신입생 예비보육교사들이 인식한 보육교사와 원장의 이미지

연구목적: 본 연구는 신입생 예비보육교사들의 이미지 그림 그리기를 중심으로 보육교사와 어린이집 원장 에 대한 이미지 특성과 그 의미를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: B대학교의 영유아보육과 1 학년 학생 32명을 대상으로 2014년 5월 7일부터 5월 30일까지 4주간 이미지 그리기와 그림에 대한 서술, 개인 및 집단 면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 그림자료는 미술적 요소를 중심으로 그림을 분석하였으며, 그림설명 및 면담자료는 질적 분석 방법을 통해 의미화 작업을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 자료 분석 결과, 먼저 보육교사 이미지는 밝은 표정, 애정 어린 몸짓, 가르치는 행위로 표현되었다. 이는 예비보 육교사들이 보육교사를 아이들에게 웃는 얼굴로 사랑을 베풀며 모든 것을 가르쳐 주는 존재로 이해하고 있 음을 보여준다. 다음으로 어린이집 원장 이미지는 나이 든 외모, 권위자, 전문가로 표현되었는데, 예비보육 교사들은 어린이집 원장을 연륜에서 오는 자연스러운 권위와 다양한 역할을 능숙하게 소화하는 존재로 여 기고 있음을 의미한다. 결론: 이상과 같은 연구결과는 보육교사 양성과정에서 예비보육교사들이 총체적인 관점에서 보육교사와 원장을 이해하도록 안내해 줄 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

본 연구는 아동문학에서의 현대적 변화를 반영하고 있는 포스트모던 그림책의 파라텍스트가 갖는 특성을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대표적인 포스트모던 그림책 12권을 선정한 후 해당 그림책의 파라텍스트를 분석한 결과, 포스트모던 그림책의 파라텍스트는 첫째, 독자의 읽기경험 연계자, 둘째, 다차원적 서사구조를 부각시키는 매개체, 셋째, 독자의 행위적 참여 촉진자, 넷째, 경계를 넘어서는 주제의 발현자의 특성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 논의를 통해, 포스트모던 그림책의 파라텍스트는 파라텍스트의 원 기능이 최대로 활성화되는 공간이고, 이러한 원 기능이 변형되고 확장되는 가변적 지점이며, 글과 그림 간 연합의 장이자, 다채로운 즐거움이 존재하는 그림책으로 안내하는 통로임을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore features of the paratexts in postmodern picturebooks. This study employed the content analysis of paratexts in 12 postmodern picturebooks for research methodology. Results for this study are summarized as follows. The feature of the paratexts in postmodern picturebooks is to connect the reading experiences of readers, to highlight the multidimensional narrative structure, to facilitate reader participation and finally to reveal main themes in postmodern picturebooks. Based on the above results of this study, following discussions were made as follows. First, the paratexts in postmodern picturebooks are a space to activate their own functions up to the hilt, a zone to show the variable functions of the paratexts, a room to combine words and pictures in picturebooks, and a path to allow young children to find the world of picturebooks in which various pleasure and delight exist.

노인-아동 상호작용 프로그램의 효과적인 활용을 위한 옛이야기의 형식미 고찰 - 옛이야기의 현장성을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 노인-아동 상호작용 프로그램의 주요한 자원인 옛이야기의 형식미를 살펴봄으로써, 옛이야기가 가진 다양한 면모를 발견할 뿐 아니라 노인-아동 상호작용 프로그램에서 이를 효과적으로 활용하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 얻고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 옛이야기는 열린 이야기판이 보여주는 개방(開放)의 미학, 노인 특유의 지혜와 경륜이 장기(長技)가 되는 소통 양식인 구술(口述)의 미학, 과거와 현재를 잇는 정신문화로서 전승(傳承)의 미학이라는 형식미를 지니고 있었다. 이처럼 옛이야기의 형식미가 두드러지는 소통의 장면과 그 현장을 주목할 때, 노인-아동 상호작용 프로그램에서의 옛이야기 활용이 더욱 의미가 있을 것이다. This study researched the beauty of form in oral folktales. Its aim was to discover the various aspects of oral folktales and to gather materials to use in the old and young interaction program. The results revealed that the beauty of form in oral folktales exists in the following ways: first, the beauty of the openness on various subjects and the varied settings; second, the beauty of the oral storytelling style by the older person passing on his/her own experience and knowledge; and third, the beauty of the style of transmission the spirit of culture using stories to connect the past and the present. In order to use the oral folktale effectively in the old and young interaction program, we need to pay attention to the situation and style of narrating the oral folktale.

핵가족화와 고령사회화를 특징으로 하는 현대사회에서, 노인에 대한 다각적인 이해와 새로운 이미지 정립은 아동발달 측면에서도 중요한 이슈이다. 본 연구는 유아들이 일상적으로 접하는 그림책에 나타난 노인에 대한 이미지를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 21권의 그림책에 등장하는 노인 인물을 분석한 결과, 그림책에 나타난 노인 이미지는 첫째, 부모의 대리자, 둘째, 소외된 이들의 대변자, 셋째, 인생주기의 선(先)경험자, 넷째, 지혜전달자, 다섯째, 생명력의 원천(源泉)자로 나타났다. 논의를 통해, 정적이고 평면적인 인물만이 아닌 다양한 노인인물의 묘사로서 유아들이 다층적인 노인 이미지를 갖도록 도와야 하며, 나아가 노인 세대와 아이 세대 간 연결고리를 문학작품 속에서 충분히 찾을 수 있음을 제안하였다. A major issue in society today involves perceptions of the elderly in an increasingly diversified society. It is important that our children are exposed to a more diversified view of the elderly, consistent with contemporary society. In addressing the issue, this study examined the images of the elderly in picturebooks which are read daily in our kindergarten and homes. Elderly characters in 21 picture books were analyzed to ascertain how consistent with reality the portrayals are. The findings reveal that the elderly are portrayed as the following: 1) surrogate parents, 2) spokespersons for those who cannot speak for themselves, 3) experienced people in terms of the cycle of life, 4) teachers of ancient wisdom, 5) sources of vitality. While these findings suggest that positive images of the elderly are being portrayed, it also points to the need for even more diverse characterizations in today’s settings, corresponding to the multi-images of the elderly in contemporary life so that the positive connection between the elderly and children can be more realistically reflected in literature.

비전통적 가족을 소재로 한 그림책 분석: 주제를 중심으로

This study analyzed how themes are represented in children's picture books about the non-traditional family. According to the results, the themes are the process of adapting to new kinds of families, the positive aspects of non-traditional families, and tasks to start a new family. Used as bibliotherapy, these picture books may help children comprehend the diversity and complexity of non-traditional families. Thus, more research, teacher education, and programming are needed. 본 연구는 다양한 가족 유형이 등장하고 있는 시점에서 그림책을 활용한 적절한 교육의 방향을 탐색하기 위하여, 최근 우리나라에서 출판된 그림책들 중 현대의 비전통적 가족을 소재로 한 그림책 10권의 주제를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 연구대상 그림책들은 첫째, 유아와 부모에게 필요한 적응과정, 둘째, 비전통적 가족이 가진 긍정성, 셋째, 또 하나의 가족으로 재탄생하기 위한 과제라는 주제들을 담고 있었다. 이러한 그림책들을 읽음으로써, 현대의 유아들은 비전통적 현대 가족과 그 구성원들의 삶을 더욱 이해하고, 궁극적으로 비전통적 가족에 대한 존중과 편견 없는 시각을 갖게 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
