安橫均 空軍士官學校 1980 論文集 Vol.12 No.-

The Purpose of this study is adaptations in strength and muscular endurance resulting from exercise. The use of progressive isotonic exercise in nearly any form can be expected to result in an increase in muscular strength. Regimens that range from 2RM for one set to 10RM for three sets all seem to result in significant gains, although an optimal combination may be to train at 6PM for three sets, three times a week. Isometric exercise has been found to result in strength gainsm, but the amount of this gain may not be predictable. The amount of tension applied to be effective may vary from 50% to maximum, and the duration of contraction may be 6 sec, given as frequency as one contraction per day, or in various combinations. Strength gains from isometric and isotonic methods appear equal. However, each program has certain advantages, and final selection should be based on administrative feasibility and personal preference. Prediction of the effects of training on various items of motor performance is not presently possible, as the results of research are rather throughly mixed. Muscular strength, once gained, will persist for some time before it gradually returns to pretraining levels. Some strength has been retained for several months, although a significant loss will occur after 3 to 4 weeks.

      • 통각유발물질에 의해 유발된 척수굴근 반사에 대한 Caffeine 과 Acetylsalicylic Acid 의 효과

        안횡균 고려대학교 스포츠과학연구소 1987 스포츠科學論叢 Vol.1 No.1

The present study was done in order to investigate the effects of psychotropic drug, caffeine and the most frequently used drug as an analgesics, Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) on the spinal flexor reflex induced by potassium chloride(KCl). After injection of caffeine only or ASA and caffeine combined into the gastrocnemius-soleus muscle through the sural artery, KCl injected into the same site with regular time interval. Impulse discharges from the spina~ motoneurons were recorded in the alpha and gamma motor axon extracellularly. The obtained results and conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. In case that 5mg of caffeine were injected into the gastrocnemius-soleus muscle through the sural artery, and subsequently KCl was injected into the same artery with 3min. intervals, the frequency of impulse discharge and the duration of response from spinal flexor alpha-motoneurons were increased more when the caffeine was injected than it was not. But the latancy of response was diminished. 2. In case that 5mg of caffeine were injected into the gastrocnemius-soleus muscle through the sural artery, and subsequently KCl was injected into the same artery with 3min. intervals, the frequency of impulse discharge and the duration of response from spinal flexor gamma-motoneurons were increased more when the caffeine was injected than it was not. But the latency of response was diminished. 3. In case that 5mg of ASA and 5mg of caffeine were injected, and then KCI was injected with 3min. intervals, the frequency of impulse discharge, the duration and the latency of response from spinal flexor alpha-motoneurons were momentarily increased for several minutes, but the rate of these were less increased than when the caffeine only was independently injected. 4. In case that 5mg of ASA and 5mg of caffeine were injected, and then KCl was injected with 3 min. intervals, the frequency of impulse discharge the duration and the latency of response from spinal flexor gamma-motoneurons were momentarily increased, but soon these became normal. Also these were less increased than when the caffeine only was independently injected. 5. In case that the mixture of 5mg of ASA and 5mg of caffeine were injected, and then KCl was injected with 3ming. intervals. The frequency of impulse discharge from unmyelinated fiber of spinal dosal root nerve fiber was remarkably decreased. Also, the duration of response was decreased. But the latency of response was increased. To summarize the above results, it suggests that caffeine has activated the spinal motoneurons and when ASA and caffeine treated simultaneously, caffeine disinhibited the inhibitory effects of ASA on spinal flexor reflex and consequently it suggests that ASA couldn't strong inhibitors for the caffeine that activated spinal flexor reflex.

사이클선수의 세부종목 결정을 위한 생리학적 분석

        김기진,안횡균,정동식,윤성원,김재호,정태윤,이용우,김철석 대한스포츠의학회 1993 대한스포츠의학회지 Vol.11 No.1

This study was performed to present the processing of determination of detailed cycle event for the novice cyclist through the analysis of physical and physiological characteristics. Subjects were composed o f4 teenaged cyclists. Analysis was composed of the physical characteristics, physical fitness, and physiological factors. The physiological factors were inculded aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, lactate tolerance, muscle fiber composition, and isokinetic muscle function. Aerobic capacity was assessed by the maximal oxygen uptake, ventilation threshold, lactate threshold, recovery rate of total work output, peak power output, mean power output, fatigue index, moving distance, peak revolution, and peak value of blood lactate concentration during 10sec, 30sec and 60sec supramaximal exercise on the bicycle ergometer. Lactate tolerance was assessed throughout the specific protocol. Following a supramaximal exercise with the intensity of 130% VO_2max, the secondary maximal exercise was performed after 5min interval. In this condition, duration of exercise, and peak value and recovery rate of blood lactate concentration were assessed. Muscle fiber composition was analysed the percentage of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱa, Ⅱb and Ⅱc in vastus lateralis. Isokinetic muscle function was assessed throughout the Cybex test on extension and flexion of knee joint. In conclusion, the results of this investigation indicate that subject KHI and KDH can be characterized as possessing a genceric character of sprint, subject JHS has a generic
