We proposed a new measuring method for long-range distances with a high-resolution by ultrasonic sensor. The ultrasonic transmitter and receiver arc separated but synchronized. This proposed method is able to detect the range signal from received signal including serious noises. We experimented distance measuring by the proposed method, and then evaluated roughly in various distance case. From the experiments, we arc confident that the proposed method is able to expand the detecting range and also improve the resolution. From the result, we are to apply the method to a wide-range detecting technique required high precision.

천안 동남구청 도시재생을 위한 천안역 재설계 및 공간구성

천안역은 전국 유일의 임시역사로 운영되고 있으며, 과거 도심의 핵심지 역할을 했지만 현재는 역사 및 주변시설의 낙후화로 제 기능을 다하지 못하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 천안 동남구청의 도시재생 사업의 일환으로 천안역을 대상으로 쇠퇴한 원도심을 되살리기 위한 천안역 재설계를 진행하였다. 천안역 일대 교통의 원활한 순환을 위한 교통 계획인 지하차도와 역사 이용률 및 이미지 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있는 공방, 컨퍼런스 룸 등의 내부 공간 구성, 그리고 누각을 모티브로 한 외관 디자인 등을 계획하였다. 이 연구를 통해 천안역에 대한 이용객들의 관심을 극대화하고 천안역 일대의 상권 활성화 등을 통해 경제적 효과 또한 불러일으킴으로써 도시 이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. Cheonan Station is operated as a temporary station in Korea, and it used to serve as a core city center in the past, but is currently not functioning due to the deterioration of the station and surrounding facilities. This study conducted a redesign of Cheonan Station to revive the declining original city center in Cheonan Station as part of the urban regeneration project of the Cheonan Dongnam-gu Office. The construction of an underpass, which is a transportation plan for the smooth circulation of traffic around Cheonan Station, and the construction of interior spaces such as workshops and conference rooms that can help improve the utilization rate and image of the station, and the exterior design with a pavilion motif were planned. Through this study, it is expected that it will have a positive effect on the image of the city by maximizing the interest of users in Cheonan Station and revitalizing the commercial district around Cheonan Station.

Primary localized cutaneous amyloidosis comprises macular, papular and rare nodular amyloidosis. Macular and papular amyloidosis are considered as different manifestations of the same disease process and can occur in the same patient, which is known as biphasic amyloidosis. Although most cases of primary cutaneous amyloidosis occur sporadically, some cases have been reported to have familial incidence with papular, biphasic or rarely macular amyloidosis. We report a case of a family in which a mother and her son have brown hyperkeratotic pruritic papules on both upper and lower extremities. The skin lesions initially began as macules on the shins in the second or third decade, but gradually spread with increasing papules and pigmentation. They had no kind of manifestation suggesting systemic amyloidosis. A skin biopsy specimen disclosed amyloid deposition in papillary dermis.

We report a case of morphea profunda in a 21-year-old male who had diffuse brown sclerotic plaques on his extremities. Laboratory findings showed peripheral eosinophilia and an increased titers for anti-DNA and anti-nuclear antibodies. Histopathologic findings showed diffuse fibrosis and a thickening of the lower dermis and subcutaneous tissue. He has been treated with hydroxychloroquine 400mg per day and the sclerosis of the skin improved.

조갑하 편평상피세포암 수술 후 결손부의 진피 이식을 이용한 복원

Squamous cell carcinoma of the nail bed is a low grade, slowly progressive, malignant neoplasm. A 66-year-old man had nail lesion on his right thumbnail for two years. After partial nail avulsion, an incisional biopsy was done. The histologic diagnosis was a squamous cell carcinoma. A radiological examination of digit was normal and no lymphadenopathy was palpable. The lesion was totally excised and surgical defect of nail bed was reconstructed by dermal graft. There was no recurrence of tumor till one year after surgery and out-look of nail recovered almost normal. When the underlying malignancy is suspected, it is necessary to examine the nail bed after partial nail avulsion. And application of dermal graft may be useful procedure for regeneration of nail plate when there is a large nail bed defect after excision.

Cutaneous fistula of dental origin is the most common type of cutaneous fistula that is formed on the face and neck. This lesion can be a diagnostic challenge to clinicians who are not familiar with cutaneous fistula since many patients with cutaneous fistula of dental origin do not have any complaints such as toothache. Diagnostic errors may result in multiple excisions, biopsies, and ineffective long-term antibiotic therapy. However, if the lesion could be suspected of being of dental origin, the diagnosis can be easily confirmed by radiologic examinations. We report four cases of cutaneous fistula of dental origin. All four patients had a characteristic cutaneous findings with chronically draining, fixed, erythematous papule on their nasolabial fold or submental region. Ultrasonography, fistulography or plain roentgenography were needed to confirm the diagnosis of cutaneous fistula originating from dental problems.
