기업형 지능형 에이전트의 속성 정의 및 사용자 경험 디자인 개발

본 연구는 기업 업무 환경에서 요구되는 지능형 에이전트의 속성을 정의하고, 기업형 지능형 에이전트의 가치를 전달할 수 있는 사업 분야 및 사용 사례를 발굴하고자 하였다. 그 결과 “Enterprise-Focused”, “Actionable”, “User-Centric”라는 속성을 정의하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 핵심 기술 영역을 도출하였다. 또한 정의된 속성과 핵심 기술 영역을 바탕으로 에이전트를 활용할 수 있는 사업 분야를 발굴하여, 임직원이 기업의 시스템을 손쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 도와주는 에이전트를 데모 형태로 구현하였다. 이 에이전트는 실제 사용 중인 임직원 포털의 메신저 창에서, 사용자의 명령과 에이전트의 응답을 중계하며 사용자의 명령을 수행하도록 디자인되었다. This research aimed to identify the characteristics of and technical requirements for intelligent agent that is dedicated for executing business functions. Another purpose of research was to discover business cases and corresponding use cases to effectively demonstrate the value of enterprise-focused intelligent agent. The result of research identified three main characteristics of intelligent agent, such as “Enterprise-Focused”, “Actionable”, and “User-Centric”. In addition, three core technological requirements were distinguished, to implement such enterprise-focused intelligent agent. After reviewing several business cases, overall results were applied to produce a demo of enterprise-focused intelligent agent that is specialized for supporting employees on an enterprise portal. In the demo, the intelligent agent was presented on an interface similar to an instant messenger embedded in the enterprise portal. Such intelligent agent was designed to help employees to make a full use of various administrative functions, by relaying the command from user and the response of agent.

가짜뉴스가 사회연결망 상에서 빠르게 전파되면서 사회적 혼란을 야기하고 있어 가짜뉴스를 탐지하는 것이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 최근 가짜뉴스 탐지 연구에서 사회연결망의 전파 정보를 활용한 방법이 기존 뉴스 컨텐츠 기반 가짜뉴스 탐지 방법보다 효과적임을 보였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 CoAID 데이터셋을 기반으로 사회연결망상의 전파 데이터를 포함하는 COVID-19 Cascade 데이터셋을 소개한다. COVID-19 Cascade 를 활용하면 전파 기반 가짜뉴스 탐지 방법에도 적용이 가능하다. 이후 간단한 분석을 통해 진짜뉴스와 가짜뉴스의 차이를 확인한다.
