We have made known the study of shape development of interference device for vehicle noise control. It"s primary object greatly attenuate the noise due to transport vehicle by small products installed on the noise barrier edge. Also, it is able to improve the insertion loss of a noise barrier without increasing the height of noise barrier. The present time, we set up a newly manufactured products on the noise barrier edge and testify to it"s the performance use of an experiment and evaluation for the reduction of railway noise. In this paper the frequency characteristic of interference device of noise barriers with attached newly developed products in terms of shape, absorptive material and split panel, are examined using field test around of railroad.

When visual intrusion is an important factor, it is desirable to find alternative methods of improving the insertion loss of a noise barrier without increasing the height. Therefore, the primary object of the work attenuate the noise due to railway by small interference device installed at noise barrier edge. In this paper the performance of noise barriers with attached interference device, in terms of shape, absorptive material and split panel, are examined using the boundary element approach. Also, the scale models are mounted in an anechoic chamber and the frequency of the sound sources are appropriately scaled to simulate full scale site conditions. Lastly, experimental measurements of the designs are executed for a range of frequencies and receiver positions, and are compared with the results of numerical modeling.

The aluminum soundproofing panel used to the traffic noise reduction will judge with the material to improve because the CO2 emission is greater than other soundproofing panel such as plastic soundproofing panel. Also, if the air-passing soundproofing panel which can endure the fast wind velocity will be developed, it judged that it can reached to the target of low CO2 traffic technology development using the reduction of material cost and the lower consumption of steel. The objective of this study is to improve the soundproofing panel and to develop the air-passing soundproofing panel for the replacement of aluminum sound proofing panel which is more emit CO2 than other soundproofing panel. And, we tried to develop the reduction technology of CO2 emission through the development of air-passing soundproofing panel. At first, the flow and noise simulation were conducted for the purpose of the calculation of wind pressure on soundproofing wall and noise exposure level on receiver points according to the open ratio of air-passing soundproofing panel. And the 1<SUP>st</SUP> and 2<SUP>nd</SUP> mockup of air-passing soundproofing panel were made, and the design load test were conducted for these mockup.

The size of TV and TFT-LCD are bigger and bigger for the next generation exposure equipment install that existing fab are getting a lot of additions. When the new fab build an extension that the shortening of the construction and non-vibration are use cast in place concrete pile method. In this study when lay the foundation of existing fab adjoin use vibration monitoring system are rotator type all casing method among cast in place concrete pile method. The evaluation of ground vibration of rotator type all casing method effect to precision equipment and vibration area of influence.
