2007년도 서울시는 25개 자치구 중 100개 동 주민센터 통합을 추진하면서 계량적으로 약 4,000 억 원 정도의 효과를 볼 것으로 예측하였다. 2009년 말까지 3년 동안 총 94개 동(2007년 초 마포구 4개 동을 포함하여 대외적으로 98개로 발표)을 통폐합하였다. 본 연구는 서울시가 도출한 계량적 효과금액인 3,807억을 비용편익분석이라는 방법론을 통하여 재계산하여 산정하였다. 서울시 산하 대표적 동 통폐합자치구인 마포구와 동대문구를 선정하여 같은 방법론을 적용한 정량적 효과분석과 사례분석(설문분석)을 추가적으로 실시하였다. 비용편익분석 결과, 서울시는 3,305 여 억 원, 마포구는 403 여 억 원, 동대문구는 585 여 억 원의 정량적 효과가 있었던 것으로 도출되었다. 또한, 두 자치구 동 통폐합 주민을 대상으로 설문분석을 한 결과, 주민들은 동 통폐합에 대한 필요성과 만족도가 높을수록 지속적인 동 통폐합을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후, 보다 체계적인 동 통폐합 방법론의 개발이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. In 2007, Seoul expected the effect of about 400 billion won to encourage using Dong Consolidation to abolish a total of 100 Dongs among 25 autonomous regions. For 3 years, a total of 94 Dongs (officially 98 Dongs including Mapo-Gu’s 4 Dongs in early 2007) were consolidated until 2009. This study recalculated the actual sum of 380.7 billion won through the Cost-Benefit Analysis. Moreover, the representative autonomous regions of Mapo-Gu and Dongdaemun-Gu, within Seoul implemented a quantitative benefit analysis and a case study to apply the same methodology. The Cost-Benefit Analysis results were 330.5 billion won from Seoul, 40.3 billion won from Mapo-Gu, and 58.5 billion won from Dongdaemun-Gu quantitatively. This study conducted a survey on residents of the two autonomous regions that experienced Dong Consolidation. The survey results found that residents scored higher for residents’ needs and satisfaction because of the Dong Consolidation, and therefore the Dong Consolidations will continue. In the future, the development of a better systematic Dong Consolidation method will be needed.

It is important for the Startup team to enhance their employee s work & life balance in recent ages. this study is to research the effect of work & life balance on organizational pride, job satisfaction and performance. Also, we explore how the organizational climate which compose with autonomy, leader s support and trust affects work & life balance. This study analyzed the path effect with PLS method using data from 151 Startup teams. The results of analysis are as follows. First, it was confirmed that supervisor s support, trust of team climate positively influence work & life balance but autonomy is not confirmed to have the relationship with work & life balance. Second, work & life balance have a positive effect on organizational pride and job satisfaction. In addition, this study shows that organizational pride and job satisfaction have the relationship between work & life balance and team performance. Also, Startup team managing the work & life balance will get better performance and retain the competition.
