특급 호텔 종사원의 직무역량이 서비스 몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

This study aims to identify how deluxe hotel employee’s job competency affects service commitment and customer orientation. To accomplish the goal, this study conducted a survey on the service employees working at the deluxe hotels in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions. After the survey, this study analyzed the coded data in the order of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. To accomplish the research goal, this study suggests job competency factors that can be related to service employees at the deluxe hotels. This study also conducted empirical analysis on influential relationship between service commitment and customer orientation. First of all, In the order of relationship competency, professional competency, and personality competency, those competences had a significant positive (+) effect on service value. Also, relationship competency and personality competency had a significant positive (+) effect on service commitment’s subfactor, job commitment. Secondly, job competency had a significant positive (+) effect on customer orientation in the order of personality competency, professional competency, and relationship competency. Thirdly, service commitment had a significant positive (+) effect on customer orientation. By putting together empirical analysis result, the study verified that service employee’s job competency increases service commitment and has excellent role in improving customer orientation.

This study aims to verify the mediating effects of menu images and online reviews on purchase intention. From September 1st to September 16th, 2021, a survey was conducted on delivery application users using the snowball collection method among online survey methods. The verification results of the hypothesis are as follows. In the case of Hypothesis 1 and 2, it was adopted that menu images and online reviews have a positive(+) effect on attitudes. In the case of Hypothesis 3, it was adopted that attitude had a positive(+) effect on purchase intention. In the case of Hypothesis 4 and 5, it was adopted that menu images and online reviews have a positive(+) effect on purchase intention through attitude. The results of this study provide practical implications for the marketing strategy of restaurant companies.
특급 호텔 식음료 종사원의 직무순환 인식이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify how awareness of food service employee working at five-star hotel on job rotation affects job satisfaction and turnover intention. To identify the influence, this study drew research model and hypothesis based on preceding studies. Among convenient sampling method, this study conducted judgment sampling method on food service employees at five-star hotels located in Seoul and Incheon from June 1, 2017 to June 20, 2017. Total 267 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. Collected data was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 Win package and AMOS 18.0. For adequacy of measuring tools, confirmatory factor analysis was performed. Lastly, this study verified hypothesis through linear regression analysis. The results are as follows: hypothesis 1, promotion possibilities and individual development which are sub-factors for ‘Job rotation awareness’ had significant positive (+) influence on job satisfaction. On the other hand, possibility for misusage had negative (-) influence on job satisfaction. hypothesis 2, possibility for misusage among sub-factors for ‘Job rotation awareness’ had significant positive (+) influence on turnover intention. hypothesis 3, job satisfaction had significant negative (-) influence on turnover intention. Those results suggest operational and theoretical implications for development and management of human resources.
SURF 알고리즘을 이용한 직교식 스테레오 카메라 영상의 칼라 불균형 보정 방법

본 논문에서는 SURF 알고리즘을 이용한 직교식 스테레오 카메라 영상의 칼라 불균형 보정 방법 제안한다. 제안 방법에서는 SURF 알고리즘을 이용하여 스테레오 좌, 우 영상의 대응점을 찾은 후, 찾은 대응점들의 칼라 보정 벡터를 영상 획득 모델을 기반으로 계산한다. 영상 전체에서 다양한 칼라 대응점 정보를 추출하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 분할영상을 이용하여 칼라 대응점 정보를 추출한다. 추출된 대응점 정보는 초기 칼라 보정 벡터로 변환할 수 있으며 좌, 우 영상의 모든 픽셀에 대하여 색정보가 가장 유사한 대응점의 보정 벡터를 사용하여 칼라 불균형을 보정한다. 초기 보정 벡터를 이용한 칼라 불균형 보정 후 존재하는 노이즈을 제거하기 위하여 유사한 색공간에 위치한 칼라 보정 벡터에 가우시안 필터를 적용한다. 실험 결과로 원본 영상과 보정된 영상의 칼라 히스토그램을 비교하였으며, 분할 영역의 수에 따른 보정 결과도 비교 제시하였다. 실험 결과는 제안한 방법이 직교식 스테레오 카메라 영상에 효과적인 칼라 불균형 보정 방법임을 보여준다.
베이커리를 활용한 식공간 연출이 고객감정과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

This purpose of this study is to verify the effect of bakery-based food space design on customer emotions and revisit intention. Food space design was divided into food styling and dining space desing, and customer emotions and revisit intention were composed of a single factor. To achieve the goal, a survey was conducted on customers who purchased bakeries at hotels and restaurants. The survey was conducted from 1 May 2020 to 1 June 2020 using the Google Online Questionnaire. 293 collected questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. The results of the hypothesis are as follows: (1) Food styling and dining space design have positive effect on customer emotions. (2) Dining space design and customer emotions have positive effect on revisit intention. (3) Food styling and dining space design have on the revisit intention by mediating customer emotions. The results of this study theoretical and practical implications for the marketing strategy of restaurant business.
베이커리 카페의 환경단서와 고객접점서비스, 내적반응, 행동의도 간의 구조적 관계연구

The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship environmental clues of bakery cafe, service encounter, internal response and behavior intention. This study conducted survey using the judgement sampling method among the non-probability sampling methods. To accomplish the study purpose, this study distributed questionnaires to customers using bakery cafe located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions. The verifications from hypothesis 1 to hypothesis 7 were as follows. First, the hypothesis 1 of “Environmental clue will have positive influence on internal response” was adopted. Secondly, the hypothesis 2 of “Service encounter will have positive influence on internal response” was adopted. Third, the hypothesis 3 of “Environmental clue will have positive influence on behavior intention” was rejected. Fourth, the hypothesis 4 of “Service encounter will have positive influence on behavior intention” was rejected. Fifth, the hypothesis 5 of “Internal response will have positive influence on behavior intention” was adopted. Sixth, the hypothesis 6 of “Environmental clue will have positive influence on behavior intention through internal response” was adopted. Seventh, the hypothesis 7 of “Service encounter will have positive influence on behavior intention through internal response” was adopted. In integrating the theoretical and practical implicants from the study results, there are two key points. First, service encounter had greater influence on behavior intention than environmental clue. Secondly, behavior intention is depending on enhancing the internal response.
외식종사원의 일과 생활의 불균형, 직무 스트레스, 이직의도 간의 관계

This study aims to increase the quality of work and life of food service employees and also the quality of employment of managerial subjects in the future by understanding the effects of work-life imbalance on the relation between job stress and turnover intention. Using the judgment sampling of the non-probability sampling method, this study targeted the culinary employees and food & beverage employees working for food service companies and small-size stores of food service industry in Seoul region. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the work-family imbalance and the work-growth imbalance had positive(+) effects on the job stress. Thus, the time conflict, role conflict, and conflict between family members at home, would have close relations with job stress. Second, the work-family imbalance and the work-growth imbalance had positive(+) effects on the turnover intention while the job stress also had positive(+) effects on the turnover intention. In the level of organization, the turnover of competent talent causes considerable losses such as the decrease of productivity and competitiveness. The work-life balance and the decrease of job stress could be the important requirements for motivating employees and also securing/maintaining excellent talent. Third, the job stress showed the mediating effects on the relations of work-family imbalance, work-growth imbalance, and turnover intention.
