The load frequency control of power system is one of important subjects in view of system operation and control. That is, even though the rapid load disturbances were applied to the given power system, the stable and reliable power should be supplied to the users, converging unconditionally and rapidly the frequency deviations and the tie-line power flow ones of each area into allowable boundary limits. Nonetheless of such needs, if the internal parameter perturbation and the sudden load variation were given, the unstable phenomena of power system can be often brought out because of the large frequency deviation and the unsuppressible power line one. Therefore, it is desirable to design the robust power system controller which can stabilize effectively the given power system as soon as possible, In this paper the robust neuro-fuzzy controller was proposed and applied to control of load frequency over multi-area power system. The architecture and algorithm of a designed NFC(Neuro-Fuzzy Controller) were consist of fuzzy controller and neural network for auto tuning of fuzzy controller. The adaptively learned antecedent and consequent parameters of membership functions in fuzzy controller were acquired from the steepest gradient method for error-back propagation algorithm.

The active and reactive power transfers to and from nodes connected to H.V.D.C.(High Voltage Direct Current) links do not obey the general rules of a.c. power transmission, the active power is independent of phase angle relationships and the reactive power is not directly related to voltage variation. Under such circumstances it is difficult to visualize H.V.D.C. model compatible with the behaviour of the fact decoupled algorithm. However, acknowledging the general acceptance of fast decoupled programs and the existence of some H.V.D.C. 1inks(particular1y considering their large power-carrying capacitors) a model of the H.V.D.C. transmission link suitable for incorporation with fast decoupled loadflow programs is described in the following sections.

When dielectric surface electric field exceed any electric field strength on air, corona discharge is occurred from the dielectric surface. Its corona may be concerned that reduction of internal pressure and abnormal of machinery and tools because of unusual phenomenon produced on high voltage device. This paper presents corona discharge phenomena on the dielectric in high field were studied under application of ±DC voltage, constitute of the point to plane 20mm gap. The results obtained in experimental are summarized as follow: ① By operating on dielectric as the gap of series resistance, Corona current is limited and electron produced in electron avalanche repress the growth of following corona because electron stuck to surface of dielectric alleviate space electric field of point terminal. ② Positive corona increases peak value and density of current with increasing applied voltage. ③ Negative corona only increases density of current and peak value of current does not grow.

In the literatual study on the Saenghwatang, the results were as follows. 1.Saenghwang is composed of Danggui, Chunkoong, Doin, Kunkang and Kamcho.Saenghwang was with Ikmohwan and Ikmocho for the purpose of treatment of puerperal congestive pain 2.Activating blood circulation and congestion, warming body & blood circulation, increasing blood flood, controlling pain, removing the coldness & congestion and creating new blood are the effects of Saenghwatang. 3.The indications of Saenghwatang are no excretion of pilleus, puerperal coldness and hotness, congestive pain, dizziness, the coldness of extremities, chiorrhea, bleeding, asthma and etc. 4.Saenghwatang have the effects of puerperal contractility in theuterus, activating lactation, removing inflammation and antiplat-elet aggregation. Therefore it can be applied to puerperal disease, hysteromyoma, endopelvic congestion, postabortal contineous bleeding endometritis, menorrhalgis, gastralgia of cold congestion, infertility of cold uterus; every congestive symtoms.

In this paper, an induction motor control system is used with the indirect vector control method and a modified fuzzy PID control. The fuzzy control scheme consists of a fuzzy PID control and sliding mode control. This control scheme solves the problem of robustness loss during the reaching phase that conventional VSC strategy. The usefulness of this proposed control method shows good steady state characteristics and robust dynamic behavior.

In the transmission of electrical power from one place to another, economy of operation is the most essential, It is possible to use a transformer to increase a.c. to high voltage and a low current. Recently, according to the use of electrical energy increases, the loss ignited by electrical also causes increases too. Deterioration diagnosis and the efficient running(or control management) of the oil-filled pole transformer. Electric energy consumption increases by 15∼20% every year. So lots of pole transformers should be installed for electric power demand. The life time of the pole transformer is effected by the oil temperature, In this paper, self temperature test method is designed and presented for more effective management of the pole transformer in on urban area.
