      • 택견 복장〔고의적삼, 철릭〕에 나타나는 한국의 미에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 오랜 세월 동안 우리 전통문화 안에서 전래되어온 맨손 격투 기술이자 민속놀이인 택견의 복장을 유구한 역사와 전통을 자랑하며 미의 나라라고 칭송받는 한국의 아름다움, 한국의 미로 분석하여 살펴보았다. 그리하여 이 연구를 통해 한국미의 특징을 바탕으로 택견에 복장에 내재되어있는 민족 고유의 미를 밝히고자 하였으며, 이와 관련된 구체적인 내용을 논의 및 결론으로 도출하면 다음과 같이 확인할 수 있다. 첫째, 택견의 수련복 한복에는 백의 미가 담겨있다. 백색의 미는 우리 민족에 내재되어있는 미의식의 본바탕이며, 민족의 마음이다. 이처럼 백색사상으로 일컬어지는 특수한 감각을 지닌 우리 민족은 백색을 생활 속에서 녹여내어 흰옷을 즐겨 입었다. 둘째, 택견의 수련복 한복에는 곡선의 미가 담겨있다. 택견의 수련복 한복에는 한국미의 정수라 하는 곡선의 미가 있는데 한복에 깃과 소매의 배래선이 그러하다. 특히 버선의 코와 발뒤꿈치 부분에서 보여지는 복스럽고 풍성한 곡선의 흐름은 인위적인 기교나 가식을 뛰어 넘는 여유와 부드러움이 존재한다. 셋째, 택견의 수련복 한복에는 실용의 미가 담겨있다. 택견의 수련복이 전통의상 한복에 기초된 이유는 한복이 수련을 위한 복장으로서 최적의 조건을 지니고 있기 때문이다. 한복은 택견을 수련하는 데 불편함이 없으며 품이 넉넉하고 가볍다. 뿐만 아니라 철릭의 상하연철의 구조와 치마의 주름은 발질에 용이하며, 소매의 중간이 분리될 수 있도록 만든 것은 매우 실용적인 형태라 할 수 있겠다. 이처럼 한복은 우리민족의 고유의 복식양식으로 우리 전통의 미를 충분히 표현하며, 우리 민족의 미적본능을 고스란히 담고 있다. This study has analyzed the Taekkyon’s clothes as the beauty of Korea praised as the country of beauty and proud of eternal history and tradition. Taekkyon is a technique of fighting with bare hands during the many years, has been widely practiced from the private sector been handed down in our traditional culture. This study was to reveal the beauty of specific ethnic inherent in taekkyon’s clothes based on the characterastics of the beauty of korea. Specific information relating to this discussion and conclusions derived can be found as follows. First, Hanbok, which is taekkyon’s training clothes contains the beauty of white. The beauty of white is the foundation of aesthetics which are inherent in our nation, and it is the heart of the nation. Our nation with special sense referred as thought of white favor white clothes in daily life. Second, Hanbok contains the beauty of curve. Hanbok’s collar and bell line of sleeves is the case. Especially, the flow of rich curves shown in Beosun’s nose and heel exists freeness and tenderness. Third, Hanbok contains the beauty of practical. The reason why the taekkyon’s training clothes is based on traditional cloth, hanbok, is because they have the best conditions for training. Hanbok has no inconvenient to training taekkyon and there is room in the width and light. Also, Cheol-lik’s vertically connected structure and unique form of creased at the waist is convenient to kick. And it is very practical form that the middle of sleeve can be sepereted. Thus, as the Hanbok is our nation’s unique custume form, it expresses the beauty of our tradition enough and contains our nation’s aesthetic instinct.

        답지저앙(踏地抵昻) 수족상응(手足相應)으로 표현되는 택견 동작의 형태 연구

        This study set out to apply the forms of Dapjijeoang and Sujoksangeung recorded in the Mahanjo of The History of Three Kingdoms, which offers explanations about the archetypal dance of Korean people, to the traditional Korean martial art Taekkyon, analyze the forms of Pumbalgi, Hwalgaejit, and Sonjil, some of Taekkyon steps, and examine the causes of their formation. Based on the concrete content related to them, the study reached the following conclusions: first, the Pumbalgi of Taekkyon had the form of Dapjijeoang, an archetype of Korean dance, and showed fluid, rational, and soft movements. The exercise principles implicated in its up-and-down motions were interpreted as follows: ① they put Gumshil in the popliteus when taking a Pum step to increase power and elasticity through bending and stretching exercise in die knee;② the movement of Gamsliil in Pumbalgi enables the maintenance of a stable posture;and ③ the consecutive up-and-down motions in the Pumbalgi of Taekkyon creates a soft quality. Secondly, there is the form of Sujoksangeung, another archetype of Korean dance, in the basic Sonjil of Taekkyon. It creates natural harmony in consecutive motions with Pumbalgi. The exercise principle implicated in the hands and feet coordination was interpreted as follows: ① the form of Sujoksangeung in the shaking of Taekkyon creates a curve, which is manifested in soft motions; ② the form of the hands and feet striking harmony between them and coordinating each other creates harmonious movements and thus dynamic balance ; and ③ the hands and feet coordination of Taekkyon creates the optimum gesture for battle and gives Taekkyon the optimal value as martial arts. It is thus found that the gestures of a traditional Korean martial art Taekkyon and their expressions represent the Korean people’s intense determination based on historicity and autonomy and express their traditional body expressions containing their pride, spirit, and disposition.

        혜산 유숙(1827-1873)의 「大快圖」 보이는 택견의 이해

        This study analyzes Hyesan(惠山) Yusuk(劉淑)’s 「Daequaedo(大快圖)」and tries to examine Gwanghwaemun(光熙門) and Gurigae(Junggu) Taekkyon, which make up the painting’s background, and Taekkyon’s matches, philosophy, and so on in the painting. This aims to provide a basic document that allows people to see Taekkyon – the people’s physical and living culture in late Joseon dynasty – with the right point of view and perspective. The deducted conclusion is as follows. First, in 「Daequaedo」’s background Gwanghwaemun actually existed Taekkyon groups, and this was the area in which masters such as Park Mu Gyung and Kim Hong Sik were active; we were able to check these through historical sources. Also, due to the characteristics of Gyeollyeon Taekkyon, in which groups competed by being divided into two groups of the upper and lower group, we can assume that the upper Taekkyon group living inside the castle and the lower Taekkyon group living outside the castle gathered around Gwanghwaemun to play in Taekkyon matches. Second, through 「Daequaedo」, we can learn that Taekkyon matches were a form of practical games that could take place whenever, wherever without separate equipment, and that in these matches the use of hands was limited but feet were used to attack the opponents’ bodies. Also, seeing from the form of the two Taekkyon players’ feet and distance in the painting, we can know that established dignity and laws of rules were used. Third, we can make certain that the characters of various age groups and social status classes that appear in「Daequaedo」aimed for grand unification called accompaniment, and that those were coming true through the medium of Taekkyon and ssireum(Korean wrestling). When it comes to this study, we must realize that there’s a slight limit to analyzing the absolute forms of Taekkyon at the time with a single painting, overcome these problems from now on and make continuous research and analysis based on much more various historical sources come true in order to establish the right history and identity of the traditional martial arts, Taekkyon.

        택견전수관의 마케팅전략이 고객만족과 후속행위에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to offer basic data for revitalizing Taekgyeon gymnasium by examining the influence of a marketing strategy in Taekgyeon gymnasium upon customer satisfaction and follow-up behavior. To achieve specific objective on this, a marketing strategy was established as independent variable. Follow-up behavior of having customer satisfaction as mediation variable was established as dependent variable. It analyzed the materials of 235 people targeting customers who are under training at Taekgyeon gymnasiums in Seoul and Gyeonggi area as of the year in 2013. The following conclusions were obtained. First, the marketing strategy of Taekgyeon gymnasium was indicated to have influence upon price factor and leader factor, respectively, for financial satisfaction and psychological satisfaction. Second, the marketing strategy of Taekgyeon gymnasium was indicated to have influence upon leader factor in word-of-mouth behavior. In the purchasing behavior, the price and leader factors were shown to have effect. Third, as for customer satisfaction, the psychological satisfaction in word-of-mouth behavior was indicated to have influence. In the purchasing behavior, the psychological satisfaction and the financial satisfaction were shown to have influence. Synthesizing specific contents as the above, the marketing strategy of Taekgyeon gymnasium can be presumably inferred to have influence upon customer satisfaction and follow-up behavior. Especially, price and leader were indicated to have great influence.

      • 결련택견에 나타나는 상생(相生)과 대동(大同)에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 민족의 몸짓 택견의 정신과 철학을 결련택견이 성행하던 1910년 당시의 시대적 배경에서 살펴봄으로써 택견이 단순히 하나의 격투나 놀이 이상의 의미를 지니고 있음을 살피고자 하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 택견에 내재되있는 상생(相生)과 대동(大同)의 사상을 분석하기 위해 고서와 연구논문, 전문서적 등의 다양한 자료를 검토·분석하였는데 이는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 결련택견에는 상생(相生)의 철학이 있다. 구체적으로는 결련택견의 모습에서 개인의 이익을 합하여 공동선을 추구하는 상생공영의 철학을 엿볼 수 있다. 즉 택견 경기를 통하여 공동체의 결속을 다지는 화합과 단결의 상생의 정신이 담겨있다. 이는 상대가 타도의 대상이 아니라 협력의 대상, 즉 공생의 관계라는 것인데 이처럼 더불어 함께하고 상생하는 정신이 바로 민중의 생활 속에서 함께해온 택견 철학이다. 둘째, 결련택견에는 대동(大同)의 사상이 있다. 결련택견이 성행하던 시기에 우리 민족은 남녀노소, 신분을 초월하여 많은 사람들이 한데 어울려 함께 즐겼다. 이를 대동놀이라 한다. 대동놀이는 모두가 평등한 대동세상을 만들고 싶었던 우리 조상들의 간절한 소망이 놀이를 통해 표현된 것이다. 이에 택견의 경기 또한 판의 구성만을 놓고 보면 위에서 언급하였던 대동놀이의 형태와 같이 집단적 신명이 녹아 모두가 함께 어우러지는 축제의 장이었다. 이는 택견이 집단적 유희문화, 즉 대동의 사상이 내재되어있는 대동놀이라는 것을 의미한다. 이처럼 택견은 우수한 민족 사상인 상생(相生)과 대동(大同)의 철학을 내포하고 있다. This study was to research that Taekkyon means more than just tussling or playing through searching historical background of the time 1910 when Gyul-ryeon Taekkyon has been actively carried out the spirit and philosophy of Taekkyon, ethnic gesture. In this study, we reviewed and analyzed a variety of materials, including reports, research papers and professional publications to analyze the ideas of win-win and Daedong that are inherent in Taekkyon. Therefore, the following conclusions were drawn. First, there is a philosophy of win-win in Gyul-ryeon Taekkyon. Specifically, philosophy of mutual prosperity, pursuing common good by combining personal interests can be seen in the appearance of Gyul-ryeon Taekkyon. Namely, Taekkyon match is filled with the spirit of win-win, which means harmony and unity that strengthen the solidarity of community and promote good neighborhood and friendship. It means opponent is not a target of overthrow but a target of cooperate, that is, symbiotic relationship. A spirit of win-win and along together with people is the a philosophy of taekkyon. Second, There is a daedong thought in gyul-ryeon taekkyon. A time when Kyul-ryeon taekkyon has been actively carried out, our nation enjoyed together without distinction between men and women, old and young. It called daedong play. Daedong play, the earnest desire of our ancestors is expressed through play. Only the configuration of the plate, and as mentioned above of the form of daedong play, taekkyon match was a festival to enjoy all together as a group. This means taekkyon is daedong play that the idea of daedong is inherent in the daedong play. In this way, taekkyon contains philosophy of win-win and daedong which are our nation’s excellent thought.
