In this study, energy saving performance of outdoor temperature reset control strategy for central cooling system is researched by experiments. Outdoor temperature reset control is the control method to change indoor air set temperature according to outdoor air temperature change. The range of indoor air set temperature is represented by the comfort temperature range of indoor air temperature offered from ASHRAE and indoor air set temperature is programmed between 22°C and 27°C by outdoor air temperature 20°C and 32°C in summer. As a result of applying outdoor temperature reset control to central cooling system, the suggested control method shows better performances of energy savings than the conventional method which indoor temperature maintains constantly.

In this study, control characteristics and energy performance with flow rate control methods were reviewed with the simulation. The heating system is classified such as fan coil unit and HVAC system currently used in buildings with valve control and pump inverter control. The simulation analysis program is made by TRNSYS ver. 15 with the actual data. As a result of this study, the central heating system with pump inverter control decreases electricity energy and reduces gas consumption. Inverter control method shows better performance in comparison with valve control one for energy saving.

In this study, we presented the construction case of BEMS according to the energy analysis contents and the characteristics of the target based on the existing building. In the case of the existing building, no special construction plan of building energy management system is proposed in Korea. Therefore, if design plans considering the building characteristics are proposed in the situation where national energy management is required in the future, building energy that is effective in reducing the cost of BEMS construction and energy consumption. It is expected that the BEMS can be continuously built and distributed.
공동주택 바닥복사 난방시스템의 GRNN 제어 적용에 관한 연구

In this study, the effects of heating control methods on heating control performance and energy consumption in the floor radiant heating control system of residential apartments were research by computer simulation. A general regression neural network(GRNN) control method for reducing indoor temperature overshoot and saving energy in floor radiant heating system is suggested. The GRNN control method shows good responses in comparison with the conventional and outdoor reset control methods for improving indoor thermal environment and reducing energy consumption.

In this study, energy performance from application and operation were reviewed with Building Energy Management System(BEMS) in a building. The solutions of BEMS is classified such as optimal control in HVAC system, power demand control and individual unit control with setpoint control. As a result of this study, the application and operation of BEMS decreases electricity energy and reduces gas consumption in a building.
바닥복사 난방시스템의 개폐식 제어에 대한 GRNN 적용에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, the control characteristics and effects of control methods on heating performance and energy consumption for the hot water floor radiant heating control system of a residential apartment were research by experiment. As a control method, On-Off control and outdoor reset control methods with GRNN(General Regression Neural Network) and without GRNN are considered. Also, the control performances with regard to improvement of indoor thermal environment and reduction of energy consumption are compared, respectively. Experiment results show that the performance of the control method with GRNN is better than that of conventional on-off control method without GRNN in the responses of room set temperature and energy saving.

In this study, the efficient management methods of heat source equipment were introduced with in buildings. Air conditioning and heating facilities, taking into account the maximum load is determined capacity, the configuration of the equipment is also configured very diverse complex. If according to the characteristics of climate change, it is possible to manage the energy consumed in the heating and cooling may become possible to systematically operate the equipment effectively. In other words, it the combination of various heating and cooling equipment in view of the cooling and heating load variation, if effectively operated, but we can get energy savings, which is the very main purpose of the complex control algorithm can. Therefore, in this study, energy usage is intended for the case of a relatively large number of medical facilities, a simulation was performed research on energy consumption by the control method of the complex system. As a result of this study, the application of control strategy of combined equipment system decreases total energy consumption in a building.

In this study, the control strategies of indoor air temperature in floor radiant heating system were researched by computer simulation. The temperature difference based time control method using the difference of indoor set temperature and indoor temperature is compared with the existing On-Off control one for heating control performances. As a result, the temperature difference based time control method shows better thermal environmental characteristics in case of selected operational conditions in comparison with existing control one.

In this study, heating performance and energy consumption characteristics with control strategies for central heating system were researched by the simulation. The simulation analysis is made by TRNSYS ver. 15 with the actual data. The parametric study on proportional factor, control time interval and outdoor air temperatures changes were done to compare control characteristics and energy performance, respectively. As a result, the simulation results with various parameter changes show good heating performance and energy saving.

In this study, the thermal environment characteristics of On-Off control and thermal difference proportional control method in floor radiant heating system were researched by computer simulation. For the analysis of unsteady heat transfer phenomena in household, the method of using electrical equivalent R-C circuit is applied, and radiation heat transfer between panel, ceiling and walls in household is calculated by enclosure analysis method. The parametric study on two control methods, conventional on-off control and temperature error based time control(T.E.B.T.C.) method, are performed to compare thermal heating control performances, respectively.
