        한국인탕뇨병(韓國人糖尿炳)에 관(關)한 역학적(疫學的) 조사(調査) (충남대전지방당뇨병환자(忠南大田地方糖尿病患者)를 중심(中心)으로)

        One hundred and five cases of diabetes mellitus patients adn1itted to C University hospital and S hospital from January 1968 to November 1968 had been studied and the following results were obtained. 1. Of the 105 cases; 67 cases were male patients and 38 cases were female patients; the sex ratio was 1.8:1. The age of the onset showed, 35.296 were under 40 years of age, 27.6% were under 50 years of age, 16.196 were under 30 years of age, 10.4% ·were under 20 years of age, 8. 6% were under 60 years of age and 1. 9% were under 70 years of age. 2. Sex and age distribution of first occurreance revealed; 41.9% were under 40 years of age, 22.8% were under 50 years of age, 15.2% were under 30 years of age, 10.5% were under 20 years of age, 3.8% were under 60 years of age. 3. Obese patients (over 10% of ideal body weight) were 44.7% of diabetes mellitus. 4. 18.1% showed certain family linkage. 5. Distribution of ABO blood group in diabetic patients were; group owere 45.8%,. patients. Group A were 33.3%, group B were 15.2%, and group AB were 5.9%. 6. The common symptoms were weakness (81.9%), thirst (73.3%), polyuria (65.7%),. etc. 7. The complications were vascular complications (68.6%), inefction (43.7%), retionpathy (16.2%), albuminuria (15.2%) and neuropathy (15.2%). 8. In most cases, the control of diabetes was inadequate and diet control by the patients was also very poor even after the concrete diagnosis made. 9. In general, quantity and quality of the hospital meal were considered as satisfactorily (30.5%), unsatisfactorily (65.7%) and excessively (3.8%). 4, 5, 6, 7, of the patients had treated thanselves during the first year before the hospitel care 16.296 in 2~3 years, 13.3% in 4~6 years 3.8% in 7~9 years 0.6% in 10~13 years, 3.8% over 14 year and 16.2% were incertain.

        충남 금산 지역주민에서 B형한염 표면항체 (HBsAb) 발현빈도에 관한 연구

        The authors have investigated the frequencies of serum HBsAb positives among the 2,836 inhabitants of Gumsan- Gun ChungcheongnamDo who participated in the epidemiological study from April 26, 1985 to May 31, 1986. The results were summerized as following. HBsAb marker detection rate against male was 25.7%(342/1,329), 21.4%(322/1,507) in female and 23.4% ( 664/2,836) in all. The areas shown the highest HBsAb positive rate were: Gumseong- Myun 41.0% in male, Gums-eong -Myun 28.6% in female, and GumseongMyun 36.5% in all. The range of frequency of HBsAb positive was 15.7%~41.0% in male 8.8%~28.6% in female and 15.2%~36.5% in all. The age groups shown the highest HBsAb positive rate were : 50~59 age group 41.4% in male, 40~49 age group 30.8% in female and 50~59 age group 33.3% in all. The range of frequency in the age groups was 0%~33.3% in all. The prevalence rates of HBsAb by occupation were: People who work in the fields of professional, technicians and relates : 66.7% (8/12), agriculture, animal husbandary, foresting, marine products industry and hunting : 38.9% (7 /18), administrative officials and government officials : 34.9% (95/272). Service Job : 28.1% (262/931) primary school pupile: 13.4%(27/202) middle school pupile 15. 1% ( 48/318), highschool pupile 16.3% (64/392), pregnancy women: 20.1 %(64/244).

        비행시험을 위한 SBAS수신기 간섭 요구사항 분석

        최근 항공교통량이 폭발적으로 증가됨에 따라 항공로 수용력 증대를 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존 VOR/DME장비를 기준으로 설정된 항공로 상 분리간격의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 인공위성을 활용하는 GNSS가 고려되고 있다. 또한 GNSS 오차를 보정할 수 있는 시스템인 SBAS를 이용하여 더욱 더 정확한 위치정보를 얻으려 노력하고 있다. ICAO에서는 2025년까지 SBAS 도입을 권고하고 있고 우리나라 또한 2014년부터 한국형 SBAS인 KASS개발에 착수하였다. 이에 KASS 개발에 따른 노력으로, 적절한 수신기 설계가 요구되어 본 논문에서는 측정항목에 대한 간섭임계값 및 위성 수신 안테나의 앙각에 따른 수신 안테나 이득을 분석하였다. Recently, as the air traffic volume has been explosively increased, various studies are being conducted to increase the air passenger capacity. In order to compensate the limitation of the separation distance on the aerodrome established on the basis of existing VOR / DME equipment, GNSS utilizing satellite is considered. In addition, we are trying to obtain more precise location information by using SBAS, a system that can correct GNSS error. ICAO recommends introducing SBAS until 2025, and Korea has also started to develop KASS, a Korean SBAS since 2014. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the interference threshold for the measurement items and the receiving antenna gain according to the elevation angle of the satellite receiving antenna.

        This study is to develop the quieter and less vibration blade according to high speed and the problem of durability shortage in impact blade of hammer mill which is produced and sold by Suin Tech Co. Ltd. To solve the problem, we investigated the natural frequency of the system and the mode shape of natural vibration frequency. We predicted the resonance of the structure and the mode shape according to the vibration and also suggested design specification of the blade. At last we evaluated the system according to acquired design basis and verified the design condition.

        EO / IR Laser Light 카메라를 이용한 FOD 자동탐지 시험

        FOD는 항공기에 치명적인 위험을 줄 수 있는 잠재적인 위협요인을 가진 물질을 총칭하는 것이다. 이에, FOD는 공항 전 지역에서 주의해야하며 특히 활주로 및 항공기 이동지역에서는 FOD 탐지 및 수거를 하던 방식은 공항운영의 효율성 및 경제성이 매우 낮기 때문에 국내환경에 적합한 FOD 자동탐지시스템 개발이 필수적으로 요구된다. 이에 항공안전기술개발 사업의 일환으로 공항 내부의 항공기 이동지역 이물질 자동탐지 시스템 개발이 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 한서대학교 태안비행장에서 EO/IR카메라를 이용한 이물질 탐지실험을 진행하여 주간에는 EO카메라를 이용하고 야간에는 IR카메라를 이용하여 모두 정상적으로 탐지됨을 확인하였다. FOD is a generic term for substances with potential threats that can pose a fatal risk to aircraft. Therefore, FOD should be noted in all areas of the airport. Especially, the method of detecting and collecting FOD in runway and aircraft movements is very low efficiency and economical efficiency of airport operation, so it is essential to develop FOD automatic detection system suitable for domestic environment . As part of the aviation safety technology development project, the development of an automatic detection system for foreign matter in the moving area of the aircraft inside the airport is underway. In this paper, it is confirmed that EO / IR camera is used for detection of foreign objects at Taean Airfield of Hanseo University. EO camera is used during the day and IR camera is used at night

      • 임상검체에서 Pseudomonas spp.의 분리빈도와 항균제 감수성

        From the total 121,294 clinical materials submitted to the Department of Laboratory Medicine of "C" hospital from December 1, 2004 to November 30, 2006, 3,408 Pseudomonas spp. were isolated. The isolation frequencies of Pseudomonas spp. were as follows, P. aeruginosa 95.5%, P. putida 2.5%, P. fluorescens 0.8%, along with low frequencies of P. luteola, P. alcaligenes, P. stutzeri, P. oryzihabitants, P. mendocina and unidentified Pseudomonas species. The isolation rates of Pseudomonas spp. according to season and sex were evenly distributed. The isolated frequency of Pseudomonas spp. in male was two times higher than that of in female showing significantly more male patients in surgical areas and more female patients in internal areas (p<0.001). In monthly analysis, Pseudomonas spp. were the most frequently isolated in July (10.4%), but lowest in February (5.6%). Half of Pseudomonas spp. were isolated from sputum (48.2%). In the susceptibility analysis of Pseudomonas spp. by VITEKⅡ AST cards, the Pseudomonas spp showing higher susceptibility against antimicrobial agents were piperacillin/tazobactam (82.7%) in P. aeruginosa; amikacin (84.7%), colistin (83.3%) in P. putida; and amikacin (96.3%), cefepime (87.5%), ceftazidime (87.5%) ciprofloxacin (92.3%), colistin (88.5%) gentamicin (96.2%), isepamicin (96,1%), meropenem (92.3%), netilmicin (96.0%), piperacillin/ tazobactam (95.4%) and tobramycin (92.6%) in P. fluorescens.

        SWT를 이용한 CTLS항공기 날개 구조물 이상탐지

        본 논문은 FBG센서를 항공기 날개 내부에 설치한 CTLS항공기를 이용하여 데이터를 받아 잡음제거를 수행하였다. 잡음제거를 위하여 이동불변의 특성을 지닌 정상 웨이블릿 변환 기법을 제시하였다. CTLS와 같이 복합재 내부에 FBG센서를 설치하게 될 경우 접착제 층 사이에 크고 작은 빈공간과 미 접착부분이 생기게 되고, 신호갈라짐 (split problem) 현상이 발생하게 된다. FBG센서 자체가 전자기적 잡음에 영향을 받지 않지만 광원이나 광 검출기, 신호처리장치의 경우 전원을 사용하는 전자부품이기 때문에 이러한 전자기파의 영향을 받아 오차가 발생하게 된다. 이렇게 발생한 오차를 실험결과를 통하여 정상 웨이블릿 변환을 이용하여 잡음을 제거하고 보다 정확한 데이터 검출을 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper, the noise is removed by using CTLS aircraft installed FBG sensor inside the aircraft wing. We suggest a normal wavelet transform scheme with motion - invariant characteristics for noise reduction. In the case of installing FBG sensors inside the composite material as in CTLS, large and small empty spaces and parts or sections are generated between the adhesive layers, and a signal splitting problem occurs. FBG sensor is not affected by noise. but eletromagnetic, light source, light detector and signal processing device are influeced by noise because these are eletronic components what affected by eletromagnetic wave. because of this, errors are occured. Experimental results show that the noise can be removed using normal wavelet transform and more accurate data detection is possible.

        대전시에서 공중낙하 사상균의 분리빈도 조사(2)

        For the purpose of detennining the type and frequency of air-bome molds collected at selected areas in Taejon city. The study used a sampling method of gravity sedmentation at 5 and 10 minutes exposures using Sabouraud dextrose agar plate (9cm diameter dish) to identify molds both macroscopically and microscopically. It was found that the number of air-bome molds colonies was greater in the midtown area as compared to the perpherial aerea. Concentrations were 2.4 times at bus stop, with no difference between A. and B. department store, A and B university library and entrence hall andl아h floor of apartment building. Isolated rates after 5 minutes to 10 minutes were 1 1.5. The organisms identified as air-bome molds were of 16 genus ; in decreasing ordors of frequency were Penicillium(22.7%), Cladosporium(20.6%) and Aspergillus(20.2%). The most common air-bome mold deteced was Penicillium.
