friendship-based ones of the firefighters and the effectiveness of the organization that an individual has shown according to his standpoint in his social network. On the basis of the data that I acquired through a survey I did the Social Network Analysis (SNA). And I set up the results of the survey data as independent variables, the innovative behavior as mediating variable, and the job performance as dependent variable. Given these variables, I established a hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Through this research I found out that the degree centrality of the task-based network has made an affirmative effect on the job performance when there was no mediation of the innovative behavior. On the contrary, the degree centrality of the friendship-based network has made a negative effect on it when there was no mediation of the innovative behavior. And my research showed that the structural hole of the task-based network did not affect the job performance directly, but made an affirmative effect on the job performance indirectly when it was mediated by the innovative behavior. On the contrary, the structural hole of the friendship-based network made a negative effect indirectly on it even when it was mediated by the innovative behavior. And all these results gave me the implications as below: First, the higher degree centrality of the task-based network explains how much advice the members of a disaster management organization ask their co-workers for to do the effective job performance. In other words, when the members have the deeper interest in their tasks, they need more advice, and advice and tips, information and knowledge given by their co-workers contribute to the improvement of their job performance. This shows that the firefighters have an interest in seeking attention from their organization where they belong and they are aware that is the way of securing professionalism in their job performance. So it is important to make high the degree centrality of the task-based network of the firefighters in order to conform themselves to their organization, to commit themselves to achieve its goals and to expect to be satisfied by performing their job. Secondly, the higher the density of the structural hole of the task-based network is, the higher is the frequency of behavior for seeking tip and advice from the various task-related co-workers. The density of the structural hole of the task-based network is not to be expected to make a direct effect on job performance, but to achieve the task with the mediation of the innovative behavior. The members in the structural hole can make relationships of various kinds of co-workers and save time and cost for maintaining his or her network by avoiding overlapping of information. Therefore, when they perform their jobs in the task-based network, the relationships with the co-workers from various positions and ranks gives them the opportunities to get promotions, to take a variety of information and to improve their personal performance that is required in their organization. And the outcome from this whole process can also improve the effectiveness of their organization. It has been thought generally that the members in the hierarchical organization would be more active in their informal relationships than in the formal ones. But as for the effectiveness of the organization that has been affected by the personal achievement and satisfaction within the systems and the rules, the task-based network is more desirable compared with the friendship-based one.
