        생활체육에 참여하는 중년여성들의 산화스트레스와 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        This study is comparing and analysing the effects of affecting oxidative stress and blood lipid of 14 middle-aged women after participating in the sport for all program(badminton). Then, we come to the following conclusion. First, in Oxidative stress index there was statistically significant difference only in exercise group between groups. Second, in blood lipid there was statistically significant difference of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG only in exercise group. From the results, we can know that the sport for all program(badminton) not only reduces oxidative stress in the blood of middle-aged women participating in exercise program but also has positive effects for improving blood lipid. There, regular exercise has positive effects for oxidative stress and blood lipid. for deeper and more meaningful research, if increasing exercise period and changing exercise program, middle-aged women participating in continual exercise program will improve depression and antioxidation as well as get positive effects of oxidative stress and blood lipid. I think that research conducted by long-term exercise program in needed.

        Repetition운동법을 통한 비만중년여성의 체력과 혈행개선에 미치는 효과

        In this study, we apply Repetition exercises targeting middle-aged women, it is intended to prevent various diseases such as cardiovascular health and old age diseases that can keep everyday life in advance, will serve as the basis for the anti-aging era. Middle-aged women participated in a total of 12 weeks Repetition exercises to target the 26 people to obtain the following results. First, Repetition after exercise, the decrease in body weight, body fat, body mass index (BMI) showed a statistically significant difference. Second, the health of middle-aged women have obtained results that significantly increased after long exercise. Third, improve blood circulation factors have obtained significant results only after 12 weeks of exercise and HDL-C TG. However, TC, LDL-C, Glucose is increased but did not derive the statistical significance. Taken together, the above results, Repetition exercises if done consistently over a long period of time, and body composition, physical fitness, improve blood circulation can be called effective exercise method, Subsequent studies would if the various system development that could further induce the interest of subjects, as well as promote health and physical fitness, which give breathed life lifeblood for middle-aged women closer to old age could celebrate a healthy old age by preventing various diseases think.

        12주간의 스피닝운동이 중년여성들의 기초체력과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        In this study, 26 middle aged women were assigned to exercise group. After participating in the spinning exercise program for 12 weeks, we compared the effects of basic physical fitness and blood lipid on the exercise program. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. All statistical settings of the result were set to .05. The conclusions obtained from the above results are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and balance in the exercise group(p<.01, p<.001). Second, there was a significant difference in HDL cholesterol and triglyceride in the exercise group(p<.01, p<.001). The results of the above results show that the middle-aged women who participated in the spinning exercise program showed the improvement of the basic physical fitness and the positive effect on the improvement of the blood lipid. If the spinning exercise is continued for a long time, I think I will be able to have a middle age and a healthy old age. In the follow-up study, we can suggest the effects of exercise by presenting the variables that can show positive aspects of spinning exercise through various measurements.

        검도선수들의 피로회복과 산화스트레스 감소를 위한 아로니아 효과검증

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of short-term aerobic intake on fatigue recovery and oxidative stress in university elite athletes. The following conclusions were obtained. Fatigue recovery and oxidative stress were decreased after the experiment than before the experiment, and statistically significant changes were observed. Through appropriate nutrient intake, to ensure that athletes perform best when exercising, reduce fatigue and reduce oxidative stress and minimize injuries or help them recover quickly from injury. Athletes should be able to manage physical fitness and nutrition.

        단기간 아로니아 섭취가 중년여성들의 유해산소와 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzed the effect of short-term intake of Aronia in the middle-aged women on the effects of harmful oxygen and blood components for effective health management. The following conclusions were obtained. The change of harmful oxygen was decreased after the experiment and showed a statistically significant change and changes in blood components showed statistically significant changes after the experiment due to a decrease in total cholesterol, an increase in high density cholesterol, a decrease in low density cholesterol, and a decrease in triglyceride. Therefore, it showed positive results in reducing harmful oxygen and improving blood components. It is thought that various experiments should be continued in order to maintain health and antioxidant effect in a short period of time

        성인비만여성들의 체형변화와 혈액개선을 위한 라테스민턴 운동의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to find out how it affects body shape and blood by applying the Ratesminton exercise, one of the new racket items, to adult obese women who are interested in diet recently. The change in body shape showed a decrease in body weight and body fat percentage, showing a significant difference. Only body fat percentage was found to have an interaction effect in the measurement time. Blood improvement showed a significant difference by showing a decrease in TC, TG and LDL-C and an increase in HDL-C, and TC showed that there was an interaction effect in the measurement time and the measurement time*group, and TG showed that there was an interaction effect in the measurement time and the group. In LDL-C, it was found that there was an interaction effect only in the measurement time*group, and in HDL-C, it was found that there was an interaction effect only in the measurement time. Summarizing the above, it was concluded that the Ratesminton exercise is an exercise that changes body shape and is effective in improving blood. Therefore, it is thought that this study can be used as basic data of Ratesminton, and it is considered to be a recommended exercise method for those interested in diet. In future studies, better results can be obtained if the exercise program is more systematically applied.

        순환운동프로그램에 참여하는 노인들의 기초체력과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The main purpose of this study is comparing and analysing the impact of affecting Basic strength and blood composition of 18 elderly women after participating in the circuit program by dividing 18 elderly women into exercise group(9) and control group(9). Through Data processing Win ver. SPSS 22.0 program matching sample t-test was used to investigate difference in two groups(exercise group, control group)and independent sample t-test was used to see the difference between groups(exercise group, control group) Level of significance was established with .05. Then, we come to the following conclusion. First, change of muscular strength, muscle endurance, agility, flexibility in exercise group, showed more significant difference(p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). In control group, there was decrease in muscular strength (left) but showed more significant difference flexibility before experiment in groups showed only significant difference(p<.05). Second, differences verification of blood component in exercise group showed significant differences in TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG (p<.01, p<.001) in control group, there wasn"t significant difference. total cholesterol before experiment in groups increased but showed significant difference(p<.05). Triglycerides after experiment increased but showed significant difference(p<.05). Above, factors of Basic strength of old ladies participating in circuit program decreased and improved blood component, in an aging society, factors of basic strength and blood component of the elderly are gradually decreasing. So, one of regular exercises, c ircuit program i s considered exercise program that can lead a healthy life to old age. the Follow-up study by the elected candidates who have disease in old age will be carried out by providing easy exercise ways and preventing other illnesses.

        전기근육자극(EMS)을 이용한 재활운동이 여성노인의 하체 근력과 평형성 향상에 미치는 영향

        This study aims at analyzing the impacts the rehabilitation exercises for senior citizens called electric stimulation therapy (EMS) after exercising have on the improvements of low body strength and equilibrium, or balance ability. This experiment was carried out to gain basic data for the effective elderly rehabilitation exercises. Its subjects are the old people over the age of 65 of the Health Club in Jeonju. The pre-experimental data and post-experimental data of the measuring parameters were analyzed by using SPSS 18. program, and the mean and standard deviation of the measuring parameters were assessed, standard deviation, T-test, paired samples T-test, independent sample T-test. As a result, first, after 8 weeks of exercises for strengthening low body muscular in both experiment group and control group the maximum torque showed its significant differences at the time of straight and bending. Second, after 8 weeks of the muscular exercise of low body muscular also in both experiment group and control group muscular endurances has been improved. Third, after 8 weeks of the muscular exercise just in the experimental group the dynamic equilibrium has been a little enhanced. In short, female weak senior citizens who hardly conduct heavy weight training or have difficulty walking freely and for a long time can also enhance low body muscular by the use of EMS. That"s a kind of the best exercise for senior citizens in general to strengthen muscular power.

        간질환 예방을 위한 복합운동이 간 기능 저하 중년남성의 AST와 ALT 및 α-amylase에 미치는 효과

        In order to verify the effectiveness of the preventive purpose of liver disease, it is considered that a general study targeting a group with impaired liver function at the borderline with a numerical disease, rather than having an exact disease such as cirrhosis, is considered necessary. Therefore, this study was conducted with the necessity and purpose of this study to suggest exercise therapy for preventing liver disease and improving stress for middle-aged men with impaired liver function. The subjects of this study were middle-aged men aged 40-49 years, with no medical history of liver disease diagnosis, and 21 persons exceeding 40 U/L in ASL and ALT tests were divided into 11 combined exercise group(EG) and 10 exercise control group(CG). For 12 weeks, EG performed the compound exercise suggested by the researcher, and CG controlled the exercise. As a result of the study, AST, ALT, and α-amylase showed significant effects. Therefore, for middle-aged men with impaired liver function, compound exercise has an excellent effect as an exercise therapy to prevent liver disease.

        탄력밴드 운동이 성인여성들의 총항산화력과 혈중스트레스에 미치는 영향

        This study is a comparative analysis of the effects of elastic band exercise on total antioxidant capacity and blood stress in adult women. The subjects of the study were 16 adult women who were enrolled in W fitness G metropolitan city and who had no athletic career and wanted to participate in the usual elastic band exercise program. They were divided into a sports group(8) and a control group(8). The total antioxidant capacity and blood stress were analyzed before and after participating in the elastic band exercise three times a week for 8 weeks. The results were as follows. The total antioxidant capacity of adult women participating in the elastic band exercise showed a statistically significant difference due to the interaction effect between the period*group. The blood stress of adult women participating in the elastic band exercise showed a statistically significant difference due to the interaction effect between the periods*groups. As a result of the above results, it is thought that the aging prevention exercise program suitable for anti aging period is due to increase of total antioxidant power and decrease of blood stress in adult women participating in elastic band exercise for 8 weeks. If you offer these exercises to the subjects who are willing to perform the usual exercise so that they can exercise without interfering with the place and time, they will be able to live a healthy middle age, a healthy life.
