Fundamental research is conducted in order to develop measurement system for E-beam focus position compensation. In this paper, simulation results using Fresnel’s formula shows effect of photoresist film thickness according to incident conditions. Also, electromagnetic simulator is developed based on Boundary Element method (BEM) and several results confirm the feasibility of the simulator.

As autonomous driving technology advances, the need for real-time object detection is increasing. However, the accuracy of online object detection is still lower than that of offline object detection. For this reason, the importance of object tracking is emerging. Traditional model-based 3D object trackers are generally challenging to model without errors and are detection-dependent. A typical model-based tracking method is a tracker using a Kalman filter. When using the linear Kalman filter model, the tracking performance according to the tuning of the initial velocity value is significantly different. In particular, if the lateral initial value of the Kalman filter is used arbitrarily, it is difficult to predict the behavior of surrounding vehicles when the Ego vehicle turns. In addition, due to the low accuracy of online object detection, there are cases in which continuous detection is not possible. In this paper, we propose a detection-free object tracking method that overcomes the limitations of model-based object trackers and can fully utilize object features in raw data.

Since camera phone was first in year 2000, its market is booming worldwide in recent years. Almost three-fourths of mobile phone will be camera-equipped in 2009. We set the target at the micro-assembly system of megapixel lens module for its strong economic and technical effects. In order to develop micro-assembly system with high reliability, not only ensuring system accuracy but also assembly mechanism that reducing tact time play important roles. In this study, feasibility test for measuring squareness of system axis is performed. Basic experimental result shows that our proposed measurement method can measure squareness without using square master. Also, measuring method to monitor micro-parts assembly condition of self-adjustment module is presented.
