대학 평생교육원 프로그램 참여자의 참여 동기, 프로그램 만족도, 행복감의 구조관계 분석

이 연구는 대학 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 성인학습자의 참여 동기, 프로그램 만족도, 행복감 간의 구조관계를 탐색하고자 시도되었다. 연구문제는 첫째, 대학 평생교육 프로그램 참여자의 참여 동기와 프로그램 만족도와의 관계, 둘째, 프로그램 만족도와 행복감과의 관계, 셋째, 대학 평생교육 프로그램 참여 동기와 행복감과의 관계, 그리고 프로그램 만족도의 참여 동기와 행복감과의 관계에 대한 매개효과의 분석이다. 이에 대한 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 대학 평생교육참여자의 참여 동기는 프로그램 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 둘째, 프로그램 만족도는 성인학습자의 행복감에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 셋째, 참여 동기는 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 마지막으로 성인학습자의 프로그램 만족도는 대학 평생교육참여 동기와 행복감 간의 관계를 매개한다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학 평생교육기관들이 성인학습자를 위한 프로그램 참여 동기뿐만 아니라 프로그램 만족도 제고를 통해 성인학습자의 행복감을 향상시키는 것이 매우 중요함을 시사한다. This study is to explore Structural Relationships of Adult Learners' Participative Motivation, Program Satisfaction, and their Happiness at University Based Lifelong Education Centers. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the problems of it are as follow: First, what is the relationship between adult learners' participative motivation and their program satisfaction? Second, what is the relationship between adult learners' program satisfaction and their happiness? Third, what is the relationship between adult learners' participative motivation and their happiness? Fourth, how does adult learners' program satisfaction be mediated in the relationship between their participative motivation and happiness at university based lifelong education centers? Based on the research findings, the following conclusions were made: First, there is the positive relationship between adult learners' participative motivation and their program satisfaction. Second, there is the positive relationship between adult learners' program satisfaction and their happiness. Third, there is the positive relationship between adult learners' participative motivation and their happiness. Fourth, adult learners' program satisfaction is mediated in the relationship between their participative motivation and happiness at university based lifelong education centers.
