      • 유아체육의 현황고찰 및 발전적 방향에 대한 모형제안

        본 연구의 목적은 유아체육이 유아교육의 중요성이 확산되면서 필수적인 유아를 위한 교육내용으로 인식되고 있으나 이에 대한 현실적 반영의 미흡함을 이해 하고 전체 유아체육의 현황을 고찰하여 발전적 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 현 유아 교육에 있어서 유아체육은 일선에서의 교육적 요구를 충족하지 못하고 있으며 전문시설에 대한 기준 및 설치의 부족함으로 시설과 도구가 기반이 되는 유아체육의 한계로 논의되고 있다. 또한 이와 더불어 유아체육지도자 양성을 위한 전문 적 교육과정 및 재교육은 부재한 실정이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 현장에 대한 이해와 관련 문헌에 대한 분석 등을 기반으로 다음과 같은 발전적 방향을 제시해 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 지역사회의 협조를 통해 시설 및 지 도자, 재정적 측면의 인프라를 공유할 수 있도록 한다. 둘째, 유치원 현장에서의 전담교사제 도입과 체육수엽사수의 확보에 대한 노력이 있어야 한다. 셋째, 유아 교육 및 체육의 관련 부처에서 교육과정 계획 및 운영 시 체육교과를 정규화하고 이러한 부분이 현장에 반영할 수 있도록 하는 정책적 노력이 필요하다 이와 더불어 유치원 체육수엽의 고질적인 문제를 지도자, 시설, 수엽의 측면에서 개선 하려고 하는 현장의 노력 또한 필요할 것이다. As importance of toddler education is spread, there is awareness that toddler physical education IS necessary for young children. The goal of this research is to understand the insufficiency of the realistic response to this realization and to suggest a development direction by considering the total toddler physical education present condition. Currently, toddler physical education does not fulfill the educational needs of toddler education, and the limits of toddler physical education are the lack of standard and installation of professional equipment. Additionally, professional education and retraining to foster toddler physical education is nonexistent. Therefore, we suggest the following development directions based on understanding the site and by analyzing related literature. First, the infrastructure of the facilities and financial structures must be shared through the regional community`s cooperation. Second, there must be an effort to introduce a teacher who is exclusively in charge of physical education and to secure time for physical education from the preschool. Third, education planning and management related to toddler education and physical education must be standardized, and there needs to be a policy that can reflect this on-site. On top of this, on-site effort to Improve chronic problems of toddler physical education from leaders, facilities, and classes is needed.

        Continuouse efforts has been made on the study of child physical education, but still it is needed to develope educational system for child physical educators. Today, most child physical educators are produced from private organigations. Child physical education is relavent to physical education and child education. Therefore, to develope child physical education, physical education and child education departments in university and collage should take more attention on it and teach students. Basic education for child physical educators includes understanding of child development and characteristics, method to raise physical strength and to teach children basic body movements and technics. Theoritical and practical studies should be made for balanced physical education of children too. Interaction and cooperation between relavant academic circles for the study of child physical education also should be made continously and actively. Futhermore, more attention is needed to make good environment where childrens can grow up energetic and heathy.

        유치원 체육교육시설의 보유 실태 및 개선방향에 관한 연구

        Physical activity in the childhood is very important due to its role as an stepping-stone of the growth. However, preschools where most children are learning physical activities have very insufficient environment. Most of them have limited area for the physical activities which means children can not have enough space for big movement. Therefore, enforcing the standard on sports facilities in the preschool is needed. This standard should include the space for physical activity and must be practical. By confirming this space, children at least can be ensured for various physical activities.

      • 킨볼게임 변형활동을 통한 유아의 협동 활동 프로그램 개발

        유아교육현장에서는 “모든 유아들이 즐겁게 참여하는 게임과 신체활동”에 대한 요구가 증대하고 있으나 유아의 흥미와 발달, 체력수준에 기초하여 개발된 질 높은 프로그램이 절대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신체활동수업을 통해 유아들에게 다양한 게임 변형활동 기회를 제공함으로써 즐겁게 참여하는 능력을 키우고 유아들의 사회성과 자아개념을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이는 궁극적으로 마당 또는 체육실에서 유아들이 함께 즐기는 놀이문화의 보급에 공헌하는 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 유아들을 대상으로 한 협동 활동 신체활동 수업 중 모두가 참여할 수 있는 프로그램으로 킨볼을 변형한 상호 협동 프로그램을 구성하였다. 킨볼 변형 프로그램을 시행한 결과, 참여한 유아들이 협동 활동에 큰 즐거움을 느끼고, 모두 함께 적극적으로 활동에 참여하여 또래들 간의 자연스러운 상호작용이 이루어지는 효과가 있었다. 이에 유아교육 현장에서 킨볼 변형 활동 프로그램이 유아들 간의 협동게임 활동으로 전개된다면 유아들의 기본적인 체력증진은 물론 사회성과 자아개념을 향상 시키는 긍정적 영향이 기대된다. There have been increasing needs regarding physical activities in which every child can happily participate as part of early childhood education curriculum. The purpose of this research is to introduce cooperative physical activities which enable children to develop social abilities and positive self-images Also, this activities will contribute to facilitating a play culture where everyone can freely participate and have exiting experiences. To develop cooperative psychical activities, Kin-ball program was transformed based on children`s physical, social and emotional needs. When the Kin-ball transformed program was implemented, most of the children lively participated in the activities without an alienated child. Mutual understandings between children, cooperative behaviors, and active participations were observed during the Kin-ball activities. This transformed Kin-ball program may contribute to young children`s social and emotional development as well as their physical strength and health.

        이해중심게임 수업 모형이 창의인성 및 스포츠맨십에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of P.E. instruction by a model of teaching games for understanding on the creative personality and sportsmanship of learners. The subjects in this study were 262 students in a middle school located in an urban community in Gyeonggi Province. They received P.E. instruction by applying a model of teaching games for understanding during an eight-week period of time, three times a week, 45 minutes each. The instruments used to collect data were Ha Joo-hyeon(20010’s Creative Personality Test and Sung Chang-hoon(2003)’s Sportsmanship Inventory, which were both modified to serve the purpose of the study. As for data analysis, a statistical package SPSS WIN 18.0 was employed. Statistical data on Cronbach alpha coefficients, mean and standard deviation were obtained, and paired-samples t-test was conducted. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the model of teaching games for understanding was found to have exerted a positive influence on the creative personality variable (self-conviction, endurance/obsession, curiosity and imagination) of the students. Second, the model of teaching games for understanding was found to have exercised a positive influence on the sportsmanship variable(respect for judgment, consideration for peers, respect for the opponent and approval of the result) of the student. In conclusion, well-planned guidance should be provided for students to foster their creative personality and sportsmanship while they engage in a variety of P.E. activities.

        디스크골프 운동이 청소년의 체력 및 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        This research was conducted in 36 students at S Middle School in Gyeonggi Province to see how eight-week exercise with disc golf affected physical strength and body composition in adolescence. Grip, back strength, trunk forward flexion, sit-up, sergeant jump, and side step were measured for physical strength, and muscle mass, body fat percentage, and abdominal fat for body composition. The data were processed using an SPSS 18.0 program to get the mean and standard deviation for physical strength and body composition and one-way ANOVA for statistically significant intergroup differences, drawing the following conclusion: First, as for physical strength, the exercise group was statistically significantly better at back strength, trunk forward flexion, and sergeant jump than the control group, whereas no significant intergroup difference was found in grip (right/left), sit-up, or side-step. Second, as for body composition, the exercise group saw statistically positive effects on all of muscle mass, body fat percentage, and abdominal fat than the control group. To put the results together, the exercise with disc golf is an appropriate program for getting positive effects on back strength, trunk forward flexion, and sergeant jump and muscle mass, body fat percentage, and abdominal fat in adolescence.

      • 유아교육기관에서의 유아체육활동과 유아의 신체적, 심리적 특성과의 관계분석

        본 논문은 유아체육 현황을 살펴보고 유아체육활동과 유아의 건강 간의 관계를 분석함으로써 유아체육 정책 및 프로그램의 발전방향을 모색하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널 2012년도 5차 자료를 바탕으로 국내 유아교육기관에서 이루어지고 있는 유아체육 현황을 분석하였으며, 유아체육활동과 유아의 신체 및 심리적 건강상태와의 관계분석을 통해 유아체육이 유아의 전반적 발달과 건강상태에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 유아체육정책 및 프로그램의 개선방안을 함께 논의하였다. This study was conducted to find out solutions to develop physical education policy and programs in Korea. To achieve this purpose, this study analyzed the status of physical education in Korea and examined the relationship between child`s physical education program participation and cluld`s health and psychological condition. For analyzing, Panel Data on Korean Children(wave 5) collected by KICCE(Korea Institute of Child Care and Education) was used. The result of Hus study appeared that physical education participation had a positive impact on various aspects in child`s psychological and behavioral health especially on lowering ADHA(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

      • 한국 유아체육의 현황과 발전방향

        In a society based on knowledge, it is primarily dependent on the level of quality of child education to educate students creatively. Although one hundred years has been passed since the education of children in kindergarten began, the policy on child education has not been treated seriously at a national level, but changed according to the administrational opportunism and political interests. Educationally advanced countries already established public educational system of child education, and has been managing human resource through normal child education as early as possible. In spite of that, Korea, is still inferior to educationally advanced nations in many areas of child education including public finance, educational system, educational contents, method and so on. Physical education can reduce the national hygienics and social welfare cost and it has high economical worth because of it`s high efficiency with low cost. Futhermore, vitality of life with each individual`s health and physical fitness is not only the foundation of individual`s potential but also directly related with the soundness of society. Therefor, American and European advanced countries came to regard, physical education and it`s infra structure which provide human resources, health and hygienics of people, as the social overhead capital (SOC) since 1990`s. Especially, even though the area of child physical education has unlimited possibility of development in it`s marketability and industrial aspect it is still paltry for insufficiency of policy, finance, facilities, program, and educators. Today it is needed to produce systematic, professional and future oriented educators. Under these circumstances, there is only a few mid term and long term plans for the development of child physical education, guide books for child physical educators, programs which reflect characteristics of child physical education and child development. literatures about effect and success of child physical education related with family, kindergarten and community, and research about child physical education. As a result, I suggest that much effort should be made to support child physical education at a national level, to lead active participation of citizens by active media campaign and providing various programs, to produce quality physical educators in cooperation of child education and child physical education.

      • 여자 육상선수의 경기 전 상태불안과 경기력의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to research into the anxiety level of competition state that Korean female athletes generally feel before a competition. The Inspection method in the study was CSAI-2 developed by Martens and his colleagues in 1983. As a measurement tool of the anxiety level of competition state felt by athletes before a competition, this inspection gauge consists of three subordinate measure-cognitive state of anxiety, physical state of anxiety, state confidence. The independent variables were ability[skill] level(superiority/inferiority), kind of events(short-distance/mid and long-distance race), career(less than 3 years/4-6 years/over 7 years), and on the other hand, the dependent variable was the anxiety factors of competition state in sports, which was carried out by t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The statistic level of hypothesis was established under p<.05. The major results obtained by the analysis of collected data are as follows: With regard to the anxiety level of state in female athletes’ careers, it turned out to be a significant distinction in that an athlete with a career of 4-6 years showed a lower anxiety level of cognitive state than ones with a career of less than 3 years and over 7 years(p<.05).

        유아체육 프로그램과 운동능력의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze exercise abilities between participating group(PG) and control group(CG) in physical activity program for infant. The subjects of this study were consisted with 222 infant.(Participating Group(PG): N=113, male-65, female-48 : control group(CG): N=l09, male-63, female-46) of 5 years. The measured items were the Standing Broad Jump, Balancing Backwards, 20m Run, V-Sit, and Trunk flection test. The conclusions as follows: 1. Standing Broad Jump test. Male of PG was significantly higher than CG(p<0.05, 105.10±12.33 vs 97.80±15.13). Female of PG was higher than CG(90.68±15.18 vs 91.00±13.48, but there was no significance. 2. Balancing Backwards test. Male of PG was significantly higher than CG(p<0.001, 24.95±18.97 vs 9.65±8.86). Female of PG was higher than CG(21.21±17.11 vs 14.82±14.12), but there was no significance. 3. 20m Run test. Male of PG was significantly higher than CG(p<0.001, 9.49±0.63 vs 11.11±1.66). Female of PG was higher than CG(10.62±1.13 vs 11.09±0.87), but there was no significance. 4. V-Sit test. Male of PG was significantly higher than CG(p<0.05, 37.68±23.22 vs 23.14±20.53). Female of PG was higher than CG(40.10±19.18 vs 26.02±23.76), but there was no significance. 5. Trunk flection test. Male of PG and female of CG was higher than CG and PG, but there were no significance(4.48±4.45 vs 3.00±6.06 and 5.94±3.68 vs 6.74±4.61). In conclusion, we knew that regulated physical activities in infant. will increase each exercise ability. Also if female infant. were adapted different physical activity program, each exercise ability of their can increase as male infant do.
