        Voight 함수를 이용한 MAS-NMR 스펙트럼 시뮬레이션

        The Voight function which results from the convolution of the Gauss and Lorentz function is applied the MAS-NMR simulation of mixed alkali glasses and the glasses doped transition metal oxides. It is well known that the convolution of the Gauss and Lorentz function cannot be integrated in closed form for arbitrary values. So we make the new computer simulation program from which the Voight lineshape is obtained. The results are accorded well with the MAS-NMR spectra and we can find out the very small change of MAS-NMR lineshape.

        미소량의 Fe₂O₃ 를 첨가시킨 혼합 알칼리 Silicate 유리들의 MAS-NMR 연구

        The mixed alkali silicate glasses doped 0.1 mol% Fe₂O₃ are fabricated for studying the effect of transition metal oxides, which is related to the Li ion movement in Magic-Angle-Spinning NMR. We have investigated the spin-lattice relaxation times in the room temperature and measured the `Li MAS-NMR spectrum with temperature. When the Fe₂O₃ oxides are added in alkali silicate glasses, the width of spectrum is changed a little but the line shape is hardly varied. For this reason, we can think that the mixed alkali effects are shown sufficiently in the spin-spin relaxation processes. However, it is not mixed alkali effects in this case. The activation energy of Li` ions are diminished in mixed alkali glasses. From the analysis of Li- diffusion environment, spin-lattice relaxation time and the nuclear magnetization, it is confirmed that the alkali mixed effects are not shown in `Li spin-lattice relaxation processes.

        졸-겔법을 이용한 Al₂O₃-CoO 계 박막의 제조와 특성에 관한 연구

        This paper reports the preparation and characterization of colored coatings of Al₂O₃,CoO. Films of 25㏖% CoO doped Al₂O₃, have been prepared on soda-lime-silica slide glasses by the sol-gel process from Al-alkoxide and Co-nitrate. The films have been characterized by a photospectroscopy and hardness tester. The color, spectral reflectance and spectral transmittance of the films was expressed in Lab color chart and on spectra plot. Microhardness of the films increased with increasing of the heating temperature. Transmittance and reflectance of the films decreased with increase of the heating temperature and coating times. The coating films showed various light-yellow, deep-yellow, greenish-yellow color as a function of the coating times and heating temperature.

        동적시력과 대비감도의 상관관계

        Purpose: The study was to analyze the correlation between kinetic visual acuity (KVA), visual acuity(static visual angle, SVA) and contrast sensitivity. Methods: Ninety-nine undergraduate students studying Ophthalmic Optics were fully corrected by the Topcon CV-3000 Phoropter. The contrast sensitivity was measured for the participants under the photopic condition (100 cd/m2) with Vector Vision CSV-1000E at 2.5 meter, while KVA was measured with KOWA AS-4A. The participants were classified into three groups L, M and H depending on the KVA (0.1~0.3, 0.31~0.6 and greater than 0.61, respectively) and were analyzed whether there was the correlation between the contrast sensitivity, visual acuity and refractive error. Results: The KVA was correlated with the contrast sensitivity for 3 cpd (r=0.26), for 6 cpd (r=0.48), for 12 cpd (r=0.38) and 18 cpd (r=0.47). Except for the low frequency of 3 cpd, they all were higher than the one of the SVA and the KVA (r = .0.37). The contrast sensitivity for 3, 6, 12 and 18 cpd was 59.41, 92.22, 38.41 and 14.39 in the group L, respectively. The contrast sensitivity in the group M was 66.03, 108.78, 53.51 and 19.20 and the one in the group H was 70.90, 146.10, 62.90 and 25.33 for 3, 6, 12 and 18 cpd, respectively. Conclusions: The correlation of the contrast sensitivity and the KVA was higher than the one of the contrast sensitivity and the SVA. It can be assumed that the contrast sensitivity will be high if the KVA is high, except for the case for low spatial frequency.

        용액법에 의한 SiO<sub>2</sub>-TiO<sub>2</sub>-AgO계 박막의 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구

        $SiO_2-TiO_2-AgO$ 코팅박막을 졸-겔법으로 현미경용 슬라이드 유리판과 씰리콘 기판에 제조하였다. 이 박막의 열처리온도는 $500^{\circ}C$가 적절하였으며 5회 반복코팅한 박막의 두께는 310nm였다. AgO가 10mol% 첨가된 박막의 표면은 균일한 구조를 보였으나 첨가량이 많아질수록 박막의 표면에 pin hole과 AgO의 석출에 기인한 cluster를 보였다. 열처리온도의 증가에 따라 IR흡수의 정도가 점차 감소하였고, AgO 첨가량의 증가에 따라 반사율은 점차 감소하였으며 색상은 light yellow에서 무채색 쪽으로 점차 전이하였다. Coating films of $SiO_2-TiO_2-AgO$ have been prepared on soda-lime-silica slide glasses and single crystal silicon wafer by the sol-gel method using a spin-coating technique. Commercially available tetraethyl orthosilicate, titanium trichloride, and silver-nitrates were used as starting materials. The heat treatment temperature of this coating films was $500^{\circ}C$ properly, obtained from TG-DTA result. The films with thickness of 310 nm were prepared by 5 times coating. In the case of l0 mol% AgO, the film showed a crack-free and smooth surface, but the higher Ago content exhibited the more pin hole and the segregated cluster of AgO. The IR absorbance of the films decreased in the range of 400 nm to 700 nm with the increase of annealing temperature. And the reflectance of the coating films decreased and the color was changed light yellow to white yellow with the increase of Ago content.

        미소량의 Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>를 첨가시킨 혼합 알칼리 Silicate 유리들의 MAS-NMR 연구

        Magic-Angle-Spinning NMR에 나타나는 $Li^+$ 이온의 운동과 관련된 알칼리 혼합 효과에 미치는 전이금속 산화물의 영향을 조사하기 위하여 불순물 $Fe_2O_3$를 0.1 mol% 첨가시킨 혼합 알칼리 Silicate 유리들을 제조하였고, 온도에 따라 $^7Li$ MAS-NMR 스펙트럼과 상온에서 $^7Li$ 스핀-살창 완화시간을 측정하였다. $Fe_2O_3$가 첨가되었을 때, 스펙트럼의 선폭이 조금 변화되었을 뿐이며 선 모양이 거의 변하지 않고 있다. 이 때문에, 스핀-스핀 완화 과정에서는 혼합 알칼리 효과가 충분히 나타나는 것으로 불수도 있지만 반드시 그렇지만은 않아 보인다. $Li^+$ 이온의 활성화 에너지가 혼합 알칼리 유리에서 오히려 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. 이것은 혼합 알칼리 효과가 아니다. 스핀-살창 완화시간, 완화 과정 분석을 통한 $Li^+$ 이온의 확산 환경, 그리고 핵 자가화 (nuclear magnetization) 등의 비교에 의하면, $^7Li$ 스핀-살창 완화 과정에서 알칼리 혼합 효과는 거의 나타나지 않는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.         IR, 경도 그리고 굴절률에 의안 SrO-B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-SiO<sub>2</sub> 유리들의 구조

        3성분 $SrO-B_2O_3-SiO_2$ 유리들을 R(${\equiv}SrO\;mole%/B_2O_3\;mole%$)과 K(${\equiv}SiO_2\;mole%/B_2O_3\;mole%$)에 의하여 제작하여 유리들의 구조를 적외선 투과(Infrared transmittance), 경도(hardness) 그리고 굴절률(refractive index)을 이용하여 조사하였다. 첫째, 적외선 투과 스펙트럼에 의한 유리구조들의 변화는 R의 증가에 따라 $1200{\sim}1600cm^{-1}$ 영역에서 $BO_3$ 단위구조에 의한 B-O 결합의 신축떨기(stretching vibration)에 의한 흡수 띠의 세기가 감소되어지며, 사면체 구조인 $BO_4$ 단위구조에 의한 B-O 결합의 신축떨기에 의한 흡수 띠의 세기는 $800{\sim}1200cm^{-1}$ 영역에서 변화되어졌다. 그리고 K의 증가에 따라 $BO_3$ 단위구조에 의한 B-O 결합의 신축떨기에 의한 흡수 띠의 세기는 증가되어지며, 사면체 구조인 $BO_4$ 단위구조에 의한 B-O 결합의 신축떨기에 의한 흡수 띠의 세기가 감소하였다. 둘째, 유리들의 경도는 유리 망목구조(network) 내에 형성되어지는 $BO_4$와 $BO_3{^-}$ 단위구조들의 수에 의존하여 각각 증가와 감소하였으며, 굴절률은 SrO량에 크게 의존하였으며 유리 망목구조 내에 형성되어지는 $BO_4$와 $BO_3{^-}$ 단위구조 수에 적게 의존함을 알 수 있었다. Ternary $SrO-B_2O_3-SiO_2$ glasses were fabricated as a function of R(${\equiv}SrO\;mole%/B_2O_3\;mole%$) and K(${\equiv}SiO_2\;mole%/B_2O_3\;mole%$). The structures of these glasses were investigated through Infrared transmittance, vicker's hardness, and refractive index. The results indicated : First, in the infrared transmittance spectra, when R increased, the intensities of the absorption bands around $1200{\sim}1600cm^{-1}$ resulting from the B-O stretching vibration bond in the symmetrical trigonal $BO_3$ units decreased, and these of the absorption bands around $800{\sim}1200cm^{-1}$ caused by the B-O stretching vibration bond of the tetrahedral $BO_4$ units varied. Also, the intensities of the absorption bands for the B-O stretching vibration bond in trigonal $BO_3$ units increased and these of the bands for B-O stretching vibration bond in tetrahedral $BO_4$ units decreased as K increased. Second, the increase and the decrease of vicker's hardness values for these glasses depended on the fraction of $BO_4$ units and it of $BO_3$ units, respectively. The refractive index of these glasses mostly depended on the SrO contents and only slightly depended on the fraction of $BO_4$ and $BO_3{^-}$ units.
