섬유패션기업에서 기업환경요인이 친환경 소재 4P Mix에 미치는 영향 연구

Nowadays, firms face the challenge of how to balance between the environmental request and business profit under the circumstances of being eco-friendly and sustainable. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of business environmental factors on the 4p mix of an eco-friendly textile in the textile fashion firms. This research was conducted by a questionnaire method, in which the questionnaires were distributed to the textile fashion firms. Of the returned questionnaires, one hundred of them were selected to be included in the analysis by developing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cronbach`s alpha, and regression analysis using SPSS18.0. The results of this study were as follows: There were significant effects of the firms` environmental management, organizational structure, and CEOs` environmental sensitivity in descending order of the business internal factors on the textile fashion firms` eco-friendly textile product. The factors of the firms` environmental management, organizational structure(internal factors), and legal regulation(external factor), in descending order, significantly affected the promotion of the eco-friendly textile. The factor of firms` environmental management (internal factor) significantly affected the distribution of the eco-friendly textile. The factors of CEOs` environmental sensitivity(internal factor), legal regulation(external factor), and firms` environmental management(internal factor), in descending order, significantly affected the price of the eco-friendly textile.
한국 의류산업의 QR Technology 도입과 효과에 대한 연구

In order to settle down structural causes of the process of distribution and apparel production in domestic fashion industry, and to raise competitive power with changing market environment, we need to build up Quick Response(QR) system based on information technology such as EDI(Electronic Data Interchange), KAN(Korea Article Number), and POS(Point of Sales). POS is the most valuable information tool to promote QR system practically. The purpose of this study was to investigate motivation of POS adoption, problems in operating the system, and satisfaction on POS effects. Data were collected by sending questionnaire to the managers in apparel firms which were using POS. Statistical devices were t-test, frequency with SAS program. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The degree of satisfaction to POS effects was rather good. Especially, rapid evaluations on new products gave the greatest satisfaction to the users. 2. Satisfaction degree of POS effects according to introduced time and organization characteristic(number of employees) have no significant difference, but the firms which have higher annual sales volume showed higher satisfaction degree. Merchandise department showed higher satisfaction on POS effects. 3. The motivation of POS adoption was an effective logistics control with consumer information as a marketing strategy. The problems in operating the system were lack of investment, and professionals. They almost didn`t have KAN code, instead, have their own code system.
패션비즈니스 모바일 마케팅의 QR Code 속성이 소비자구매의도에 영향을 미치는 선행변수연구

The utilization of QR code for mobile marketing in fashion business has been receiving growing attention with the increasing smart phone users and wireless internet environment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of utilizing QR code for mobile marketing on consumer`s purchasing intention based upon TAM model. This research was conducted by questionnaire method, in which the questionnaire was distributed to the consumers in Seoul. Among the questionnaire returned from the consumers, 196 were selected to be included in the analysis by developing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cronbach`s alpha, and regression analysis using SPSS15.0. The results of this study were as follows: There was a significant effect of QR code characteristics such as usability, mobility, aesthetics of design on perceived ease of use. The factors of individuality, interactivity, and aesthetics of design significantly affected on the perceived usefulness of QR code. The ease of use and usefulness significantly affected the consumers` enjoyment which positively affected on purchasing intention.
CAD 를 이용한 패션 일러스트레이션의 회화적 입체표현에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the various expressions with materials in fashion illustration using CAD comparing with hand work. The design motive for this study is to be selected from Bell Epoque era which was the revolutionary period in fashion illustration. The results of this study were as follows: 1. By using CAD, water color was well expressed to repeat brushing for the clarity, darkness, and brightness. It was more effective to use CAD in layering or duplicating complex and intricate patterns because the base color gets to be concealed under the repeated oil pastel. Acryl, like oil pastel, was easily absorbed in canvas, so it is effective to repeat brushing for expressing pure color. It was inconvenient to use wax crayon for controlling the moderate opacity because wax crayon absorbed water color dye stuffs, so crayon line was concealed when repetitions were being done. 2. The advantage of using CAD was convenience for getting rid of troublesome process and inefficient works. Also, CAD had a good tool like oil pastel in the use of coloring work by using pure color. By using CAD, various expressions on materials and texture of surface can be achieved effectively. Also, it is very strong substitute for time-saving, convenience, economic aspects from providing simple instrument, and production in the state of various kinds of paper and canvas as a method of visualization. Therefore, fashion illustration using CAD provides effective way of producing works, and gives promising vision in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the entrepreneurial components such as entrepreneur, business idea, and fund incorporated with industry dynamics influenced upon the performance of the firm. For research method, 200questionnaires were distributed to professionals such as entrepreneurs, and managers of fashion business. The returned 122 questionnaires were analyzed by regression analysis with SPSS10.0. The results of this study were as follows: There were significant differences that each of the entrepreneurial components such as entrepreneurs, business ideas, and funds influenced upon the performance of the firm, and entrepreneurs and business ideas among the entrepreneurial components incorporated with industry dynamics influenced upon the performance of the firm.
섬유패션기업의 SCM 성과 측정을 위한 Scor Model과 BSC연구

To survive competitive global market, textile and fashion business incorporated Supply Chain Management strategy to make product and information flows fast and correct. Especially textile and fashion industry involves many complicated channels from up stream, middle stream, to down stream for delivering their production. Evaluating SCM performance is very critical to make better business profit model. Representative Scor model and BSC method are well fitted into textile and fashion business because of distributional complexity, non-financial factors to be considered, and innovative product characteristics. But there was little study to compare these two methods for textile and fashion business. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the Scor model and BSC method based upon review of literatures. The results of this study were as follows: Scor model had some strengths which were availability to apply for various industries due to standardized process, operation process emphasized, various customizable factors to compose for the company, and premise on SCM strategic execution. BSC method had some strengths which were the balance including financial and non-financial factors, qualitative analysis, and considering the goal and vision to convey organically from top to bottom of organization. The main differences between them were different scope to deal with performance estimating index from qualitative to quantitative analysis, the scope of human resources to manage, and possibility of performance comparison among companies.
