경전선 창원 · 마산역의 연계체계구축 및 활성화 방안 연구

친환경 녹색성장 대표 교통수단인 철도는 자동차와는 달리 연계환승 체계가 꼭 필요한 교통 수단이다. 이에 주요 철도거점역을 중심으로 하는 연계체계의 필요성은 국가적인 핵심 사업으로 필요하게 될것이다, 따라서 이용고객의 환승체계의 시스템이 이루어지지 않으면 녹색성장 및 대중교통 활성화 서비스는 멀게만 느껴질것이다. 아울러, 본 연구에서는 경남지역 철도거점역(창원, 북창원, 마산) 과 타 교통수단간 연계환승 구축 및 활성화 방안을 소개하고자 한다. 이 방안은 지역거점역의 연계환승체계 구축 모델이 될 수 있을것으로 판단되며, 철도 대중교통 이용고객 편의를 위한 방안으로 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Railroad is the environment-friendly green growth transportation system and it needs connection and transfer system. Connection system can be a national core project centered in main railroad stations. If there is no transfer system for customers, it's very difficult to achieve green growth and the activation service for public transportation. This study will introduce the establishment of connection & transfer system and the activation methods between main stations in South Gyeongsang area (Changwon, North-Changwon, and Masan) and other transportation modes. These methods will be the model for connection & transfer system of main stations, and will be applied to adopt methods for customers' convenience of railroad public transportation.

철도는 자동차와는 달리 타 교통수단과의 연계체계가 이루어져야 하는 교통시스템이다. 특히, 타 교통수단간 연계체계는 이용자의 교통수단 선택으로도 작용하는데 목적지까지 갈 수 있는 대중교통수단이 많아도 연계시킬 수 있는 내외부의 환승체계가 이루어지지 않으면 이용자를 만족시킬 수 없게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 철도와 타 교통수단간 환승체계를 평가할 수 있는 국내외 철도역 중심의 환승패스 모형을 소개하고자 한다. 이는 산정된 모형을 통하여 환승패스별 만족도를 산출하여 국내외 환승체계를 분석?평가한 것으로 고객편의를 위한 연계수단별 접근형태를 고려할 수 있는 방안으로 적용이 가능하다. Railroad is the transportation system which has to connect with other transport methods. Especially, connection system with other transport methods has influence to the selection of users' transport methods, and even though there are many transport methods to one's destination, users can't satisfied with their systems without well-developed transfer system. This study will introduce railroad station oriented transfer path model which evaluates transfer system among railroad and other transport methods in Korea and other countries. This model is the analysis and estimation of transfer systems by satisfaction index of each transfer path, and this will be applied to the access ways considering connection methods for users' convenience.

2004년 4월에 경부고속철도 1단계 구간이 개통되어 국민들에게 새로운 고속열차 서비스를 제공하여 고객 만족도 향상 및 수익증대에 기여하고 있다. 이와 더불어 오는 2010년 말에 대구~부산간 경부고속 철도 2단계 구간이 개통되면 서울~부산간 이동시간이 단축되고 신설되는 경주, 울산지역에도 고속철도 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경부고속철도 2단계 개통시 신설되는 경주, 울산역에 대하여 시내와의 연계 서비스 운영방안에 대하여 살펴보고 연계 수요의 분석을 통한 연계 서비스 전후 효과를 분석하고 아울러 경제적 효과에 대한 분석을 시행하였다. 이를 통하여 신설되는 경주, 울산역에 대한 효과적인 연계 서비스 방안을 통한 고객 만족도 향상 및 철도의 수익 증대 방안에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다. In Apr. 2004, the 1st phase of Gyeongbu high speed railroad line was opened between Seoul and Busan, and this new high speed railroad service has increased the customers' satisfaction index and railroad passengers' profit. Moreover, at the end of year 2010 the 2nd phase of Gyeongbu high speed railroad line will be open, and the journey time between Seoul and Busan will be shortened and the new high speed railroad service will be expanded to Gyeongju & Ulsan area. This study will introduce the operation of connection service between new stations and downtown to the 2nd phase Gyeongbu high speed railroad station (Gyeongju, Ulsan station), and analyze the effects of connection service using connection demand analysis and also economic effects. This kind of connection service will contribute to the increase of passengers' satisfaction index and high speed railroad revenue.

KORAIL airport railroad is the largest private invested project and also the first private tried rail SOC, but which was acquisited into KORAIL on 30. Nov. 2009. Presently, airport train opened on 23. MAR. 2007 as the first phase(Inchon international airport - Kimpo airport, operation distance 37.6㎞), the 2nd phase(Kimpo airport - Seoul station, operation distacne 20.4㎞) is expected at the late this year.
