        구개열로 인한 구어 및 언어 장애의 국내·외 연구동향

        The purpose of this study was to review recent research into speech and language disorders caused by cleft palate and to provide directions for future research in the field of speech and language therapy. To do so, we analyzed a total of 121 articles published from 2001 to 2011 in international and domestic journals. These articles were analyzed in terms of research subjects, research areas, and research methods. Of the total 121 articles, 23 were domestic and 98 were international. Compared to international research, domestic research showed a lack of quantitative research. Both domestic and international focused mainly on children between the ages of 3 and 12. Domestic research on adolescents and adults was limited. Both domestic and international research focused mainly on the areas of resonance and articulation, but the language area was limited. Also, auditory areas were not covered in domestic research. Both domestic and international research focused mainly on assessment and experimental study. Based on this analysis, we discussed a direction for future research in the field of speech and language therapy.

        학령 전 음운장애 아동의 비유창성 특성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between phonological processing deficit and speech disfluencies through disfluency characteristics of phonological disorders. The subjects were 19 children with phonological disorders (PD group) and 19 typically-developing children (TD group). P-FA-Ⅱ was conducted on each subject and disfluency score, disfluency type, and distribution of disfluencies at syntactic locations was compared. The result are as follows. First, the PD group demonstrated a significantly higher disfluency score than the TD group. Second, disfluency occurrence patterns were similar between the two groups. The interjection rate was the highest in both groups, whereas prolongation and block rate was the lowest in both groups. The part-word repetitions rate showed the most difference between the PD and TD group. Third, speech disfluencies occur regardless of syntactic locations (before clause or within clause) in both groups. These findings suggest that there is a relationship between phonological processing deficit and speech disfluencies.

        COVID-19 대유행 시기 장기요양시설 요양보호사의 노인과의 상호작용과 연결 경험에 대한 질적 연구

        본 연구는 COVID-19 대유행 기간 동안 장기요양시설 요양보호사와 노인과의 연결 경험에 대해 포커스 그룹 면담을 활용하여 탐색하였다. 면담은 3개 요양시설에 근무하는 19명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 2022년 2월부터 2023년 3월까지 수행하여 질적자료를 수집하였으며, 모든 면담은 녹음되어 전사되고 성찰적 주제분석 방법을 활용하여 분석되었다. 자료분석을 통해 “비언어적 의사소통을 통해 의미있는 상호작용하기,” “능숙한 소통능력으로 의미있는 돌봄 관계맺기,” “COVID-19 초기의 돌봄환경 변화와 몰이해 감당하기,” “COVID-19 감염확산으로 인한 돌봄환경 변화 감당하기”의 네 가지 주제가 도출되었다. 연구결과를 통해 요양보호사들이 COVID-19 대유행 기간에도 요양시설 노인과의 연결을 위해 끈질기게 노력하여 일정수준의 돌봄 성과를 성취했음이 확인되었다. 도전적인 상황에도 불구하고, 지속적인 돌봄을 제공하기 위해 끈기있게 노력하는 돌봄인력들의 노고를 인정하고 조직적인 지원을 통해 지속 가능한 돌봄 실천을 보장하는 것이 중요하다. This study explores the experiences of direct caregivers in connecting with nursing home residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Qualitative data were collected through focus group interviews with certified nurse assistants (n=19) working at three nursing homes in South Korea. The interviews were conducted from February 2022 to March 2023, and recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using the reflexive thematic analysis method. Four themes emerged from the data: Utilizing non-verbal communication for facilitating meaningful interactions, Establishing profound caring relationships through effective communication skills, Adapting amidst initial COVID-19 challenges and misunderstandings, and Dealing with changes in the care environment due to spread of the COVID-19 infection. The research findings confirm that caregivers made persistent efforts to establish connections with nursing home residents even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a certain level of caregiving achievement. Despite the challenging circumstances, it is crucial to acknowledge the dedication of the caregivers who consistently strive to deliver uninterrupted care and ensure sustainable care practices through systematic support.

        간호대학생을 위한 한국어판 간호제공자와 대상자간 돌봄 상호작용 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증

        본 연구는 간호제공자와 대상자 간의 돌봄 상호작용을 측정하기 위해 개발된 Korean version of Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction scale- Student Nurse(K-CNPI-SN)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 간호대학생을 대상으로 검증하려는 목적으로 시행되었다. 2022년 3월부터 7월까지 경남에 소재하는 4개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 308명을 대상으로 온라인 플랫폼을 이용하여 K-CNPI-SN 설문지에 응답하도록 하였다. 구성타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 4개의 영역에서 총 21개 문항이 도출되었다. K-CNPI-SN은 인간중심돌봄 역량(ICS-N)과 순상관관계를 보여(r=.736, p <.001) 준거타당도가 확보되었고, 간호대학생을 대상으로 대상자와의 돌봄상호작용을 측정하는 도구로 사용되는데 적절한 것으로 보인다. K-CNPI-SN은 간호대학생이 인식하고 있는 대상자와의 돌봄 상호작용을 자가보고 형식으로 측정하는 것이므로, 환자와의 돌봄 상호작용을 기반으로 한 돌봄 중재의 성과를 확인하는 데에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study examined the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction scale- Student Nurse(K-CNPI). A total of 308 nursing students at four nursing colleges in Gyengsangnam-do completed a structured online questionnaire from March to July 2022. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to verify the scales construct validity and identified 21 items across four domains. The K-CNPI-SN showed a positive correlation with person-centered care competency (ICS-N) (r=.736, p <.001), and criterion validity was secured. The results of the study show that the K-CNPI-SN is a valid and reliable tool for measuring nursing student care interactions. K-CNPI-SN is a self-reported measure of degree of caring interaction with patients as perceived by nursing students. It is envisaged that the K-CNPI-SN will contribute to the implementation and evaluation of caring interaction-focused interventions among nursing students.
