        저전력 전기보일러 제작을 위한 부품집약기술 개발

        Currently, the air pollution and the shortage of the fuel have been raised seriously. This paper investigates the development of the low energy consuming electric boiler using integrated components techniques which can solve the problems. In this study, exchange of the direct-heating system which is the usual method of heating style was executed with the indirect-heating system. Also, alternative solutions were suggested to enhance the efficiency with concern of energy. It was found that the winded heating coil gives high thermal efficiency. And the ceramic powder in heat exchanger reacts on the heat and plays the role of a second heating source. Finally, the circulation tubes of the heat exchanger expand the contact surface of the water. As a result, it was revealed that the performance rises the temperature to 18~20 degrees at the low heat capacity of the 4.5㎾/h. Comparing the energy effectiveness with other fuel used boiler, it was found that the proposed system can reduce fuel expenses much less: 20% against city gas boiler, 35% against midnight electricity boiler, 67% against kerosene boiler.

        충북지역 향교 명륜당의 실내음향특성 분석

        The present study aims to investigate the styles of traditional classrooms and to discover the acoustic characteristics of the classroom. Acoustic experiments were undertaken at the Myoungryun-dang at the Hyang-gyos in chungbuk province, which have typical style of the traditional classroom of Korea. The background noise level is about 36.1dB(A) that is suitable for educational spaces. It is due to lots of noise is coming from the outside. Several acoustic parameters were measured at 6 ~ 12 points including sound pressure level(SPL), reverberation time(RT), definition(D50) and speech intelligibility(RASTI). It was found that SPL is reducing rapidly in proportion with the distance away from the sound source. The average value of RT is 0.61 second when classroom was empty which means the appropriate condition for speech. The average D50 value is 67% that is regarded as suitable condition. The average RASTI is 0.72 which is a value of satisfactory level. The result shows that Myoungryun-dang has good acoustic conditions with short reverberation time and high clarity in spite of the noises.

      • 청주향교 명륜당의 실내음향특성 조사분석

        The present study aims to investigate the styles of traditional classrooms and to discover the acoustic characteristics of the classroom. Acoustic experiments were undertaken at the Myoung Ryun Dang at the Cheongju Hyang-gyo which have typical style of the traditional classroom of Korea. The background noise level is about 37.3dB that is unsuitable for educational spaces. It is because lots of noise is coming from the outside. Several acoustic parameters were measured at 12 points including sound pressure level (SPL), reverberation time(RT), definition(D50) and speech intelligibility(RASTⅠ). It was found that SPL is reducing rapidly in proportion with the distance away from the sound source. The average value of RT is 0.75 second when classroom was empty which means the appropriate condition for speech. The average D50 value is a 0.60 that is regarded as suitable condition. The average RASTⅠ is 0.66 which is a value of satisfactory level. The result shows that Myoung Ryun Dang has good acoustic conditions with short reverberation time and high clarity in spite of the noises.
