공공기관의 브랜드 아이덴티티에 관한 연구 : 스타일(style)과 테마(theme)에 따른 유형 및 구성을 중심으로

공공기관의 브랜드 아이덴티티에 관한 연구: 스타일(style)과 테마(theme)에 따른 유형 및 구성을 중심으로 본 연구는 브랜딩의 개념을 공공기관에 적용해 공공기관의 브랜드 아이덴티티를 분석하고자 했다. 이에, 공공기관이 제시하고 있는 브랜드 아이덴티티의 스타일과 테마를 분석해 어떠한 특징이 있는지를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 2015년 공공기관 경영정보 시스템에 공시된 316개 공공기관이었다. 연구방법은 선정한 공공기관을 대상으로 CI와 미션, 비전, 슬로건을 분석하는 방법을 사용했다. 분석은 브랜드 분야 선행연구를 수정, 보완한 유목을 활용하여 브랜드 아이덴티티 유형을 구분하고 스타일과 테마의 의미를 해석했다. 스타일은 CI의 형태와 주로 사용된 색상의 의미를 분석했다. 테마는 미션과 비전을 분석했고, 슬로건의 요소(명칭, 특성, 가치)를 확인했다. 또한 공공기관의 브랜드 아이덴티티 발전방안을 모색하기 위해 전문가 인터뷰를 진행했다. 분석 결과 공공기관의 브랜드 아이덴티티 유형은 ‘브랜드제시형(73.7%)’, ‘관계지향형(16.1%)’, ‘기능전달형(10.1%)’ 순으로 나타났다. 스타일 분석 결과 공공기관의 CI 역시 일반 기업의 추세와 마찬가지로 형상 심벌보다는 워드마크 중심 형태를 채택하고 있었다. 주로 사용한 색상은 ‘신뢰’와 ‘믿음’을 의미하는 색상(파랑, 녹색)임을 알 수 있었다. 테마 분석 결과 미션은 제품과 조직으로서의 브랜드 요소만을 강조하고 있었다. 반면 비전은 제품과 조직 외에 인간, 상징으로서의 브랜드 요소도 표현하고 있었다. 슬로건은 공공기관이 추구하는 가치를 나타내는 ‘가치제시형(52.9%)’, 공공기관의 특성을 나타내는 ‘특성제시형(29.4%)’, 공공기관의 이름을 나타내는 ‘명칭제시형(17.6%)’순으로 활용 빈도가 높았다. 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 공공기관은 기업과 마찬가지로 브랜드 아이덴티티를 활용해 국민에게 기능이나 조직문화를 전달하고자 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 경쟁 브랜드들과 차별화 되는 독특한 개성은 찾기 어려웠다. 향후 공공기관이 브랜드 자산을 구축하기 위해서는 전문적이고 체계적인 관점에서 개성과 차별성이 강조된 브랜드 아이덴티티 구축이 선행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

유기화 클레이를 적용한 타이어 트레드용 나노복합체의 제조와 물성에 관한 연구
When Na-MMT is dispersed in a polymer matrix showing a hydrophobic nature, it forms agglomerates. The Na+ ions existing between the MMT layers can be ion-exchanged by appropriate alkylammonium ions. As a result, the distance between the layers increases and the hydrophilic nature of the MMT can be alleviated. When these OLS(Organically Modified Layered Silicates) are used, the compatibility between the OLS and polymer matrix will be improved, as a result, dispersion of the OLS in the matrix also can be improved. It is generally accepted that the values of tan δ of carbon black filled SBR vulcanizates at 60℃and those of tanδ at 0℃ are suitable for laboratory indices to evaluate rolling resistance and wet traction resistance of tire tread compounds for passenger cars, respectively. In this study, dodecylamine (primary amine) and N, N-dimethyldodecylamine (tertiary amine) was evaluated as a modifier for the OLS. After that, SBR nanocomposites reinforced with ternary phase filler (carbon black/silica/OLS) systems was manufactured using a latex method. A labotory test method for the abrasion of rubber is suggested based on a blade abraders. In this study, a constant normal load(1~4kg), N, is applied to the knife blade, which is mounted and fixed over a frictionless linear slider by means of a pulley and string system such that the knife blade can press the flat surface of a rotating rubber disk, and the frictional torque, M, is monitored and measured during each measurement. The rate of wear for OLS filled SBR compounds aganist flat surface investigates with the normal load(2kg). The wear rate(WR) of these nano-composites decrease with the amount of layered silicates, as compared to that of carbon black and silica-filled compounds. Wear property of metal stearate(Ca/St) used nanocomposite is better stearic acid used nanacomposite one. This is also due to the higher degree of dispersion.
