경부고속철도 2단계와 호남고속철도에 적용된 콘크리트 궤도는 초기 건설비는 기존 자갈궤도에 비하여 불리하나, 유지관리 및 주행성은 유리한 것으로 검토되었다. 이와 같은 이유로 콘크리트 궤도는 일반철도 신설구간을 중심으로 점점 더 적용구간이 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 콘크리트 궤도의 가장 큰 문제점 중의 하나인 궤도 하부 노반 침하 및 이로 인한 궤도 안정성 저하는 콘크리트 궤도의 가장 큰 단점이며, 고속철도 유지보수 기준에는 노반의 침하기준을 30mm로 제시(즉시침하 5mm, 장기침하 25mm)하고 있다. 장기 침하기준을 만족하기 위하여는 2차 침하량을 기준치 이내로 관리하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 2차 침하에 대한 이론을 토대로 연약지반의 2차압밀계수 및 연약지반 층의 두께에 따른 2차압밀 침하량을 산정하고, 압밀 시험 Data를 분석하여 2차압밀계수의 확률분포 특성을 분석하였으며, 궤도의 수명과 2차압밀침하량과의 상관관계를 분석하여, 선정기준을 제시하였다. Concrete track was applied to Gyeoungbu High Speed Railroad step 2 and Honam High Speed Railroad. Concrete track is higher construction cost and lower maintenance fee and runnability than the existing gravel track. For this reason, the use of a concrete track is increased in korea. But, One of the biggest problems in the concrete track is settlement and reduction of concrete track stability. High speed railroad maintenance standards require the settlement that should be less than 30mm(instant subsidence 5mm, long term settlement 25mm). In order to satisfy criterion of the long term settlement, secondary settlement is considered. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the secondary consolidation settlement with the variation of the secondary consolidation coefficient and thickness of soft ground, to analyze consolidation test data that have probability distribution of the secondary consolidation coefficient and to analyze relationship between concrete track life cycle and secondary consolidation.
