생장억제제 처리가 나도풍란(Sedirea japonica)의 생장에 미치는 영향

나도풍란의 생장에 미치는 생장억제제 uniconazole(2.5-25㎎ㆍL⁻¹), paclobutrazol(5-25㎎ㆍL⁻¹), ancymidol(10-50㎎ㆍL⁻¹)의 영향을 조사하였다. 엽장은 생장억제제 처리에 의해서 현저하게 억제되었으며 또한 처리농도가 높을수록 억제효과가 강하게 나타났다. 억제효과는 uniconazole, paclobutrazol, ancymidol 순이었다. 엽폭의 경우 엽장과는 달리 생장억제제 처리에 의한 억제효과는 크지 않았다. 엽형지수(엽장/엽폭)는 대조구 2.9에 비해 처리구는 1.1-1.2로 잎의 형태가 생장억제제 처리에 의해서 원형으로 변하는 것으로 나타났다. 엽면적과 엽생체중 그리고 근장, 근수와 근생체중은 생장억제제 처리에 의해서 감소하였으나 근직경은 증가하였다. This experiment was conducted to identify the effect of plant growth retardants such as uniconazole (2.5- 25 ㎎ㆍL⁻¹), paclobutrazol (5-25 ㎎ㆍL⁻¹), ancymidol (10-50 ㎎ㆍL⁻¹) on growth of Sedirea japonica. When Sedirea japonica was treated with the growth retardants, leaf length was gradually shortened in proportion to the treated concentration of the growth retardants. the retardants were effective in orders of uniconazole, paclobutrazole and ancymidol. Leaves of plants treated with the growth retardants became wider, and, consequently leaf shape became round and smaller with 1-1.2 of leaf index. Leaf area, leaf fresh weight, root length, number of roots and root fresh weight were decreased by the treatment of growth retardants, but root diameter was increased.
