최근 어선어업 주변환경의 급속한 변화는 기존 어선어업의 구조조정과 새로운 사회, 경제적 환경에 부응하는 선형개발의 요구로 이어지고 있다. 한편, 서.남해 연안에서 작업 및 항해하는 연안어선들은 노출된 프로펠러에 어망, 로프 등이 감기는 사고가 매년 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 이상과 같은 관점에서 연안어선의 해난사고 방지를 위해 기존 선미형상을 수정한 프로펠러 보호터널 부착 연안어선을 대상으로 모형시험을 통하여 세미워터제트형 연안어선의 주요성능을 분석, 검토한 것이다. Recently, The fast change of fishing boat fishery surrounding environment is connected by request of fan shape development that meet in restructuring of existing fishing boat fishery and new community, economical surrounding. In southern sea district along the coast work and district along the coast fishing boats that sail to exposed propeller fishing net, rope etc.. cold real condition that accident is increasing every year. This study is thing which analyze main performance of minuteness water jet type district along the coast fishing boat through model examination to propeller protection tunnel sticking district along the coast fishing boat that correct existing stern shape for marine accident prevention of district along the coast fishing boat in viewpoint such as ideal and examines.

최근, 국민소득 증대와 주5일제 근무 확산으로 낚시를 포함한 레저수요가 가일층 증가하고 있고 더불어 낚시어선을 포함하는 소형선박의 척수도 매년 증가하고 있는 추세이지만, 소형 선박의 수리, 유지관리 등을 목적으로 해상에서 육상으로 선박을 끌어올리는 상가작업은 소형조선소의 작업공간, 예인비용, 작업공기, 안전측연에서 많은 단점으로 지적되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 연안 소형선박 수리, 유지관리를 위한 Floating dock 시스템 개발의 기초연구로서 Floating dock 시스템 개념정립 및 소형선박의 도크내 유입.출, 계류기능 등을 모형시험 .검증 등을 통해 개념설계 도서를 작성함으로서 향후, 소형조선소의 작업공간, 인력 및 공기단축 등에 따른 경상비용 절감과 소형선박 유지관리용 Floating dock 개발, 보급을 통한 신규물량 창출로 경영수지 개선에 기여하고자 한다. In recent years, the repairing work of the small boats in dock have pointed out a defects of the many FRP shipbuiling because of a term of works and working-space and man-power. In the paper By carried out the model tests and structure analysis of the floating dock were mainly drawing on the concept design of the floating dock systems that the above defects were solved.

A Study on the Strategies for Export Promotion of Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex

본 연구는 속초해양산업단지의 현황을 파악하고 구조적 문제점을 도출함으로써 입주기업의 수출 확대 방안을 제시하였다. 현재 속초해양산업단지 기업들은 내수중심의 기업들로 구성 되어 있다. 따라서 수출 효과보다는 수입 원료를 이용하여 제품을 생산하고 내수시장 판매를 위한 활동을 하고 있다. 국내 판매용으로 다양한 수산가공품을 생산하지 못함으로 수출에 애로사항이 많다. 이에 따라 수출을 증진하기 위해서는 품목의 다양화, 해외네트워크 확보 등 지원 방안이 필요한 것으로 파악이 되었다. 수출 지원방안으로 품목에 따른 정보제공, 식품관련 인증지원 등과 같은 방안과 내수시장 중심 기업을 수출 기업으로 변화할 수 있도록 하는 것에 대한 방안을 제시코자 하였다. 본 연구는 2015년 7월 지정된 속초 종합보세구역인 속초해양산업단지를 수출 선도 단지로 발전시키기 위하여 연구를 수행함으로써 문제점 도출과 그 결과를 바탕으로 수출 확대방안을 제시하였다. Purpose : Korea is implementing various support policies to increase export. However, efficiency problems with export support have been repeatedly raised. This study intends to draw policy implications for export support suitable Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex Research design, data, methodology : In order to accomplish this purpose, weanalyze the status of export support projects according to the Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex. We also analyze the suitability of General Bonded Area with the difficulties Results : In this study, it is necessary to improve the management plan Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex. In cases like this, it s necessary to consider the local situation and respond with. oriented policy to simplify the procedures for establishing the efficient operation system of the export support project. Conclusions : Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex Based on this system, customized policy of export companies in Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex should be carried out. to establish the export support system according to the enterprise global stage. Suggesting measures to turn a domestic market-oriented company into an export company
