어머니의 놀이신념과 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 어머니와 유아를 대상으로 어머니의 놀이신년과 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 데 목적이 있다 본 연구는 경기도, 충청남도 지역의 어린이집 유아 343명과 그 유아의 어머니를 대상으로 하였다. 어머니의 놀이신념은 Fogel(2003)의 PPBS(The Parents Play Beliefs Scale) 척도를, 어머니의 정서표현성은 정서표현성 척도(Self Expressiveness inthe Family Questionnaire; SEQ)를, 유아의 사회적 유능성은 아이오와 사회적 유능성 척도(Iowa Social Competency Scale: Preschool form)를 사용하여 측정하였다 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다 연구결과, 어머니의 놀이신념 및 어머니의 정서표현 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다, 둘째, 어머니의 놀이신념과 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 어머니의 참여 가지 놀이 신념, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현과 부정적 정서표현이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 결과는 유아의 사회적 유능성을 높이기 위한 부모 상담 및 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between mothers’ play beliefs and emotional expression to infants social competence, and to investigate the effect of mothers play beliefs and emotional expression on infants ’ social competence. The participants were 343 infants and their infants at public, corporate, and private daycare centers working in Gyeonggi -do and Chungnam-do. The Parents Play Beliefs Scale (PPBS), a simplified measure of Self-Expressiveness in the Family Questionnaire (SEFQ), and Iowa Social Competency Scale were used. The results of this study were as follows; First, there was a significant positive correlation between the mother s play beliefs, the mother’s emotional expression and young child’s social competence. Second, the most influential factors of young child’s social competence were the mother’s play beliefs in participation value, followed by mother’s positive emotions expression and negative emotions expression. The results of this study could be used as a basis for parental consultation and education to enhance the social competence of young child.
